These are the “go to” folks for phones and iPads. We’ve been there so many times, bought phones from them, gotten help and tips—but today took the cake! Went in because my home button wouldn’t work—an hour later a very helpful and kind young woman told me it just needed charging and it worked fine. I felt really old and stupid but she was so kind. These folks are the BEST!

Thank goodness for this place! I have a Samsung Note10 and without warning, the screen decides to freeze, not allowing me to do anything, turn it off, open apps, open my settings, etc... I went to AT&T was told they couldnt fix the problem (ARE YOU SERIOUS AT&T??!!), so they gave me 2 recommendations, said since I have insurance that I could file a claim and get a new phone sent or to go here! So a big shotout and a big thanks goes out to these guys, within a couple of minutes, I left with a working phone!!!

I’ve used Smartphone EMT for everything from repairing broken parts to just cleaning out the charging port, and they’ve gotten me taken care of super fast, and it’s always been ALOT less expensive than I thought it would be going in. HIGHLY recommend them!!

Dropped off my shattered Note8 screen and came back an hour later to find a phone I didnt even recognize. I literally asked, Is this the same phone? Staff is so nice. The Smartphone EMT team is always so fast and friendly. They are always honest about what repairs are needed and what isn’t necessary and their prices very fair. Also, on more than 1 occasion I have walked out with something extra, i.e. a gently used otter box case and this time a screen protecter. The extra added kindness goes a long way and has made a loyal customer out of me. Those small gestures that didn’t cost much have paid off. It also goes without saying that they know their stuff and will break it all down for you, and tell you the truth and have a warranty on their services.

Every since I got my phone repaired 2 weeks ago, it’s wont hold a charge! My battery life runs out in 30 mins tops! Don’t understand it! I never had a problem with battery life! I have turned screen light down to nothing and still can’t keep a charge!

Had cracked screen. After several attempts got it to work in store. Screen now is obvious loose.Push home button screen lights up around it. Makes popping sound. When it gets text vibration it make weird vibrating sound. Had 2 screws in the bottom. They said their was only one. And that screw sticks out like it’s too long.Not satisfied at all.Cracked or not the phone had none of there’s problems before.John

I had to get a sensor replaced in a phone. Smartphone EMT was easy to deal with and repaired the phone in a reasonable time and for a reasonable price. If you dont want to wait at the store for the repair, they will print off a ticket for you with which you can pick up the phone later.
