O weeks ago I asked if I purchase lenses from Eyemart Express, if they could put them into a frame I bought elsewhere.The associate at the time let me know they needed to see the frame before giving me an answer. I grabbed the exact frame I was needing converted to eyeglasses for them to look at.The associate took my frame to the back and asked the lab if they could do it. They let me know it was possible, and they would be happy to help.I went ahead and bought a Ray-Ban frame that is exactly the same as the frame that they had checked two weeks prior.I returned today to get my request fulfilled. When I informed them about my visit two weeks ago, and that I wanted to go ahead and get the lenses from them today, they informed me that they needed to ask the lab once again.They once again took my frame to the back, and when the associate returned today, she said, “I’m sorry my lab informed me that our policy had changed, and we cannot fulfill the order.”The reason I am leaving one star is because as I customer I was misinformed completely by the sales associate. The store lied to me about this request, and I completely waisted my time waiting to be helped today.We have came to this store since I was a young boy, and have always purchased all of our glasses from here.I only purchased a different frame this time due to comfort.I will never return to this store for any of my glasses or lenses needs.

Friday, October 15, 2021 was my first time using vision 4 less. I was greeted with happiness, cleanliness, and an overall great experience, I was told that they were really short handed and it may take a little while to get to me, let me tell u, I would have never known that they were short handed, they were quick, responsive, and did not appear overwhelmed. I was told that my glasses would be ready in an hour, but the truth is they were ready in 18 minutes, and that was both pair. Now that is excellent service, and not a single problem with either pair. I will definitely be recommending vision 4 less to all my friends and family, and of course I will definitely be back THANK U GUYS SO MUCH. Absolutely exceptional experience yesterday ❤️ They were short-staffed and up to their eyeballs in customers when I got there, but getting to witness Eugenia direct traffic, get people checked in, handle the pickups, put stock back up, and help customers order their spectacles was truly a lesson in awesomeness. This lady never lost the smile in her voice or her on her face the whole time I was there, AND she helped me find the very best deal on what I needed out of my glasses without pressuring me or making me feel like a burden for asking questions and finagling prices.At one point her coworker Jamie walked by and just gave her a subtle pat on the shoulder of encouragement and support, and lemme tell ya- that small gesture spoke volumes about what kind of work environment they must have and what a well-oiled team they are. It was incredible to watch, and even better to get to be on the receiving end of it.I left BEYOND satisfied and only a little jealous that I dont get to work with them on the daily 😁 10/10 would recommend.

I bought my glasses there a little over a year ago and I was extremely happy with the service and with my glasses. Recently I bent them up pretty bad so I took them in to see if they could straighten them out. I found out that they were not under warranty but they said they would try to fix them anyway. The manager Michelle spent quite a bit of time working on them. When she was finished they were as good as new. I wish I had taken a before and after picture so you could see the difference. Wow! I highly recommend this business.

My experience here was fantastic until it was time to fit my frames. I was trying to tell the lady behind the counter that they were crooked and didnt feel right, but she insisted they were fine and sent me on my way. I felt like she was just rushing me out and not listening to me. Now, I have to go back Monday and try again because they are, like I said, loose and crooked. The lady who helped me pick out my frames was the absolute best! Her name is Eugenia, and she was very patient, helpful, and kind. Not only did she help me pick out the perfect frame, she also helped me find the best deal. I highly recommend Vision4Less! Thank you, Eugenia! However, I am not too sure I would recommend getting an exam next door at Dr.Harts office. I believe he is an excellent doctor but doesnt have enough time with each patient to show that. I have never been rushed through an eye exam so fast in my life, which is probably why my prescription was off a whole diopter. He did fix the problem when I went back, but I feel if he had been more attentive and thorough there wouldnt have been a problem.

Glasses made in 1-2 hours. Amazing. This was a foreign concept to me, especially with my prescription. However, after breaking my glasses without a back up, I was able to find these guys less than 10 minutes from my hotel. Great selection. Lovely staff. They’re enforcing the mask policy, yay, and limiting patrons inside the store. So during rush hours you may have to wait outside for a bit. But two pairs of glasses for under 300 bucks, with stylish frames and cases without the 3 week wait was AMAZING and I couldn’t be happier.

