I went to advance auto parts today around 4:20 PM, and was having trouble with my son. Don’t know anything about using a generator in the after math of hurricane Ida, and what it seem to be the manager which was an older man was ever so kind to us even though it was a bit chaotic. Would like to leave a five star review for such kindness. God bless you in Jesus name.

Need to change your store hours online as it says you close at 8 pm. I got there and there is a sign stating you closed at 6! That is not good business especially when I drove 25 minutes to go get a part.

This was the only auto parts store in town that could obtain the somewhat odd part I was seeking today. Staff here often change and are not overly friendly, so its the last place I usually check.

Advance Auto Parts discriminates against people with medical exemptions. I walked into to Advance Auto Parts today to quickly pick up a product that I needed and after I walked in and told the associate that was working at the time that I had a medical exemption, he told me that I couldnt be in the store and they couldnt do business with me for not wearing a mask. Mask mandates are not laws and I wasnt breaking any law by trying to purchase a product from your store. Advance auto is another freedom hating company in America that discriminates against people with medical exemptions. I will never do business with them again and neither should you.

Had what I needed for my long-term maintenance needs.

I needed a couple of items for my girlfriends car. So, I stopped by on my way from visiting my son. Amber was working behind the counter. She was kind and very knowledgeable about the products in the store. She even suggested an upgrade on a part I was interested in. Thank you for the great service.
