Very knowledgeable staff. fair prices, i think. It was my first experience with this company. I plan to continue purchasing pvc fittings from them.

They were out of what I was looking for (12x17 water meter box). Asked if they knew anyone nearby that sold them, since I am from out of town. Was referred to Home Depot. I said I didnt know they sold them. He said he didnt know either but that was the only place he knew of that wasnt a competitor and he doesnt direct people to competitors. I drove to Mesquite to NWS and they had what I needed, accompanied by much more pleasant attitudes. Out in East Texas, business will go above and beyond to help a customer, including directing them to a competitor.

The staff are very helpful, but the store doesnt have hardly anything in stock.

The staff are extremely helpful and honest! The prices are higher than they would be at a big box store but the quality of the products they sell are at least equally higher as well.

Super helpful and kind. Dropped by their store when I was working out of town, left my laptop in their store. They somehow figured out it was mine and called me. I couldnt get there before closing so the manager stayed late so I could get my computer that day. Thank-you Locke Supply!

Everything you need

Staff was very friendly and very helpful. I was in search of a 80 gallon electric water heater which are not very common now days. The gentleman I spoke with explained in depth why large residential water heaters arent as common and how to gauge what size I needed as I was only looking for an 80 gallon since thats what the last water heater was. Though I ended up not purchasing a water heater at the end of the discussion, I am very appreciative on the knowledge of the staff there.

I have only been here a couple times in the last few years. Both times they were more than helpful, courteous. Went in there expecting to buy a part and instead of selling me something I dont need he gave me advice on how to fix my issue. Customer for life
