I came in to have an engine light checked, and tires rotated. When i got a call back explaining what was needed I had forgotten to ask them to check my front brakes, but they had let me know proactively that my front brakes were in need of replacement.I expected to get the car the next morning but due to a fluke of other parts not being ready I got my car back after about an hour and a half. They had two guys freed up and focused on my car.Before I wrote this review I drove up to Maine (with snow, sleet and rain) and the car with its repairs performed awesomely. 2015 chevrolet cruze.Like a pit crew!

We took our daughters 2003 Toyota Corolla in for a free brake system inspection as advertised on the Meineke site. I spoke to Mark who informed me that there was an issue with the cars backing plates and they needed to be repaired. I never heard of this, so it was so great they found the issue. Also they did a brake fluid flush and fill service for us, which we knew it needed. Mark was very thorough in his explanation to both my husband and I in what needed to be done. The work was done in a timely manner and we are very happy with the result. We will be using Meineke in Tewksbury, MA again!

I am so happy with this center. My nephew goes here for everything. First Let me say they are the most genuine and friendliest buisness Ive walked into in a very long time.They have customers that come in and out the whole time I was there, for an hour and a half, and they treat everybody kindly. When I told the owner Jimmy that my nephew referred me I wasnt expecting to leave my car and Jimmy did the work himself! He was fair and gracious.Like I said everyone in there is really nice. This is my now go to mechanic and I couldnt be happier! THANK YOU all for helping me out. I would suggest anyone looking to have something done with their car try Jimmy, you wont be disappointed!

Ive had nothing but great experiences at this Meineke. The guys that run the shop including the owner are very friendly, welcoming, & knowledgeable. Theyre always willing to squeeze you in to their already busy day. The prices are reasonable & I always feel safe driving away. These guys deserve kudos:)

Went in to schedule an appointment for a tire rotation and oil change. I asked to check the air conditioner and they took my car back in and repaired it no problem. Recommend them for quality service.

I don’t want to give this place any more of my time or energy, but I wanted to let others know about my experience. If you have an interest in Covid safety, mask wearing and social distancing, I would NOT utilize this Meineke location. No one working in there was wearing a mask. I watched the guy drive my car from the parking lot into the garage with no mask on in my vehicle. When I questioned their practices they said the following: “we don’t wear masks here, masks don’t work anyway, it’s not a law that you have to wear a mask, you can take it up with your attorney.” There actually are state mandated Covid safety practices for businesses. They are not following them. Also, most businesses have their customers’ best interest and comfort in mind. I’ve personally never seen an employee yelling at a customer that wants safety protocols in place. It was pretty shocking to say the least. Again, if this doesn’t bother you, then by all means. I told them not to do the repair and left, so I can’t speak to their work, only to their customer service.

Both gentlemen were wonderful they took me right in did my oil change and I was.on my way in 15 minutes. Great team

Shop manager discussed the repairs that were required and which ones were acceptable in great detail. Work was performed right away at the lowest cost. I was pleasantly surprised at the excellent service I received. This was a great first visit and will definitely turn to them again in the future.

I liked my experience at this establishment for 2 reasons: Their ability to make time for everyone in a courteous fashion and their steadfastness in achieving customer satisfaction.I like to think that’s the true measure of a business; not how quickly that can get something done- but standing by what they have produced and ensuring the quality of their work.

I always bring my car here for my oil changes. The guys are always so accommodating. They are very quick and efficient. Jimmy and Paul are always so good about fitting you into the schedule. Theyre good guys and always friendly and kind. I wouldnt go anywhere else.

First time here and I will ALWAYS COME BACK with my vehicles. Polite, friendly, honest, and hardworking people. Mark and Jim went above and beyond for me. I have gone two times and spent over $2000 with these guys to get my brakes fixed. Each time when I leave they are worse than before. Terrible. Stay away.

I can’t believe what just happened to me. The dishonest mechanic and overpriced services to do one simple thing. The mechanic charge me close to $800 and still can’t do the job right. I went to replace the gear shifters for my car and before I bought it in the auto shop my car perfectly was fine, but now I have more problems with it when I got it back. When I receive back my car about a week which it was super long my dad drive it a day and the car was blinking light of “VSC OFF and VSC TRAC” was on. The light wasn’t blinking before I came. I confronted the manager and he say “It already like that and I can’t help you anymore.” Of course he say that after he took my money and I research the part that he going to order it was cheap so basically I got overcharged. Not only that my steering not even working properly. Every time I turn the wheel you’ll hear a scratchy sound which didn’t happen before. I know my car, 2001 Toyota Sequoia, Is old, but come on now what kind of mechanic are you if you can’t fix a simple job and not break anything else. Everybody that is reading this don’t come to this unprofessional, overpriced, unreasonable places again. Never again coming back here. I literally can’t do nothing about it but at least I can warn you guys who ever reading this.

These are my go to guys. They are old school and do a great job. They are not the typical big chain company. It seems that they just use the name. They are real mechanics. I needed to figure out a ride to and from work and they are going to help out. Amazing.

