My home away from home. Mark and John are amazing full of knowledge and advice. Knows there products and great color matching to a tee. You will come out of there knowing more then you did home owner are professional they can teach us all. Extremely helpful and professional. Only place to buy paint within 50 miles my Opinion. Well worth the drive.

Mark and John are the best!! Theyre extremely knowledgeable and friendly. They answer all my questions (I have a lot and theyre extra patient with me) and are awesome about having my product ready minutes after calling it in. Will always go out of my way to visit this sherwin store!

John and his staff are amazing. They really took care of me. I will not buy my paint anywhere else. Their customer service can not be beat and the quality of the paint is superior to any other paint sold at the bigger stores. They have earned a life long customer. Thank you guys.

I will NEVER ever go back to this store! From the moment we walked in, we felt like we were a bother to the worker, Luke. He seemed more interested in watching the soccer game that he had on the tv. I needed a new wall paint for my kitchen and needed a quart of touch up paint for my ceiling. He told me they do not sell quarts of paint and that I would have to get a full gallon. This made no sense because I had previously bought my ceiling touch up paint from another store not too long ago. I asked if he could pull up my history from my PaintPerks account to see and he said no. You could tell he did not want to help & I did not want to deal with his attitude, so I took my gallon of kitchen paint and left. I went home & verified I was not wrong about purchasing a quart of touch up paint for my ceilings. I took a photo of it & returned to a different store where they easily made me a quart can with no problems. I am not sure why Luke told me he was unable to. I asked the person at the other store about it & he just shook his head & said he had no idea. It was extremely inconvenient to have to go to 2 different stores to get what I needed. Next time I paint a room, I probably wont be using Sherwin-Williams.

Would’ve picked a no star option if it was available. Today (Saturday) we visited this store and 2 staff members were there. Did not even acknowledge us or ask if we need any help or information. We were there for at least 20 mins and no other customers in store. They sat down and kept browsing through their phones the whole time. We took some sample colors and brochures and left. We understand that this is a time of social distancing. But we had masks on and if a store is kept open, some help or a courtesy to at least ask to be helped is basic. I’m glad that there are other options near by and this is not the ONLY store in the area!!

I had called earlier in the day to get information on a clear coat for metal.The person I spoke with assured me they had it.Got up, spent time driving in. When I spoke with the sales associate I talked with on the phone, she did not remember the conversation. Then she went and talked to her supervisor. She was kind enough to write down a part number and point me to the website.Bottom line: 1. I feel like this was a waste of my time and effort. 2. I did not learn anything from the associate that I could not discover on line. 3. I have learned of the poor communication skills by SW employees. My recommendation would be this. If you know exactly what you need and can make it child like simple for the SW employees then I would say you have a good chance at being successful obtaining your product.I caution you to not expect clarity of thought or understanding or desire to help. These are people here to processe an order and take your money.It is not the same Sherwin Williams I grew up with. So sad to see an American company go so far downhill.

Customer service is way below most SW stores. The guy typically answers questions with one word response and does the bare minimum. Its clear he hates his job. Asked for the color deck (they used to give them away) and he rings it up and doesnt even tell me how much it is.

At this location ONLY, Elizabeth, the store clerk was very unprofessional and rude during my transaction this morning. I felt very mistreated as a long time customer of Sherwin Williams... sick to my stomach, actually. Ive had fantastic customer service at all other locations I have visited.

Sorry guys - but they dont know what they are doing. The colors choices are pretty but they dont know how to mix it to get it. Sold me my blue and said it would cover in 1 coat. When it dried into purple on my walls I took it back. Their response, I dont know how that happened, I mixed it right - its your problem, not mine. Sad choice by what I thought was a good American company. When they improve profit margins by hiring minimum wage and not training, it gets you short term gain, long term loss. Enjoy the $$ we spent on those cans. We wont be spending $$ at Sherman Williams ever again.

Even though the stain that I wanted could only be purchased in one gallon cans Kennedi went above and beyond to make sure that I had the 15 gallons of stain that I needed. While she was waiting on me the store became extremely busy, and she was able to handle everyone professionally and with a great attitude. Thank you Kennedi!Sherwin Williams you have a great employee that I hope youre taking very good care of because employees like her are a rarity and hard to find.

If I could give no stars I would. I contemplated writing this but I could not stop thinking about what happened and how belittle it made me feel. Thursday evening, May 2nd, just after 6:00pm I came to this location looking for specific paint colors. When I walked in the store there was nobody there but the one staff member sitting at the register. There was NO Greeting, No Welcome, No How Can I Assist You Today. She saw me but kept doing whatever she was doing on her phone. I proceed to help myself and try to find the color I was looking for. I want to say maybe 3 or 4 minutes passed, a Caucasian woman and her daughter walked in. Within 3 seconds of her being in the store, in a Joyful Voice, the employee greeted her and asked if she could be of assistance. I immediately stopped what I was doing and looked in her direction. I could not believe what just happened. The employee knew she was dead wrong because while the other customer was talking, we locked eyes, and I knew she could see the disgust on my face. After that, I lost all desire to even be in that store. As I walked out, I turned around one more time and again we locked eyes and all I could do was shake my head. Are we still doing this 2019? Is this the kind of employee you guys want representing your company? My money is green just like anyone elses. Im not asking for you to go out your way, but a simple acknowledgement of my presents would have been appreciated. I would never step foot into that store again. And for the young lady who was working that night, SHAME ON YOU! REMEMBER, HOW YOU TREAT PEOPLE AND WHAT YOU PUT OUT IN THE ATMOSPHERE WILL COME BACK TO YOU 10 FOLDS.

Very rude employees especially an employee named Kennedi. My father (who is a painter) went in today to buy paint and Kennedi made the mistake of giving him four gallons of paint when my father only asked for two gallons. Kennedi then proceeded by YELLING at my father very rude things and refused to acknowledge that she made a mistake while my father just stood there in shock. Horrible employee! You dont treat costumers like that. Everyone, do yourself a favor and avoid this Sherwin-Williams.
