I was extremely pleased from the moment I scheduled my appointment. Each staff member I encountered was extremely pleasant and knowledgeable. The Dr was great, very honest and trustworthy you can see his passion for his work and he is not just trying to make money but interested in me as an individual. Defenitly recommend. He was honest enough to tell me that i didnt need glasses which i was a tad bit saddened since they have such a huge selection of cute glasses but i was happy with his honesty.

Doctor Laurie Gonzalez was fantastic, excellent customer service especially Taylor who made my experience more personalized and she was extremely knowledgeable. I will highly recommend this place to others.

I got my eyes examine for contacts and I cant see anything, money wasted.

Very knowledgeable, take time to review all test data with you and answer all questions. Willing to check on insurance to ensure you get everything you are entitled to. Also the entire staff is really friendly!! Highly recommend them!!

Everything here was wonderful!! I started out with one frame and by the time Laurie was done with me I had a whole different look. She had me try a frame with color in it, helped me find the right shape and made me feel like a queen. Dr. Garcia is so kind, explains everything and made me feel better than I ever have leaving an eye exam. I highly recommend this store

Getting older has it’s benefits and draw backs. Eyes with cataract’s are not good to hear, but if you have to hear it Texas City TSO is the best guides you can ask for. Times have improved the procedures their referral was spot on. Talking us through the procedure and in my case everything went as Dr. Devera said.Eyes are greatly improved and things much brighter. The staff is OUTSTANDING and treat you as one of them. Makes you feel good when you leave.Dr. Devera is tops in professionalism and straight forward talk about what is happening.I do thank GOD for such a fine establishment.Chef Gene

Called when they first opened about trying to get a medical appointment for a very irritated eye. Not only were they able to work us in they were prompt and the Dr. quickly had a diagnosis. Friendly staff and a Dr. that took the time to explain exactly what he found and answer all of our questions. I would highly recommend TSO innTexas City.

Doctor Jerry Cao used to work at Americas Best on wayside Houston. At that time he diagnosed my mom with glaucoma then tried to charge hundreds of dollars for it saying she needed bifocals ans everything. She refused and saw other optometrists and they all said they had no idea why he diagnosed her with glaucoma and didnt try to milk her like Dr Cao did. Its scary that this man has moved away from Americas Best and is now in private practice.

They are so professional & so helpful. Great doctors & nurses. Great place!

This place is amazing the best tso I have ever been to! I suffer with uveitis witch makes me have severe dry eye but I been wearing glasses for years and wanted contacts. Im a hard case when it comes to contacts but the drs there didnt care if I was a tough case they were going to get me in them and I went through several different kinds tell I found the right ones!!! They made it possible for me to now be glasses free!!! I relocated but if Im ever in that area I will be going back for sure!!!! If I could give 10 stars I would

Fast and painless and everyone was really nice. I went in to see about scheduling an appointment and I was leaving 1hr later with all my tests done and my glasses ordered.

Looking at the reviews, maybe its just me, But it took 12 business days for them to disburse my glasses. after you select a frame, they probably order it and outsource the lens placement. Not good..
