I talked to Robin and told her I needed a tire dismount and mounted. I gave her the method of payment and my contact info. She said she would give me a call back once she found out in which shop the technician was. She did not tell any price nor asked for approval to do the job. She did not called me back meanwhile my driver was with the tech at their shop. My driver calls me and they are asking for $500.00 to dismount/mount a tire. I called Robin explaining I was not told the prices nor I approved any job to be performed and that she never called me back. She was willing to drop it to $310.00. After further discussion she gave me the number of Melissa. I talked to Melissa and she was willing to take one hour labor totaling $375.00 then to $310 + tax after telling her what Robin had told me. They were charging a call out fee when the tech was already at the shop working on another truck plus 2 hours. I understand it is a Sundayand the prices may be exaggerated, but there is no excuse not to call back. Be aware. The other reviews are not exaggerated I would definitely not come back.

This guys are the best. They rearranged my shifted load. Changed my blown tire. They are really good. I recomend

$125 for a tire swap!!!!! Ridiculous and extremely overpriced, not even a call out fee is that expensive.

$1400 for an oil change definitely not happening never get any work done here clueless about the market and pricing

Would like to see if you guys will stand good on your work because I got a radiator and water pump replaced few months ago and today Im having to replace radiator because of a graping tool in the bottom between the shrowd and radiator and rubbed a hole in it just cost me $3200 in repairs

These guys ripped me off big time... came in for AC issue and assumed I needed Freon and a AC service without even checking...So I allowed to service because the guy told me it would be like 45$ a piece for the part plus the labor...so I was looking at around 300$ maybe...Came back and they charged me 617$ for the AC service and didn’t even consult me on the pricing...Come to find out that wasn’t even the problem because my air still was going cold to warm..I took it to another shop and the problem was my AC fan blower was going bad...Just a 150$ part that I put on myself and never had another issue with AC..I wouldn’t recommend anybody stop here

Had them replace a Boost Pressure Sensor on a Volvo670. Guy just unplugged the top sensor a slapped another in when he was suppose to change the entire sensor. It attaches on two ends with a wire harness and he didnt change any of that. I watched him put the sensor in I didnt know he was suppose the change the harness and all until I got back to my mechanic. Then I wonder why it didnt work. shouldve know the guy was on the phone with someone asking where to find it.

Couple months ago I stop to replace inside seal on my trailer they tighten it too tight. And I stop to explain to them that it was getting too hot they told me it was normal. Because of them I end up paying 3,300 dollar to replace the spenders. Never stop in this place.
