Great auto clinic

My car would not start after I checked in to nearby hotel around 3:00 pm. I called EN Auto Clinic, and they contracted a flatbed to pick up my car within 25 minutes. I rode with the driver to the shop, they diagnosed my car. My starter died, and they checked Autozone across the street for the part. They had it, but was going to be an hour for delivery. EN Auto knew I was on a tight schedule to leave out in the morning, so the woman behind the desk picked up the part herself. The shop was neat and organized- could tell the owner took great pride in his shop and work. They replaced the starter, and I was eating diner by 6:00. I was very satisfied with the price and work! Great Job! Much appreciated!

Great service. Nice folks. Called for service on a Saturday for an emergency alternator replacement...got me back on the road that afternoon.

These guys always save me money compared to the dealer

These guys provided outstanding service. When my car broke down on the eve of Thanksgiving these guys were there to save my skin and get me back on the road. They bent over backwards to hunt down the parts and stayed late to make sure the job was done right. Their prices were very fair and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a top notch mechanic!

They arent a good place to go. They take advantage of people who break down from out of town and replace parts not needing replacement. They also break stuff and try to charge you for that. Had some family coming in from out of town and they tried to keep their car a week. Thinking we was dumb hillbillies. How many other people have they taken advantage of? Karma is not only going to catch them, I am going to get the Ball rolling on other projects going to get those doors shut down for good. You made a terrible mistake.

Father in law brought in Nissan Exterra to have timing belt changed. Got an estimate of $1500, I thought it was high but didn’t know he’s was having anything done till after the fact. When he arrived to have work done, they told him the estimate was wrong and added $700 to it because they would change water pump while in there. $700 water pump????? He paid them, work was done, next day no a/c in-the truck. He took it back because a/c working great prior to EN Auto clinic. They charged him another $150 to fix it!!!! You guys should be ashamed of yourselves!!!!

Owner is a great guy! Got me going on a Sunday after a tie rod broke on the interstate. Fair price too!

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE !! this place is a grade A horrible buisness, they are manipulators will take hours and hours to fix a simple repair, so to rack up there $110 hr rate for service. Then in that time they will break parts from their own incompetence and blame you and tell you you are responsible for their incompetence. they overcharge on all parts needed. they have to keep your car for days and days, so they can  find more things wrong with it, due to them breaking other parts to fix the one thing they work on. then when the bill has grown to an outrageous amount and you as the customer has had enough of this sham and call them out and disagree with their service the owner  becomes beligerant and cursing you telling you your vehicle is corroded and junk, when he isnt laughing in your face with your disagreement of their service, because he knows you cant get your vehicle until the bill is paid.. and your hands are tied when you are 1000 miles from home and havent made it to your destination,  you are at their mercy and they have none.... then when you refuse to pay for their incompetence and the parts they broke.... he twist the story and says he wont charge for those parts and services and thats a discount to you, your vehicle in good condition all you had was a busted break line and they scam you for thousands!! Yes thousands of dollars !! For parts and labor...... Stay Away from this place! It is a bad buisness taking advantage of peoples misfortunate situations

This place is a rip off. they should be shut down. they will sell you services you dont need rip you off on the price of parts that they get from across the street from auto zone or OReilly ( cant remember which store). I think they will charge you for work they dont do. I read on another site that their high reviews were fake and they are.. DO NOT LET THE WORK ON YOUR CAR!!!

Took a car over there and they gave me the run around. Tried to charge me 1500 dollars for a repair that was part of a recall. 1st and last car i will ever take to this place.

Long story. 2 points.1.Never let them get the part. they will mark it up over %60. I needed a new tensioner pulley. I got one from OReilly because the one they said need to be ordered cost $169. turns out It was the wrong part from OReilly so I decided to walk across the street to auto zone and ask for it. the clerk said oh you must be over at EN auto clinic they just ordered one this morning. I wasnt surprised that one had been order by EN Auto clinic, I was surprised that it only cost $80 something dollars.2. Either they dont know what they are doing or they just like ripping people off. after them having my car for over 3 weeks they said it was ready to pick up. I pay $300 plus dollars for the repair. I drive it out of their shop and not 15 miles down the road the check engine light comes back on.I realized after I picked it up they didnt know what was causing the misfires and they wanted to make sure they could charge me for the diagnostic so they cleared the check engine codes and told me it was fixed and ready for pick up.I take it back and they insist it was running fine before I left. they say they need to run more tests. I say fine Im going out of town for a few weeks. Two weeks roll by and I call to check the progress. he says they need to order a special tool to diagnose it properly. I say ok.. Ill be back next week. He says it will be ready by then. next week rolls around and it is still not ready. I ask him are you confident your tech can fix the issue. He says yea no problem we got it.round and round we go until they say we figured it out. It will cost $1,942 plus tax to fix the issue.I say never mind. that does not sound right ill come pick it up. long story shorter..I take it to VW dealership down the street and they fix it for free.it was manufactory recall. how and why it took EN Auto clinic so long to come up with a completely inaccurate diagnoses and repair is beyond me. I will never trust them with any of my vehicles and you shouldnt either.

Diagnose my car for $110 wanted to put a fuel pump on for 400 and some odd dollars I put the fuel pump on myself in like 10 minutes that wasnt even the problem Im a very disappointed customer of Ians Auto Clinic
