This place is okay. A lot of their plus sizes are cut very small which is a bummer! They have a decent selection of name brand clothing, but the prices arent the best! I dont hear a lot regarding this place, and I think people are turned off by the selection of clothing and the prices. The good thing is that they do have layaway!

Love this store! They have the cutest clothes and quite a selection of designer brands and UNBELIEVABLE LOW PRICES!! They are my go to for shoes and clothes. They definitely have this girls business!!

They have plenty of clothing styles for both men and ladies. They carry shoes and Bras. So much for so little. The employees were very helpful with any questions I had. Would recommend!!!

No sales, clothes were horribly overpriced and the lady seemed more interested in talking to her guy friend more than she did acknowledging anything in the store🤷‍♀️

Factory Connection carries name brand clothes with deals that cant be found hardly anywhere else. The layout of the store is just right, making it easy to find what you want. The staff is friendly and helpful as well

Everytime that I have gone into this store the employees are either standoffish and rude when answering my questions or having loud, obnoxious phone conversations in front of customers. This does not look good for a new business.

The district manager is very rude and doesn’t care about anything. Everyone is rude she doesn’t care about her employees. I wouldn’t and will not go back to that store!!!!!
