I love the products from this company but honestly I would rather just go online if I know what Im already going to buy. The employees are either completely engrossed in talking to each other and have no idea youre waiting to check out or they are so pushy they follow you around the store shoving their sales and new products in your face. Just let me shop and Ill let you know if I need you 😄

If youre a dad looking for a place to take your daughter, consider bath & body works. my little girl absolutely loves to smell all the various scents and fragrances there. And shes always wanting me to buy stuff there. Its fun to make her happy, and there arent a lot of places I can take her where she can be a girly girl.

Cant really rate this seeing how I cant go in. The mixture of scents takes my breath away, I literally cant breathe.

They have recently (within the last few months) remodelled and the layout sucks. It is so jam packed and like a maze trying to find the front counter. Theres barely enough room to breathe among the other customers. I actually hate going in there now. On top of that, it took 10 minutes for any employee to even realize I was ready to check out.. I wonder if that had anything to do with the thick crowd and massive, cramped display shelves blocking their view... its laughable that they even sell aroma therapy products.

I purchased the candle holder, witches hand yesterday. There was another on hold for a customer. I put my information down incase it wasnt purchased. At closing it was still there. They wouldnt let me purchase it till the next day. One of the managers wanted it also. This morning when I called it had a receipt on it. The manager/employee bought it. Im very disappointed in the store. Horrible customer service.
