Joe and Dustin really went above and beyond to help this past Sunday with switching me over to T-mobile. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and affable during what was a stressful process for me. I appreciate them for taking the time to make sure that everything was running smoothly, and answered all my questions!
Unprofessional service. Had to go back a second day after spending two hours the first day because the rep didnt know the promotion and closing soon. Spent 400 dollars and left with nothing and they refused a refund. Made appointmen for the second day and the rep took lunch at appointment time. Still no new phone..
Great customer service from representatives in this location. Solved all my issues quickly. Recommend this location if you have any problems with your current service, your phone or anything else as they will do all they can to assist you. 🤙🏼
Update on T-Mobile 9/30 2021, since my last review I am happy to say T-Mobile customer service at this location has improved. More trained employees on site to help. I have been very pleased.Thanks T-Mobile for listening. Keep up the good work.T-Mobile was fine. I dont understand why you have 3 employees in the store and one could only help me with what I need. You probaly not to have a bonus plan set up to motivate your employees so they would want to be train quickly. So we as customers wouldnt have to wait so long. :( :(
Great service and knowledgeable. They are on top of cleaning after every customer which I appreciate in times like these. Ask for Christopher, he’s awesome! Walked out with store with a new phone and store credit to get a screen protector.
Terrible service in store wish it was a zero star option leaving t mobile and going to a different phone provider because of the treatment at this store
I went to the store to upgrade the phone and they said I need to backup my phone. They said that they will not help move the content to new phone. I went back home and did backup of my phone. Next day they said the promotion end and can not honor that promotion. I asked why did not they informed me about that the promotion ending. They simply said we are “sorry”.There was another new promotion that was running they could have offered vs simply saying we are “sorry”Very layback people and poor customer service.
They pulled their gates down at 7pm and just sit inside waiting for 8pm to come so they can leave. Horrible service!
Wasted two hours with Byron and Dustin and they got no where. I hate dealing with online orders but had to. T-mobile and sprint merging made this place hell to deal with. --- update to the review. they responded with the comment below. They fixed absolutely nothing. Making their customer service even more awful... very impressive how bad their service is.

Just got a new phone! Being a senior can sometimes be challenging. Some of my apps didnt transfer so I went back for help. Byron was awesome! He was very patient and helped me get everything worked out. I highly recommend this store.
I had T-Mobile for years, I was at the store next door from Sprint and decided to check out my options. One of the best decisions I have ever made. Byron, Mike and Dustin all helped me and were outstanding young men. Not only did I save about $50 a month compared to T-Mobile but I also added my youngest daughter...and still am saving money! Amazing store staffed by amazing people, that truly made my day.
Day 1Why do it always have to take so long. 3 employees here but I guess only one can help me. Waited 3 1/2 hour that day.Day 2Here I am again. Just don’t make no since. When are these companies going to ever learn. Pay your employees more money and stop trying to work the ones you have to death. SMH. 🙁Really Tmobile 🤔😒😒😡😡

