I just gpt my cracked phone fixed I could not even take pictures before they fixed it. My phone looks brand new and now my camera works amazing! If I ever need to repair a phone ever again this is where i will be. Everyone was very polite and welcoming.

Use low quality parts for repairs. Also damaged iphone home button during repair. Charged me full price to replace cracked screen. When I picked it up I noticed the home button no longer worked. I ask them what happened, they had the nerve to tell me collateral damage stay away

I got Spectrum Residential Service here. They do way more than just a Wireless Shop. And after calling Spectrum; American Wireless was able to save me an extra $20/month from the original quote, since they claim theyre not on commission. The guy there was very straightforward and made it easy to understand extra services I really didnt need.

Never completed unlock nor did they offer refundOwners responded and said they could not verify the work order. Well first off, My name is Lee Rintaniemi. Second off, I do not believe Jr, ever had a work order with me but its possible. Second off, he charged me for 2 unlocks. A Samsung galaxy S9 and a iPhone 8 plus, Jr and Louis know me well, as I buy phones and resold them. For awhile, I brought all my repairs to yall and even at times bought phones from you. So these 2 phones. That I paid to have unlocked, I held onto for over 2 months, while I waited for Jr to have them unlocked, eventually I sold them at a loss, not to mention the additional money I lost paying for the unlocks to American wireless. The same American wireless that has a booth in cooks flea market. Again, after waiting 2 months for these unlocks to happen, everytime I called Jr, there was a new excuse as to why they werent done, its fine at this point. Jr ripped me off but at the end of the day, it really only hurt American wireless, as I still buy and sell phones today and now have a honest shop do my unlocks and repairs and guess what. When there is an issue, or a unlock takes longer than the agreed upon time, the company I deal with now, issues a full refund. They dont offer a endless supply of excuses as to why the services you paid for arent completed months later. So go ahead Management at American wireless Aka Probably Louis but possibly Jr, please tell me why my unlocks were never completed? Or why I was given a excuse every time i called for months?

Lewis was very straightforward about my repair and suggested I purchased a new device instead. He gave me a fair price and I feel like any other place wouldve charged me a repair fee to simply tell me my phone wasnt repairable. And besides the new phone cost me less than repairing my old one.

Best store around! I have been dealing with this store for many years. Great family to deal with, and they really know their stuff! They are very friendly but extremely slow on repairs. I cant comment on any of their other services because I dont use them for my wireless needs. They sell various prepaid plans and they advertise that they do repairs. Today is January 19, 2020 and theyve had my iPad to repair since early May, 2019. I get a different excuse every time I check on it.

Ill start this review off on a positive note, Lewis, hes a likable guy. But at the end of the day, they are in business, so my advice on that is shop around, dont just walk in knowing nothing about anything. Compare prices, do your research. The reason for this review. However is in regards to Jr, and some of the unlocking services He represents and offers at American wireless. I had 2 phones, I needed unlocked. So I called Jr up at American wireless, told him what I needed, which was 1 iPhone 8 plus unlocked and 1 Samsung s9. Jr tells me, he can get it done, for $60 per phone. That the unlocks will be done, in 4-10 days well 4-10 days turned into 2 months and everytime I call the guy, he gives me a different excuse. In those 2 months of waiting, I have a cell phone for sale, Jr asked if he could pay part of the money they day we met, the other part the following Sunday. So sunday comes around, I head up to get the remaining balance owed on the phone and hes got the audacity to tell me, he sold it for less than what we agreed on. So in those 3 dealings, he scammed me out of $200 bucks. Which, to me it was worth loosing that $200. To find out, you couldnt trust him with a $1000. But the next person that comes along might not be able to afford a $200 loss. My advice to anyone interested in a phone or service, do your research. Dont give Jr any money and make sure you get what you paid for at the same time, dont fall for Jrs 4-10 scam.

Best Small Business Shop in the Triad Area. Ive quoted other shops and they al wanted more than $200 to repair and unlock my iphone 8 Plus. Ive dealt with Apple Store even and they were unable to repair my phone under manufacture warranty. I came across one of their online ads and i must admit; I thought it was too good to be true. Then I read up on their reviews and there were really good ones and a few bad ones (I recon it wouldnt be legit if a business if it didnt have a few negative ones, but they seemed unrelated)... Anyways I bought an iphone 8 plus from ATT and my screen went black (with only 6 moths of use).My first thought was Apple Warranty. after setting up a lengthily 1 week wait Apple Store appointment; the tech takes my iphone to the back (I assume for an inspection) and comes back with a report saying Ive tampered my phone. As if I had deliberately opened it and tried to mess with it. I took my defective iPhone and checked with ATT. They tell me theres nothing they can do; except file an insurance claim (cost $199).Mind you, I was desperate at this point... So I started to look for local shops. Went in to a handful in the Greensboro Area; each wanted me to pay a $20-$60 Diagnostic fee. Which I thought was rude since Ive explained to the the circumstances of my iphone. Ive had places asked me for diagnostic fee and then not being able to deliver or charge the fee plus repair cost on top. All these places offered a diagnostic fee on top or repair cost.Finally I found American Wireless online ad and I thought that was a pretty good sounding name. So I took a chance and drove there. They also explained I needed to pay a $20 Diagnostic Fee with the advantage that if my phone was repairable it would be applied as credit towards the repair cost. I loved it!So 30 mins go by and my tech comes out with my iphone. He hands it over to me and tells me its done! I was shocked and worried about the price tag. Heres when the story climax: They didnt charged me anything EXTRA!!!. They told me it was labor cover by the Diagnostic Fee. I was relieved. He then proceed to explain the screen was shorted and all he did was unplug and re-connect it. Voila!!! I told him I was so happy and relieved and they truly know what theyre doing. Lewis and Junior and their tech Joe are truly remarkable. Its a nice small place with a family owned atmosphere and Im so thankful I found them.Long story short: this place fixed my iphone for only $20. When everywhere else told me it was unrepairable or $200.
