I was greeted with a very friendly owner. He was very helpful and took care of my situation he was very polite. My car was finished a day early. I received very friendly service from everyone I came into contact with and was treated with the utmost respect. I had an incident someone backed into my car. I had to take my own pictures and send in there was more damage to my car that you couldnt see having to take your own pictures is a very stressful experience.Went to Hadaway collision to get an estimate on damage to my car I was very pleased with the customer service I received they take their own pictures the experience wasnt stressful and they were very professional.

Unfortunately I was in a car accident and Hadaway Collision is who the police called to pick up my vehicle. My husband I visited with them today to look at damages with our insurance adjuster and I have to say that even though they have not yet started on my car my husband and I was VERY IMPRESSED! Joey worked to answer all my questions and took my many phones calls to check on my Car. Natalie answers the phone will a happy voices and will laugh right along with you! WOW is the only word I can think of. I hope I do not have the need for a repair shop again for quite sometime however if I do, I will be going to Hadaway. Phil is absolutely the best. This has been one of the most stressful situations and Phil jumped in and went above and beyond to help. From the Tow Truck driver to the staff at the shop, everyone tried to be as helpful as they could be. Even when I wasnt being my best self. If I could give a 10/10 I would. Dont take your vehicle anywhere else.

Hadaways has helped my family for many years with all paint and body work. As long as they are in business I will not be going anyways else. Their care and concern for the customer is amazing and they are always working to get you back in your vehicle as fast as possible without cutting corners. My vehicle has always been returned to me looking as good as new (sometimes better).

Dropped my car off on Tuesday and picked up my car on Friday, My car looks great they repaired my car and detailed it for me. Joey went above and beyond to make sure that the insurance company paid to fix my car back to original condition. He dealt with the insurance company so I didn’t have to. The customer service is excellent and the repair was done in a timely manner. I would highly recommend this business. Got my car back today. Paint work looks good, as I expected. Everyone at Hadaways was great to interact with, professional and prompt. They went above and beyond to take care of us. Mr. and Mrs. Hadaway personally delivered my car to my house, 40 minute drive from Texarkana, with a last minute notice. Very friendly people, who really care about their customers.

The best there is. I dont understand the negative reviews. But, just know, everyone has an off day & nobody is perfect. I have had nothing but positive experiences with Phil. My family has been using Hadaway for several years. They have always treated us very well. We will continue to use them for any future body work we may need. We are pretty particular about quality of service we get anywhere and with Hadaway, they have always amazed us with their workmanship. The front left side of my 2016 Ram 1500 was damaged in a wreck. I mean the front end bumper hood grill left tire suspension and all was damaged. They got it looking brand new again. I will recommend them to anyone.

Joey has been super kind & patient with all my cars needy needs lol ... and even better then have been extremely affordable. I have had quotes from others in town, and my car has been left unfixed because I didn’t even know their was a more affordable option. So thankful I found Haddaway!! My wife had some new badges for her Telluride come in. We reached out to a few other body shops here in town and never had a response back. First call to Hadaway Collision and I was put into contact with Joey. We talked about what my wife wanted and expected, he then quoted me a very reasonable price. I said let’s do it and Joey took it and ran. We scheduled a drop off day (which was today) and he had it ready for pick up at lunch. The cherry on top I have to say is that when I got there to pick it up he had the outside detailed, and that’s something we didn’t ask for. He treated our small job with so much detail you would have thought we were spending thousands. Every one I came in contact with was happy and helpful while in the office, which lets you know they’re doing something right. Can’t say enough good things about our local body shop!

I will not use Hadaway body shop again due to the highly unprofessional manner in which Phil Hadaway personally treated me. And, the way he talked so negatively about his employees in front of me. He was quick to blame his employees instead of handling the situation professionally, as the owner of a business should. The one star is only for the employees who felt they needed to apologize for what happened.

I have used Hadaway Collision several times throughout the years! My daughter made having a “fender bender” a hobby when she was a teenager. I used them this last year when I needed it for my car. It came out looking brand new! I will definitely give a five star review!!!!

We had to use Hadaway Towing for our business van and then two days later our personal vehicle and they were fantastic. They were there in less than 30 min of us calling. They were able to get our vehicle out of park (which we could not do) so it could be loaded without having to drag it up. Very friendly and personable! Thank you Hadaway family!

Individual picked me and my boyfriend up for a tow a few days ago. Smoked in his vehicle while we rode. And after he unloaded our vehicle, he sat at end of our driveway. Picked up 3 cigarette butts off driveway after he left. Will not use again. Inside of the truck was disgusting. Cigarettes everywhere. Food bags everywhere. Completely unprofessional.

Hadaway Collision helped my Husband and I when we broke down at night. They were able to come tow us within minutes, drop us off at a hotel of our choosing, diagnose and fix our vehicle, along with giving us a courtesy vehicle while they worked on ours. I would *HIGHLY SUGGEST* them to anyone! They are very easy and pleasant to work with.

Car was towed to faculty on 1/9/2020 for a front right strut & a shift solenoid on a 2017 Hyundai Elantra limited. I was told on 1/16/2020 at 2:16 pictures & text that my struct was completely broken told by Tracey via text he would order parts they would be in tomorrow which was 1/17/2020 & he would get me a quote shortly. I also asked did it do anything to the fender wheel he texted it didnt look like Im fixing to pull the wheel off & look. On Monday 1/20/20 at 1:57pm I asked did he find out if it did anything to the fender wheel which he stated no it didnt. At 3:01 I asked did he get the price quote together no response. 1/21/2020 @ 3:24 I repeated did get price together for car he stayed its right at $670 plus transmission fluid Im not sure how much it will lose. 1/23/2020 at 8:57am I said $670 for the struct shift solenoid & labor he states yes & whatever transmission fluid. I stated so do I pay that amount that amount then you order parts even tho he said he ordered parts on 1/17/2020.& how long will it take which he had already told me its a 3 hour job but was asking to make clarity. He states you can pay when you pick car up it will take a day or so to get parts & a day to fix it all of a sudden. I said ok well order the parts let me know when its ready hopefully it will be ready by the 29 considering they had already had it 15 days. 1/25/2020 I texted him saying did the parts come in Friday or will be Monday. So long story short had to have wrights get my car from Hadaway collusion take ti shelbys auto body due tooAll of this plus the owner which I believe is Phil Hadaway Calling my phone telling me wrights can come pick up your car when you bring me back the free loaner car we decided to give you its not my fault that my mechanic had surgery today and didnt come to work even though nobody at the shop even knew that he wasnt there thats a Haddaway collision you get no stores out of me your customer service is horrible anger boss I dont know who he thought he was talking crazy too but once I got there you charge me $70 for towing you charged me $97.50 For labor which was only a hour and a half the price for the strut Assembly was 135 even you charged to $270 total $464.16 and the mechanic name Tracey supposedly had teeth pulled and dentures put in today was told to me by Lori your receptionist lack of communication and professionalism and work ethic. & my name was wrong & all my information wasnt even going to do a review but after the manager owner called me being disrespectful here you go .

I waited over an hour past the ETA to have my car towed and they still never showed up. I had to call my insurance company to get a different towing service. This caused me to miss my fathers wake as I stand on the side of the road for two plus hours. Smh, theyre inconsiderate and I wish failure upon their business!