I took my grandmother in for an eye exam and some new specs and we had an amazing experience with Dr. Hart and his staff. We also had the pleasure of being serviced by a young lady named Bailey. She went above and beyond for my grandmother!! She even helped me out with some information regarding my insurance. I highly recommend Vision 4 Less and their services. This was my second trip to Vision 4 Less. The first time I was very happy. This time, I will not be going back, period! I had to wait due to COVID, which I understand. The staff was friendly. However, I was told my bifocals would have to be made out of office and would take two weeks to get in. No problem. Then, I was told they do not make blue light filters in glasses even in the lab. I get an email several weeks later offering a special on blue light filters. Secondly, at the time I ordered, I gave the lady my insurance information. Instead of them billing it by the number I gave them, they billed it by my ss number. I have two policies. One covers glasses only, and the other covers glasses or contacts. I gave them the glasses only policy, because I did not get the 2nd policy until the day I ordered my glasses so that I could go somewhere to get my contacts once I got the right contacts. Vision 4 less does not offer contacts. So, when I went to go get my contacts, viola, I had no insurance to get my contacts because it had already been used, which I did not find out until a month later. They did not have that insurance policy number. This was a freaking nightmare to get taken care of so I an get my contacts. I have since gotten my glasses from Vision 4 less, but I got a notification they were ready two days after I picked them up. I did not pick them up until 11 working days later. I reached out to eyemart express, and I never got a response about the blue light filter issue. So, obviously they do not care about their customers or the problems they cause their customers. I WILL NOT BE BACK TO THIER CLINICS. Dont waste your time or money going here. The employees are great, but the parent company is a joke for customer service and billing.

We had a great experience at Vision 4 Less! We have ALWAYS had excellent service, regardless of who helps us! Matthew helped us this time, and he is so great and personable! Two pairs of glasses were ready within 30 minutes!! Now that’s GREAT service! Thank you Vision 4 Less!!

I have been a customer in the past twice. On 9-19 -2019 my husband and I walked in directly from the optometrist next door (Dr. Hart) that we like very much. When we walked in we had a hard time having a place to sit.They did not greet us in a friendly manner but instead told us it would be at least an hour wait. She put our name on a list. We walked around and found a pair of glasses that we each liked to save time. She had two women sitting there for an hour and 15 minutes. When they finally called our name and we went up there she informed us that our glasses would cost over 300 hundred dollars each. That was just for one pair. The anti reflective lens was 70.00 dollars more just for the anti reflection.But the final straw for me was when we were both told it would take a few days to get our glasses. The last time we were there they were ready in an hour. I will not go back to Vision 4 Less. What a joke. If I could give no star I would.

I have used them for the last 4 years and am very satisfied with the service. The staff works with you to get everything ok.that was a few years ago and it has not changed. Jamie and Angie were fantastic is helping me find the right glasses and getting my needs met for both everyday glasses and sun glasses. The fitting was spot on, there were no adjustments needed.

They wait time was real short. I don’t have any insurance. And the lady I I was dealing with went over all my options. With me and I was able to afford my glasses and they where ready in a hour I will definitely be going back

The young lady that helped me pick out my glasses was very helpful and honest if something didnt look good on me. I was told there would be a 2 week wait time since I required the transition lenses, but only took a week to be returned. Upon picking up my glasses I was helped by Jordyn who was very friendly and did an awesome job on getting my glasses to a comfortable for.

Excellent service from check in to pickup. The lady, Phe, who helped me was the very best. Phe never pressured me to buy more expensive frames, was very helpful in showing me selections in my price range. I was quite amazed when after my selection was made both pair of my glasses were ready for pickup within 33 minutes. Extremely pleased & definitely will be back, will highly recommend. I have seen people talk about the wait but ours were very reasonable maybe 20 minutes.Even though they were quite busy, I noticed they were taking their time & not rushing people, explaining everything in detail. So even if I would have waited longer than 20 minutes the service I would receive would be worth it. When you can walk out of an eyeglass place with 2 pair of glasses for under $70.00 I call that a great day. One pair was progressive & one single vision. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

I was able to get 2 pair of no line bifocals for $350! And that was picking frames that I love! Last year I went somewhere else and got cheaper frames that I didnt really like and they were just over $300. I will defiantly be going back!

