This is without a doubt the greatest repair shop Ive ever used. Would highly recommend. As long as they are in business I will refuse to use any other. They couldnt have done a better and more professional job. If I could give them a 10 stars I would!!!

I live about 45min away from Terrell and came shopping with my mother and my bumper fell off. I of course panicked and decided to find the closest body shop to the Allen shopping center. John was able to help me and temporarily fix my car. Highly recommended

Great shop experience! They kept me up to date with my repair, and let me know what was being done by the insurance. Very down to earth group of guys and they had a rental car service on site to help me while dropping my car off.

Was told it would take 2-3 weeks to fix my car, got to talking to them and told them I was expecting end of the week and they got it fixed in 1 week. Got my car back cleaned and everything was great. Will recommend Master Auto Body and will go back if I need to.

Best body shop Ive taken my car to. Cant even tell its been in an accident. They have hertz on site and can even have enterprise pick you up. Trevor has really great customer service!

Someone backed into my car, the insurance adjuster contacted the auto body shop who then contacted me. All I had to do is take my truck up there for an estimate, which took 30 minutes or less, and was well on my way to getting my truck fixed.new, nice and clean building. Also has a car rental place inside.

This shop has fixed multiple vehicles for our family. They were voted the best in town and county for 2017. I would not take my car anywhere else. They do exactly what they say theyre going to do.

I have a 2009 Nissan Xterra drove great for its age and had an accident. I was referred to Master Auto Body and as far as the exterior repairs they were ok somewhat however, when I picked my truck up the steering wheel was hard to turn so I went back in and told the guy I couldnt accept it like that, he said to leave it and they would look at it the next day. Well...I get a call the next day telling me that there was no visible damage and that I needed to come pick it up so I did...remind you steering still not right. I drove it to Trophy Nissan and they looked at it the following day to find out that when Master Auto Body pulled everything from the radiator to replace the radiator and connected all tubes back to it they never put lost power steering fluid back in where it goes.DUH!!! Soooo...when I called Master Auto Body back i had to leave a message letting them know what the problem was and told them how stupid their mechanic was he called me back and told me it must have been that way when I took it in for the 1st time. I told him NO it wasnt and he said well I never drove it and I said YES you did you drove it to the back because you were closing and you never said anything then about how it drove. MORAL TO THE STORY I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE AGAIN!!!

BAD SERVICE!!! They tell you that they will call you with updates on your car, but they never do. They also tell you a date that your car will be ready on and is never ready . They always have an excuse of why is not ready but it is all bull... I caught them in a lie!! Dont take you car to this place..

The best body shop on all of Texas. They fixed my 2010 Nissan Frontier 4x4 that had rear end and cab damage. It took a few weeks but that was because I didnt use one of Farmers preferred shops. So every time they found new damage ( like after they got the bed off the truck) Farmers had to come inspect it. LaRon (Owner) and Trevor ( LaRons son) were always super nice and answered every question. They even made sure that the rental car was there when I dropped off the truck. IT IS A THE VERY LEAST THE BEST BODY SHOP IN TERRELL!!!! If I ever have another accident ( I hope I dont) they will get my business again. Thank you LaRon and Trevor and all the gut that work there.
