Choosing Gracyn Elizabeth Bride for my daughters bridal appointment was the best decision ever! This was the first bridal store I went dress shopping at, and I found my dress that I fell in love with. The service that day was amazing. The girls were nice and helpful. But after that, it wasn’t so great. I was never given updates on my dress and when it would come in. I had to call twice, and the first time I was told they didn’t know when it would be in even though it was past the date they had previously said it would be in. The second time I called to check on the status of my dress, I was told it had just gotten in the day before, but I suppose no one was going to call and tell me. I scheduled my fitting appointment for the next day, and when I got there I was not treated with the same respect as the time before. No one was helpful, and I was not even helped to get into my dress for the fitting. Then I was told I wasn’t put down for alterations and would have to come back. Overall, it was a disappointing experience, and I expected to be treated nicer after spending so much money on my wedding dress. I’m hoping it was just a misunderstanding, but I hope they will treat brides better in the future.

The attendants and owner are very attentive, kind and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend Gracyn Elizabeth over DFW/Shreveport bridal shops. Only recommendation would be offering water or other drinks while shopping.

We love Gracyn Elizabeth Bride! My oldest daughter bought her wedding dress there, my youngest has modeled for them, and we have bought at least 4 special occasion dresses from them. The staff is incredible and never pressures you into buying - they are friendly, knowledgeable about what they have in stock and when they can get it for you, and they are great about helping you find the right sizes. I highly recommend Gracyn Elizabeth if you are searching for a bridal or prom dress - and they even have mens suits/tuxes!

I wish I could give zero stars. I was looking for a Jr. bridesmaid dress. My mother, my bridesmaid, my Jr. bridesmaid, & I scheduled an appointment. When we walked in, we were greeted appropriately. The stylist we had assigned to us was very professional & nice. Unfortunately, Im assuming that it was the manager that came by & they didnt have a size 4 anywhere in the store. My Jr. bridesmaid couldnt try on anything that would actually fit. Not to mention, the cheapest dress they claimed to have was $150! When we refused to pay that much, they then, advised they had a clearance section & pulled out a dress that resembled a dress you wear to the club for $75. We were prepared to spend good money, we paid $390 for the bridesmaid dresses at Davids Bridal. However, everyone there, except for our stylist, seemed rude, snobby, stuck up, & self centered. It feels like theyre judging you as soon as you walk in. Needless to say, we were there for 17min & then walked out. Will never be back here.

They are amazing helpful and wounderful worked with me on payments for my dress and got it in quick 10/10 would totally recomend them to anyone my dress is perfect and i couldnt have asked for anything better and more beautiful absolutely will tell everyone to go to them

My experience at Gracyn was incredible. I had an idea of what I wanted going in, but I didnt know Id find MY dress immediately. The attendants were very knowledgeable and sweet, they really made me feel at ease.

I loved my bridal appointment at Gracyn Elizabeth. The selection was fantastic. The store was beautiful, and the staff knowledgeable and attentive. From ordering my dress, finding accessories, and alterations. My husband and his groomsmen were even able to get some stylish quality tuxes for a reasonable price. My Gracyn Elizabeth Bride experience was truly nothing short of fabulous!

One of the best bridal shops I have been to! (And I have been to many places in Texas and Louisiana). Very accommodating and willing to work with me and my family. I have been multiple times to try to find a dress and never once have they lost their patience with me. I highly encourage going there to find a dress.

Best bridal shop I have ever been to. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. Highly recommend them for any of your needs to make your big day special.

On Saturday we went to the Shreveport/Bossier area to shop for HOCO dresses with no luck. We stopped in at Gracyn Elizabeth on our way home, and the ladies there were so helpful and nice. We were like why in the world didn’t we stop here first. We had stopped in7 different shops in Shreveport/Bossier and not one person treated us the way the ladies did at Gracyn Elizabeth. They were so patient and very helpful. I highly recommend this shop. You want be disappointed!!!

In My Own Experience With This Bridal Shop, The New Owners And The New Staff Are No Different Than The Old Owner And Old Staff. They Have Very Poor Customer Service Skills And When They Did Finally Help Me They Had Very Poor Knowledge Of The Designer Line Of Dresses I Was Looking For. Needless To Say I Will Not Be Using This Bridal Shop For Any Of My Wedding Planning Needs. And For Any One Thats Looking For An Enjoyable Wedding Planning Experience I Would Highly Recommend You Go Else Where. Where You Will Get Better Customer Service Satisfaction...

Super helpful staff. Went in looking for a prom dress and even though I am plus size, they helped me find flattering dresses that either fit or that they could order my size. Lots of dresses on sale for good prices and great staff.

I paid over 400 dollars on my daughters dress they refuse to give the money back or give her the Vail which was paid for with the amount that had been paid I can understand them putting it back cause it was in layaway for along time but they should at least had offered to give her the vail cause they did sale the dress but they did not so I lost over 400 dollars but i now know not to use them again

A very professional staff made Allies VIB experience perfect and ended with the PERFECT DRESS! We love that we can take care of the tux rental as well, all in one location!! 10 stars to Gracyn Elizabeth!!

My dress come in it took 2 and half months i was so excited until i pick it up its was nothing like what i order hopeful they will do something about this i paid $1,500 for this dress .Just very upset about this all less then a month i getting married no time to redo the dress just heartbreaking.
