I havent been there in a while. The store is very nice . They even have a good selection of nice furniture. The workers are all very helpful. You need to check it out. I was impressed.

Fantastic prices great products friendly courteous staff. Needed a night stand a specific size could not find one anywhere in town but big lots had a beautiful one the exact size I needed.

When I saw Awesome, I mean awesome. The store is really clean and organized. The staff is visible and ready to help. The prices on the furniture, bedding, food products deserve a six star. My sister and I will definitely return to shop.

Not a bad store. But not a quality one either. Been in stores smaller with far more selection and in same size with much better selection of merchandise. Also check out area extremely confusing to figure out entrance. Should be marked.

Oh my Big Lot is my home away from home.They welcome you to Big Lot.They always have something different and new.So if you never been to Big Lot. Go the next time you go to Texarkana or Shreveport.

Texarkana Big Lots Furniture Manager is the absolute best. She recently went out of her way to help my 15 year old with her furniture purchase of a futon bunk bed and when the futon mattress was damaged when we opened it, she was super helpful and offered options to fix the problem. Excellent customer service. Friendly. Shes definitely an asset to their company. Very pleased

I have always shopped here. You can find unique items.I have a metal decorative wall hanging found in a corner just sitting there for $5.I dont even like metal junk but these birdies are too cool sitting on their bobwire.I dont like that half of the store is new furniture.I like a discount store.The prices seem higher than comparable retailers .

Very disappointed in the selection of items, no clothes & no sugar free items. It appears clothes have been replaced with furniture. No bargains like they used to have. Simple things like for example my husband needed some flashlights, they didnt have any.

I have yet to have a bad experience at this location. Site is organized and clean. Employees will happily go look in the back for items if you have a question.So many things to choose from. I always find a great deal on something, usually something I did not need but ending up buying.Cashiers are always pleasant and offer some sort of conversation.

They have furniture. Nice furniture at that! But yet it still looks like a discount store. It was clean. Could be better stocked tho. If you donate to their cause, they ring a bell & announce the donation over the intercom system. Kind of funny but at least theyre helping people.

It has been well over a year since I have been here and was very impressed. Very clean, well stocked and great variety of everything. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Place used to have great deals on merchandise. Now their prices are about the same as retail stores. I would spend the extra few cents for name brand staples for the household. However they do now also sell outdoor and indoor furnishings.

I always enjoy big lots. It seems like they are going thru some changes. The electronics dept which used to be large is now very small.

I usual. enjoy shopping there, but today 6-14, me and my sister did not enjoy it. I have had surgery, I wanted to get out of the house.. I have to use a WalkerAll of the outside furniture and things were so crowded I couldnt go through. I wanted to get a canopy.Why is it so crowded? You have allot of empty space. The Dr. Peppers were on sale for. 88.I had not seen the ad, so as last time I bought 12, but did 2 sales. We were checking out. I told her we had 12 bottles of drinks. Loudly she said we only get 4 each. My sister had to take 4 back.Then she had called for the boss, she needed more 1s. The lady at the next checker ask for more ones. So a guy brought ones, he gave the second lady ones first, the first lady said she ask first. So he gave her ones. She was a mean women, that was unprofessional. We want be back to that store, we will go to Shreveport store.

What a great place for men to go with their wives to shop. Great recliners, sofas, and beding. You can sit, rock, recline to your hearts content. Employees are friendly and prices good.

As we all know Big Lots is a close out store so they are as good as the store that closed. Big Lots on New Boston road almost always has nice deals.

I got an Air fryer there this morning. I have been wanting one for a long time I finally found a big one there for 79.00. I am so excited to use it.

Bought a sofa and quarter chair from Texarkana location. Got them home, got the legs for the chair and realized there are no holes. Called the texarkana store and after being placed on hold for 20 minutes, I was told that they make the chair with No Holes! I asked what am I supposed to do with a chair with no holes, and was told that I can come back and they can show me how to drill holes. If I knew there were no holes why wouldnt have purchased these chairs. Maybe next I will go and purchase a lamp with no light socket!
