Place has really bad mechanics. Truck went in for DPF system failure, mechanics ignored the code charged the battery and sent the driver on his way. Thats after waiting for a week to get in the shop. 100 miles down the road truck shuts down again. Dealer said they did everything right. They couldnt even acknowledge that they ignored the code that we told them was showing, and cost us another towing. Volvo should take their license away because these people dont know what they are doing.

Erik at the front desk in the parts department was awesome. Helped me look up some parts for a Volvo we were working on while juggling all the other stuff he had going on up front. One of the parts I had to return the following day due to the cross over from Mack not working and again helping find the right part in which I went to their Manchester store to pick up. Highly recommend for all your truck part needs.

Truck has been in 3 times, still not right.Now they say they are not a cat dealer as of Jan 1 and cant help us.limping the crippled truck up to Londonderry 24.5 miles ...THANKS FOR ALL THE HELP GUYS !!!! $10,000 in work no warranty.

Brought truck in to have serviced n checked over!Adjust clutchAdjust brakesOil changeGot truck back. Charged me 1100$ for n oil change n air filter🤕🤕Took truck out o/o 1 wk 3000 miles. Brought truck to another shop to check over.Motor mounts, shifting linkage were junkHole truck was dry bushings throw out bearing not even greased, brakes not adjust rear diffs (1) was 2 gallons low n (1) was 1-1/2 gallons low.They charged me for the work. I have the breakdown sheet but the only thing they did was oil change n filterCROOKS is all I can say CROOKS!

Outstanding service department! Very professional service staff, fixed our truck problem and cost came in under estimate!

The techs seem like a cool bunch but the service mangers seem annoyed when you try to find out whats going on and what needs to be done. Also O/Os beware pay close attention to what work is being done to your truck they are not very good at not informing you of additional work being done and assume your not paying for the work yourself. I had a belt and tensioner needing replaced but didnt say anything about replacing both belts and tensioners being standard practice. I was ok with it once i managed to squeeze an explanation out of them after I saw what they were doing but would have appreciated it if they explained it to me and asked me what I wanted done with MY TRUCK before they started.
