This place has better cookies than Tiff Treats!! They’re very delicious, warm, and soft. The ice cream is great as well! The vanilla is fantastic!!! You can also add toppings to your ice cream sandwich or ice cream cone. The inside is very small but it’s worth the wait!!!

Why would you go anywhere else. Stopped in here and so glad we did. Great service and the flavors were good too. Choice of cookies for your sandwiches, or bowls. We did just the bowls and they were good size scoops. Much better value compared to the other place around the corner.

Revised my rating from 3 stars to 4. The cookie bowl was pretty good although I wasnt a fan of their mint chocolate chip ice cream.

Unsure why anyone was going to the Kilwins next door when this place exists. 10/10! Had the cookie bear bowl with brown brittle ice cream topped with caramel and hot fudge…SO GOOD! I did not know what to expect with the cookie but pleasantly surprised that it was very soft. Bonus - it was served warm. Service was great - line was moving along pretty quickly. Seems like they had enough staff for a Friday night. Would definitely come back!

I ordered the “gooey butter cake cookie” because it looked nice in the case. After the staff heated up my cookie, it turned into a pile of greasy dough and had no flavor. I took one bite and threw it away. Waist of my money. Pass on this place.

We stopped by here a couple weeks ago and it was fairly close to their closing time - but you would’ve never known that! We were enthusiastically greeted by those behind the counter and were offered pointers on how to order since it was our first time there! The customization options made this a really fun and unique way to order ice cream.

Delicious, soft-baked cookies and tasty ice cream. Overpriced in my opinion ($6+ for 2 cookies and scoop of ice cream), but plenty of people waiting in line. Day old cookies were as delicious for less than 1/2 price.

Location advertises gluten free cookies. Person taking my order didn’t even know what gluten was. Turned to ask another employee who responded by laughing. I’m not sure why this place advertises numerous gluten free items. My thoughts are if you are going to go out of your way to advertise this, educate your staff otherwise don’t offer it.

Good ice cream, but you have to wait for it. Stood in line for 20 minutes to pay $14 for 2 ice cream sandwiches. There were 4 people working in the store, but only 1 person making the ice cream. The same person is running the register. This is the least efficient way to run the store.

My sister and I were wanting to try a new dessert place. We got a pint of the Bear Batter ice cream and a brownie with mint chocolate chip ice cream in the middle of it. The ice cream here literally has to be one of the best we’ve tried, ever. We are definitely going to order here again!

This place is absolutely AMAZING! I dont leave reviews for places ever but this place has a genuine exception from me. Such a cool concept and they know EXACTLY what theyre doing. My only complaint is that there isnt one where I live. You HAVE to try this place if youre in The Colony. Definitely a must try.

In this subway style dessert bar I am stunned by how good custom ice cream cookie sandwiches can taste. The customized ice cream sandwich I made was a brownie on the bottom, in the middle chocolate chip cookie dough with hot fudge and on the top a red velvet cake cookie. I am drooling just thinking about it.

I got the bear sandwich and it was delicious with monster cookies and toasted s’mores ice cream! I will say it’s on the expensive side so it’s more of a once in awhile go to dessert place.

It makes going out and supporting minority, female-owned business easy.I didn’t know how to approach the menu, but the staff was so inviting despite the line and provided recommendations that didn’t disappoint. I can’t wait to bite into an ice cream cookie sandwich next time I’m in the area! Great for an after date spot to sit out by the foundation and catch a cool breeze.

Delivery order was missing several cookies. Terrible customer service as far as fixing the issue. I’d much rather go to Crumbl Cookies, way better cookies and customer service!

I really liked it but it is definitely chocolate heavy. I like fruity lighter stuff and there was only one option (though it was very good). I will come back when I am in a more chocolate mood.

Just why! This place is a sin, and they offer vegan ice cream for my lactose folks like myself. That gooey buttery cookie is delicious, I almost ate my spoon. I’m from Houston and I was in town for the weekend! I went to The Baked Bear and I must say this is by far one of the best places to go to! The dessert was so dank! The people and the service was A1 like the hot sauce! I recommend this place! I’m looking forward to them expanding down to the Houston market so I can go there everyday and get fat!

I was so excited to see that the famous Baked Bear came to Dallas! My ice cream sandwich was delicious and the cookies were perfectly warm. There are sooo many cookies and ice cream flavors to choose from-Even have GF version. The best part is that they will literally toast up your cookie which for you. It’s also in a really beautiful area to hang out in, can’t wait to go again!!
