I really enjoyed my experience at this salon! I was very pleasantly surprised by the selection; so many to choose from, many price points, and many different styles...and they seemed to let me try on as many dresses as I wanted! I lost count how many I tried! Mandy was my stylist and she is so experienced and knowledgeable...and funny - she kept us all laughing the whole time. I felt very comfortable and that she really listened to what I was looking for, and I did not feel pressured to buy that some salons make you feel. I would absolutely recommend New Image.

I call in just inquire about getting fitted for dresses and to see if they could at least order something in the color that I was looking for. The customer service was no pleasant and at and she didnt even make any effort in getting me to come into the store. I was disappointed.

The ladies at The New Image are the best! They spent two hours with us and truly helped my daughter find her wedding dress! They were very kind, patient and just downright fun! I highly recommend going to the The New Image for your wedding dresses! The best service ever!! I promise you ~ you’ll be so glad you went!!

(This is Lionels wife speaking) I worked here in high school/college and can tell you that from the inside out, this store is fantastic. Merchandise is excellent quality and the staff will bust their bums to help. Try on some gowns, shop downtown, and have lunch. You wont regret it! Nothing but great memories from this store and the zillions of brides we sent down the aisle.

Not what I wanted for bridal visit. not a classy store at all. Perfect for shopping for the show, My big Fat Redneck wedding. The ONLY redeeming factor was that they had a good inventory to try on. But they dont do alterations, so buy your expensive dress here and good luck with it!

Went to a few places to try on wedding dresses before I went to The New Image. Out of all of the places, the staff at The New Image were by far the nicest & most helpful people I dealt with through the entire process. The owner came in during my appointment, introduced herself & was as nice as could be. I would highly recommend The New Image to all brides to be!

Terrible service!! Rude! Went in to look and see what they had to offer. Wasnt greeted. Lady asked why I even was interested in the style I liked. When I asked to try a dress I found on, the girl upfront said you want to try it on? Oh. Went back to looking down at her phone and said, shell take you to the back. When I was done trying the dress on in the dressing rooms in the back, the dress was gone. I had to go to the front and ask where it was! Clearly not interested in gaining a customer or a $1100 sale! Truly disappointed and annoyed by their lack of customer service! My fiancé and I left and even he stated, were not coming back here. They look down at us... Pretty sure they were talking about us, too. They dont want our money.

Took my cousin here to choose a wedding gown. They have beautiful cheap gowns here. We bought one that looks fab.

Terrible! Half of the groomsmens tuxes didnt fit the first time of being orderd and then they had to wait two days before the wedding to get the correct size! And when we went to pick up a tux we brought up how half of them havent fit and the lady said Well one of them was the little boy. It shouldnt matter who it was, my family gave you their business so you could make them look nice on a special day and you didnt do your job. Also once they got the correct size back one of the groomsmens sleeves were uneven! And it was very noticeable!

First I want to say that I read the reviews of others and decided to give the new image a chance. Maybe there were Bridezilas comments made on the reviews. I searched for a wedding gown at The New Image but either the price was out of my budget or I did not like what I tried on ( No fault of theirs). At first they were all very friendly and helpful so I decided to get my Bridesmaid dresses from them. BIG MISTAKE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I went to pick up my dresses 23 days before my wedding and they were LONG and I ordered Short. The first thing out of the sales lady mouth was Oh Im sorry We can Alter the for $30 a dress!!! ALL of the BAD Reviews I read flashed before my eyes!!!! MORE MONEY due to their mess up. WILL NEVER STEP FOOT BACK IN THERE!!

My mom went to the New Image to get her dress for my wedding. Hands down it couldnt have been a worse experience if we had wanted it to. The purchase of the dress went fine, but the dress did not come by the date promised. When we called to check on the status, the lady told us a new date for delivery. Since we had a little extra time until the wedding, that was tight, but ok. When the new day came around, we called and the lady said she had never given us a date and it would be in in a few weeks. Over the next three weeks, my mother was more than stressed about the issue, my bride was crying over the mess and I was growing more and more irratible. They will say whatever you want them to in order to sell the dress, but after that everything is lies. Any store that makes the bride and MOG cry over the lies and stress should be avoided. After my experience this spring, I tell everyone to go elsewhere, even if that means driving to Atlanta or Jacksonville. Youll be happier in the end.