We have been with sprint for many years at this point and we used to go to the Frisco location which usually had friendly staff but this one is closer so we decided to go here to upgrade our phones. One of the Coworkers Kalyx started off friendly but then decided to take a face time video chat with a friend who was at bath and body works and she was trying to pick out candles while helping my family upgrade our phones. That video call went on for about half a hour while we had to self check out the online service and transfer our own data to the new phones. Which is fine but there was no offer to help us with it. The store manager at the time on 12/7/19 at opening was helping another customer but he did not seem to care about his coworker taking face time calls in the middle of helping a customer. Sprint overall has been okay as a service but this particular location seems to have either amazing service or bath and body work sponsorship with others.
Every time I go to this location they manage to make my bill higher than it was. They say it will stay the same and it always increases. Be careful if you go to this location.
Ive been a Tmobile customer for many years. I came in with because my watch was actin up. Byron was extremely helpful and patient, and got my watch exactly the way I needed and taught me how I needed to use it. Byron was amazing and is an asset to the company, Ill definitely be coming back and asking for him!
Poor customer service, employee handled personal business, left me standing at the counter while they left out the building. He behaved as if I was bothering him. No exaggeration!....
While I enjoy my Sprint service and cant complain about coverage or the price, I can say that all it takes is one bad or dishonest store representative to ruin all interactions I have at a store level. I went in to get a service removed, was told I couldnt (and would have to call their service line, which told me I could cancel it in store first!) And then was offered the Sprint Safe and Found© tracker by way of the laziest silent handoff of a brochure I think Ive ever had the misfortune of being part of. I said no thanks my dads got one and Im going to see how his works before I think about it. I went to place it back with the others and she assured me that the trash I had in my hand was decidedly mine to keep. I shrugged, said have a great afternoon and before I had reached my car door I received a text letting me know that the store rep had generously and without my consent added the tracker to my plan anyway! I was elated! And by elated I mean that I was checking on my bill a few minutes ago and saw $20 worth of charges that I would not have seen otherwise. So, be careful with your phones, trust no one inside of a Sprint Store, and pray to God above that your time inside is short and your bill unmolested.
Byron went above and beyond my expectations to fix a debacle of a situation that phone care and online chat helped to create. Can 100% guarantee that he is the reason I am staying with Sprint. This guy was literally helping 3 people and training someone at once and making everyone feel valued. Thank you Sir.

I walked in and was greeted immediately. Frank helped me set up the best plan for me. I was able to upgrade a new iPhone for my daughter. We stepped next door to Blaze pizza while contents from old phone was getting transferred into new phone. Helpful and knowledgeable staff.
Went in to get my phone looked at and the 2 men that helped me were awesome. They fixed my phone at no cost and were able to lower my bill even after I added a Tablet to my account.
I have been with another carrier for years, I came to Sprint today just to inquire on their plans and phones, I walked out a new Sprint customer! I got an amazing deal on the plan and the phone, thank you guys for all the help.
Once location, but that is all undermined by the sales staff here. Unhelpful, when it comes to resolving anything other than trying to make a sale and half dont even care about that. After having to deal with this place Im actually considering switching carriers and Ive been with sprint since 03.
This is my second time going into this store and having a bad experience. The first time the girl at the counter had the most horrible attitude- I went in to upgrade my phone and ended up turning around and walking back out after she had told me my phone wasn’t eligible for an upgrade (which it was and I ended up doing AT THE OTHER STORE)..... this time I simply came in to see about adding another phone plan to mine. I’ve been with them for 4 years and have never had an issue with logging into my account until I’ve come to this store. The assistant manager Mychael (I think) didn’t even know how to navigate the iPad. Didn’t end up adding another phone line and I won’t be coming back to this location.
We went there to fix a huge mess with our bill, it took what seemed like a while, but was justified because of the state of our account. Stephanie Jimenez crushed it! She was patient, and helpful and resolved all the issues a third party made to our account. Thank you Stephanie! You guys earned a regular customer.
Stopped by for help with my moms phone. Spoke with Stephanie who figured out the problem. She was so kind to my mom (who has Dementia & struggles with simple processes). Highly courteous and professional staff.
This opinion is about sprint service in general. Not this locationsSprint probably has the. WORST. connection ever. I am having problems every. Single. Day. And I find myself in many situations where my phone is thrown across the room. Multiple occasions oh but don’t worry it’s protected by an otter box case (sadly). My fiancé has cricket and he sits DIRECTLY next to me and his phone works very quickly while ME. I’m sitting here waiting five minutes for something to load on safari just to have it NOT LOAD in the end. And what’s even worse is my phone SAYS I have three bars of sprint LTE which is supposed to be good I guess?....if so. Then where is the connection and service and speed? I wish I could switch companies so badly but sadly I’m stuck in a lease. I am very extremely aggravated with sprint service.

