Personal was very knowledgeable And Friendly. Mr. Majors made sure we was on the same page, (size/style) prior to searching for product.

It was clean and well laid out. The way tje parts counter and the way it was roped off was a bit much. It was the only Ag- Pro i had been to that was a bit too much on the distance issue. I could barely reach the parts person to hand my credit card or to recieve my parts. I found that to be a bit ridiculous when everything else in the store was open.

Excellent sales service. Originally called the Cairo store about a quote for a 5090e. They never got back with me. Went to Thomasville.store and had a quote and ordered an a tractor in 20 min. Accessories were added .and delivered in a week. Tractor and all accessories came from Cairo store. Thanks Cody for your help.

AND THEN LAUGHING ABOUT THE CHARGE, AND IF I DO NOT PAY RIGHT NOW THAT EVERY MINUTE THE TECHNICIAN STANDS IN MY LAND I WAS GOING TO OCCUR MORE CHARGES, AND WHO CHARGES TAXES FOR 2-1/2 TO 3 HOURS OF LABOR. I ASKED THIS SO-CALLED SERVICE MANAGER HOW MUCH TO REFURBISH MY STARTER, HE TOLD ME $500, REALLY WHEN I CAN BUY A NEW ONE FOR $190. THEY ARE LIARS AND THIEVES WILL NEVER BUY JOHN DEERE AGAIN!I would like to thank Nate from the Cairo, GA Location, Was very nice and was able to correct the wrong I was done by the Thomasville, GA Location

We purchased a john deer 320 tractor in February 2017 . Our sales man was CHAD JONES and I want to thank him for the best experience in purchasing our tractor. I give Chad a 5 * for being knowledgeable, informative with GREAT customer service . We had the BEST price in Thomasville over the Tallahassee AG-PRO. They are deserving of the 5 star rating. AND THE JACKASS THAT RUNS THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT IS ALSO A THIEF, HE THREATEN ME BY TELLING ME IF I DO NOT PAY RIGHT NOW WITH A CHECK OR CREDIT CARD, THAT HE WAS GOING TO KEEP CHARGING ME LABOR FOR EVERY MINUTE HIS TECHNICIAN IS STANDING ON MY LAND. THEY ARE ALSO CHARGING ME TAX ON THE 2-1/2 TO 3 HOURS OF LABOR, WHO KNOWS HOW MANY PEOPLE THEY HAVE SERVICED AND CHARGED TAXES. U DO NOT CHARGE TAX ON LABOR. Took my 2032 in for broken top link in middle of June. I was given an estimate of $1,500.AgPro had my tractor about 3 weeks and the bill was $4,900!!!! The told me they would try and get it covered under warranty. They didnt.I mowed 3 acres and the new top link they put in broke.They told me to bring it in and it would be warranty sices it broke the second time within 90 days.Now they wont release my tractor unless I pay them $4,200!!! BTY...this new top link has been redesigned and is much more substantial.I am VERY disappointed in Ag-Pro. I could go on...but I feel as if Ag-Pro is dishonest. ItsI almost like they are stealing my tractor!What ever happened to getting repairs approved prior to doing them?.