1. This location is not doing social distance. None of the staff in the customer waiting area are wearing masks nor do they have plexiglas at the counter.2. I ask if I could drive my car into the bay. I believe the person I asked was the owner. He said no because of insurance. I replied OK. A second person behind the counter then said this is ridiculous and started an argument with me. I already said OK to the owner and the subject should have been dropped. This is extremely inappropriate.

It took a week because the replacement part had to be ordered and took a considerable amount of time to arrive. After the repair the car rides very well.

Stress free oil changes with no upselling and no BS. I love this meineke location. Yesterday they changed my oil in about 20 minutes. No complains and a satisfied customer.

I have brought two of my vehicles in to be serviced. These guys are super honest and great people. They even lent me a car to drive to work one day when the repairs would take a while. Bringing my sons car in tomorrow with every light flashing on the dash (yes, I could kill him for not telling me sooner) and Im sure these guys will fix it right up and more importantly, they dont rip you off and tell you something else is broken when its not. Definitely recommend these guys.

Wasnt told there were 3 levels of oil changes. The cheapest was advertised outside, but they charged me the most expensive. When I questioned it at paying, they got indignant. (This was a couple years ago)Last week we got a coupon in the mail for a $19.95 oil change and I called to see how late they were open. I didnt hear the answer, asked to repeat, and I could hear the annoyance in his voice. Well, excuse me. The guys said they close at 5:30, but they advertise theyre open till 6:00 pm. He obviously didnt want to work past 5:30! Never going back. Bad attitude gets you nowhere.On the other hand, I can highly recommend the Meineke shop on rt. 28 in Salem, NH. Weve gone there many times and had nothing but excellent, friendly service.

My 83 year old Mom needed muffler work and had no idea where to go as she is new to the area. We chose Meineke and walked away with not only a solution to our problem but an assurance that we found great mechanics with very fair pricing.

They always do a great job here. The mechanics are completely trustworthy. At other places, I always feel like theyre looking for every little thing they can charge me for, and its the exact opposite here.

Paul and Jim are great. They take the time to go over everything, answer all questions without making me feel like a know-nothing and explaining my options. If theyre not busy with other customers, they will show me the issues, or non-issues, with my vehicle. If they are busy, their equally swell mechanics will show me.I have been a customer for about 10 years... and 3 cars

I want to thank the owners for their help .my air conditioning has leaks whitch is 1500.00 and i couldnt afford it so the owners put a sealer only temp. but i have c.o.p.d. and take a few people on apointments that are also elderly with out the a.c. thease people wouldnt be able to get to the places as well as my self i wouldnt be able to go out i want to thank them so much ive had my car repaired there and the fairley new owners are great they go above and beyound to help u thank u soooo much for u r service. anna silva

They went above and beyond to fix my wifes noisy JGC. They even had to weld up new shock mounts. Great price too!

The manager mark is very rude. I brought my car in for an oil change and he tried to charge me 250 dollars for a single spark plug on my kia. Watch out for this place, your average sleazy shop that scams people.

Horrible place to bring your car. They had to call us back after an oil change, they said their gauge that pumps out oil is broken and they may not have put enough oil in. I said why didnt u check the dipstick he said new cars dont have dipsticks i said but this car is an 01 and it has a dipstick why wasnt it checked that way. They simply said they only go by their gauge which was broken, couldnt understand that. They also told my girlfriend that they saw an antifreze leak cause they noticed green antifreeze leak on backside of motor, so i said ok thats cool except one thing this vehicle uses red antifreeze so if you saw green u have no idea!!! Never going back there. New owners over there too the old guys jim and bob i think they were awesome guys always trusted them but not these new clowns.

Very pleased with the experience. They were able to take me in before they closed and did not over charge or look for add ons to pad the bill.

This place let me call and make an appointment at a specific time and when I showed up they said it was first come first serve and Ill have to wait. Why not just say you dont take appointments on the phone? Rude and a waste of time.

Really sad experience, didnt fix the issue, charges $100 for just taking a quick look, will never visit Meineke center again.

Paid extra for extra for one of the high mileage oil changes. That was on top of paying for a tune up. They didnt fill any fluids.. Wouldnt have noticed but the windshield fluid was bone dry the very next day. I need to fill the coolant now too. I am sure they didnt rotate the tires either.

Made an appointment to have my oil changed this week and when I got there someone came from the back and was extremely rude to me immediately before I even said anything. I told him I made and appointment and he said “I can’t help you I’m too busy.” He told me to come back later and try again. I did not go back and I do not plan on going back again

The worst place to bring your car in for a simple oil change, I brought my car here today & was told I had an antifreeze leak which is not the case, my change oil light came on right after my oil change should of been off they said they reset it but it wasnt done, and they called me back to tell me their gauge they use to fill oil up isnt working properly and oil may be low and sure enough it was low cause god forbid they check dipstick after they finish to make sure its right