Whole place is ran by punks. Went in for a simple account problem where sprint asked if I could go into corporate store to verify my ID. These tools had no idea what was going on. Ill never go back to this store.
Good deals because about to merge with another Giant company maybe T-Mobile. The biggest problem internet dont work when on the phone . Cannot talk and use the web at same time. Good phone network compared to AT&T and T-Mobile.
The manager !! Horrible services. I asked for her name but she didnt give it to me but I do know she was talking to me like Im her homeboy or even if we was on the streets. First of all, get up out of the chair when a customer comes in the store no matter was color, age, or gender they are. If you want to sit down all day at work I suggest you go apply at call center..
The employees always have a smile on their faces and bend over backwards to help the customer. The store manager is VERY SMART and KNOWLEDGEABLE she is a real asset for Sprint. Go to this store!
Avoid this location at all costs!! Being a long time sprint customer (10 Years) I just wanted to get a new sim card because I had purchased a phone from a friend and it didnt come with a sim card. I have done this before for free of charge at Frisco location. Frank attempted to help me by giving me a run around saying that they do not carry android sim cards at this location. What a Joke!! I would recommend you take your business to the Frisco location, this location just wants to help new customers because that is what makes them money.
Worst costumer service I have ever experienced in a store. The employees were rude, they were both on their personal cell phones texting away while helping me. Then I got questioned about stepping outside to make a phone call to my mother? Absolutely ridiculous. Then the guy told me he could hold a phone for me, then told me that they couldnt hold phones? Overall, I will never be coming back to this store again. Regardless if a customer looks young, or whatever, employees still need to treat every costumer with respect. Please let your employees know that piece of information, because I dont think they have learned that yet.
If I could give one particular associate 10 stars I would. I was helped by a young man named Mykkel Marzouchka-Rifal. He went above and beyond for me and my family. My wife has had a Note 3 for eons, and needed a new phone with what she cited as a good camera. I told Mykkel that I needed a phone for her, but it didnt need to be top of the line, and that I didnt want to spend a lot of money. First he tried to get me on a S8, but that was still more than I wanted to pay. So he went back worked a little magic and then said I got one more phone to choose to from, and I dont know how he did it, but he ended up getting us a free case, wireless charger, screen protector, plus we got the new G7 by LG, we got a reduction on our monthly bill, and free Hulu, I walked out of there paying only 14 dollars and some change. I felt like I hit the lottery. Very grateful for him taking the time to work with us, and look for multiple options. Overall the store is nice, the people are friendly. I have had some bad experiences in the past with sales people there. I also have had some good ones too. Overall I think the store is like a 3 to 4 star, but Mykkel like I said went above and beyond. I would definitely recommend talk to him if you need help or looking for a deal.
Came in just to pay a bill and walked out amazed at the time the gentleman took to go over my bill and options with me. This will be my go to store from now on!!
If I could give a negative start I would. Horrible experience. Staff is completely incompetent. Spent an hour in the store and they couldnt even get my address plugged into the system correctly. Finally left in disgust. Go to ANY other sprint store before this one.

They didnt care about helping me one bit. Having a problem with my network, wouldnt even look at my phone only kept trying to sell me a new phone. My phone is 2 months old. I dont want a new phone, I want my BRAND NEW phone that I already have to work. Terrible customer service.
TERRIBLE SERVICE!! Was waiting for 2+ hours to be helped and the workers were no type of help at all. Too worried about things not in the store to take notice that the store had many people in there.

The manager in the store was not helpful and spent the majority of the time telling me it was not his job to help me with my request.The trainee that was there listened and walked me through the process to make sure I understood the issues. I will not use this store again.

Today we visited this store and everything started well, a person attended us very kindly but then that person had to leave since his shift was ending he talked to his colleagues so that they could continue attending us and no one wanted to do it, only one agreed to do it but was Busy and we had to wait while the other vendors were doing nothing. In the end we couldnt wait any longer and we had to go, really bad attention from the other sellers. Anyway, I cannot recommend this store because it is a lottery if you get a good seller or a bad one.