I called all the optical dispensaries within 120 miles of my home, giving them my prescription on the phone . Vision4Less was the only one who could fill my difficult prescription while I waited for less than several hundred dollars.The staff at the Texarkana store were fantastic. I was under time constraints and they did everything in their power to get my prescription correct, my needs and requests taken care of, and me on my way as soon as possible. They treated me with respect and courtesy.They did a great job on my glasses, and I was on my way in time to finish the the 100 mile trip back to my home before dark.The price was the best I found for my glasses needs. I’m happy with my glasses. The next time I need glasses, I will travel the 100 miles to Texarkana to Vision4Less to get my glasses.

After my eye exam the technician told me my glasses would cost $ 320. Went to Vision 4Less and got 2 pairs complete with trifocal lenses and treated to suppress glare at night . Best part was the price $ 319.

I have purchased glasses at Vision4Less on two separate occasions. Each time I purchased two pair of frames and lenses. I wear trifocals. I guess they call them progressive lenses now. I have never owned a pair of progressive lens glasses that were perfect. Some seemed a tad bit better for reading while others seemed a tad bit better for distance. Of the four pair I have purchased here, two are nearly perfect, one pair is noticeably better for distance and all around, one noticeably better for reading though they are decent for all around. All four pair fit nicely and are decent looking. Three pair are Nike. The thing is, these glasses were very inexpensive compared to what I paid at a local high priced eye care establishment. Cheap. Additionally, I like these glasses better. My glasses from the expensive place are not noticeably different except that they dont fit me as well (too big) and cost triple. They are Nike frames also but are fitted with a name brand lens. Vision4Less is usually busy and you will probably have to wait longer than you want to but they offer a quality product for less. Lastly, all of my glasses have been ready the same day and they sent me a text message when they were available to be picked up. I have never used their optometrist but have always brought a prescription to them. I will try their Dr. next time.

The store is clean, the employees are very friendly.They interact well with the customers and each other. Jordyn, who helped my son and me, was so nice! He was really helpful in the process of choosing my frames, he smiled, ( he has a great one) and was really patient with us. He made sure that we knew all of the extras and options available to us. My daughter got glasses for the first time at Vision for Less she is 15 years old.They announced it was her first time gave her a bell to ring and everyone clapped and cheered.My daughter has Autism and was insecure getting new glasses.Dr.Hart in Texarkana was wonderful with my daughter and she really has been going on and on about how she loves her new glasses and how much better she can see!!!

First eyeware specialist I got told me I could not use frames I had used previously with little explanation . The manager overheard me getting upset(I am getting old, cranky and do not like youngsters telling me that I cant do what in my experience know I can) She did what the first person did not and had the glasses checked by techs in the back and came back with a reasonable explanation why I needed new frames (cracked hinge). She was extremely helpful and had a wonderful attitude for working with aged public. If I had gotten her first I would have given five or even ten stars on my experience.

My husband and I have been very satisfied with our experience at Vision For Less on Richmond Road next to Sally’s Beauty Supply.The sales associate told my husband if he wasn’t happy with progressive lens he could bring them back in and they would do bifocals lenses.They worked ungrudingly and always with a smile/ cheerful attitude. He switched some medicine and needed to have eyes rechecked. After failing last time to get progressive lenses to work with him properly and getting bifocals, once again he wanted to try for progressives. After making two sets of lenses, they finally did it. He was so happy.! I’m glad that they continued to work with him.I have migraines and needed a pair of prescription sunglasses. After explaining this to the sales associate, she told me grey sunglasses would be better than brown. I assured her that I need them dark.She was absolutely right! The grey sunglasses are so soothing and she made them darker than normal display. She told me if I found they were too dark to bring them back, and she would redo the glasses. I’m sure they are going to be great! Thanks.
