Good tires. Reasonable service. Competitive prices. If you purchase the road hazard warranty, and get a nail in the sidewall of the tire, you still have to pay. I had to pay over $60 to get another tire. I was led to believe when I purchased the road hazard that this amount would be covered.As long as you understand that the road hazard is not a full warranty, then its okay. It only co reed about 2/3rds of the price of a new tire. It only had 8,000 miles and had lots of tread.

This is my go to tire shop. The employees and technicians are always nice, fast, and do an excellent professional job. I use them for all my tire needs and have used them 15 years. I have had tire maintenance, repair, replacements, and wheel upgrades done here over the years and am exceedingly pleased with every part of the process each time. Tire prices are comparable to other shops and online stores. But going in and having the same guys know you and your vehicles makes this location a perfect option for our family. Plus, if we are out of town, they have locations every where so I can get repairs done and they have my history on file. Super helpful.

U had a flat tire and I had to go over there... I was on my home in Indiana and your D***** salesman want to change the 4 tires of the car.... instead getting back on the road as ( THE GETWAY TIRE) did .... not this location only lost my business all discount tire .... 👎👎👎

These people try to help and go the second and third mile to please you. They have fixed my tires and even gave me a tire for just the ins. When I really needed it.There is no place else in town like them.

Went here to get a tire checked for a very slow leak before going on vacation. They were able to find a tiny tack nail and fix the tire fairly quickly before leaving that evening for our 6 hr drive to Jamaica Beach near Galveston, Texas. Very friendly staff. Clean establishment.

All the locations Ive been to have been phenomenal. I am glad my co-worker told me about this company. No more super long waits as in the Walmart service days. I would rather pay a little more for the quality, I have saved money with the warranty, and I have been able to go to more locations nationwide. These guys are really top notch. They work hard to keep things moving as fast as they can. They do good work and you really cant beat the warranty!! There were something like 20 people in line ahead of us. It took about 3 hours to get done. I cant complain about that so I wont!! I will go back and wont trust my tires to anyone else.

Didnt like the assistant manager in the mesquite location. Felt like he was just trying to make a sale. He talked to me me like I was a child. He needs to learn that customer service is extremely important Will not be back to that location.Stopped at the one in Texarkana. Absolutely loved the service. Bought 4 new wheels on my car. The guys were very helpful and patient. The wait was really long but, again, great service.

I pulled up in the full parking lot today anticipating a long wait for service. I called and explained I just need a balance and rotation and they told me about 45 minutes. About 25 minutes later I was called and they directed me into the bay, I felt like I was in the pit at NASCAR, because the complete process was completed with complete contact-less service in about 10 minutes. Awesome job guys!

We were stranded on a trip to the area-Hundreds of miles from home. Alex helped us with a seemingly impossible situation with a broken factory rim hard to replace. He went the extra mile and got us back on the road safely. Very professional and great customer service!

This was almost a bad review, but thanks to a great shop manager this is actually a good review. Took my 1979 Jeep in for a new set of BFG’s and during the install process one of the wheel studs was somehow knocked into the rotor. Unable to remove it, I had to tow the Jeep myself to a local garage to be repaired. Manager Bryce Matthews did the right thing and fully reimbursed me for the repair bill at the garage once it was completed. Now that the stud issue was corrected my Jeep is riding great again and I am satisfied. Ask for Bryce!

I had gotten a flat tire on my truck, so I took it to Discount Tire along with my wife’s Genesis that also had a small leak in one of her tires. My service advisor,Cole, said that they would look at both and let me know if I would need a new truck tire or if it could be patched. I thought that by the look of the exterior puncture site that I may need a new tire, but Cole came in and told me that they could indeed patch it.Both tires were fixed and I was not charged. I just want to thank Cole for being honest and not trying to sell me something I didn’t need. I will definitely take all my business to Discount Tire. I will also tell anyone I know of looking for tires for their vehicle to go to Discount Tire.

Last week my daughter was driving from San Antonio to Northeast Arkansas and had a tire separate on the highway. She called me and I called this store and they got her back on the road very quickly. She was impressed with the professionalism of the staff - Cole was the young man I spoke with on the phone - and I was grateful for the service, ethics, and price. I cannot say thank you enough for setting this fathers heart at ease.

The guy that waited on me name Cole did not do rite by. He allowed for two cars to go before me that didn’t have appointments. I watched him inform customers on what they had to offer. After he had already waited on me. My car hadn’t even been in the garage. Those two customers were called saying there cars were ready. Very disappointed by the way I treated.

Since then, I have even purchased a set of tires or two from Discount Tire.This is a busy, happening kind of place, though, and sometimes the wait for service completion can be a little bit lengthy. Nonetheless, the wait is merely a product of the first come, first served manner of doing business, so if you are prepared for that reality, it probably wont be too terribly lengthy.Staff members are pleasant and helpful, even quite courteous usually. Staff was SO friendly. We had a blow out on the side of the highway near the start of our vacation and had to nurse our vehicle to someplace to get it repaired. They also found other issues with another tire and were able to replace it as well in hardly any time at all.

This place is female friendly. They walk out to the car with you so you can show them your exact tire issue. Each time I have gotten a new set of tires it has taken 45 minutes or less. The staff are so friendly and considerate. Today when I got off of work, I noticed my rear tire was low. It was almost closing time for Discount Tire so I called them up they told me to bring it over and they fixed me up! My family gets all of there tires from Discount Tire. This is the location next to the Texas Roadhouse. Not to be confused with other places with a similar name. The best tire shop in Texarkana!

Went to Discount Tire today because my car was making a funny sound and I thought it had something to do with my tires or alignment. When I got there, I was assisted almost immediately. Bryce, one of the managers assisted me through the entire process and he was great. I am 22 and this was my first time purchasing tires for a car so I was a bit overwhelmed but he really eased me through the process and helped me to pick a good and reasonable priced set of tires. Will definitely be my first choice for tires in Texarkana!

I worked at Discount Tire while I was in High School and thought very highly of the service provided and the employees. Maybe it was the location I worked at but the one in Texarkana, TX is less then impressive. While standing in line, I over heard one of the sales representatives finagle a old man into buying their certificates for their tires. Reducing the price to make him interested and convincing him that it was to benefit him. That type of salesmanship is what I want to avoid. Why not provideThe customer your bottom price to begin with? So everyone that doesnt complain about the price is ultimately paying more then someone that does. Its not a flea market..... why should a customer have to wheel and deal on prices at a company the size of Discount Tire? This will be the last time I ever purchase a anything from this location.
