I enjoyed working with Cheryl. She took the time to make sure that I was going to get everything I needed to improve my hearing. She took the time to look for the type hearing aid I wanted and what was going to do me the best for my budget. I would recommend her to anyone. The whole experience was very good. Cheryl at BELTONE in THOMASVILLE, NC was very thorough in her explanation of what she was going to do during my ear exam and hearing test. She demonstrated with sounds so I knew how to respond when I heard a noise in either ear. She answered all my questions and explained my hearing test results. She then gave me a booklet in which she underlined my particular type of hearing loss I have. She was very professional, pleasant, and reassuring. I can highly recommend her if you think you might have a hearing challenge or someone has suggested you have your hearing checked.

With my hearing loss for more than 30 years the Belton Centers where I am serviced in Lexington and most recent with the Thomasville office Beltone always take care of my needs and follow up with me if my hearing aids are working well without Beltone Hearing Centers dont know what I would do they care first about customer needs cant thank them enough for great service

Fabulous! Fabulous! I took my mom here to get a new hearing aid as she was not hearing well with her old hearing aid that was purchased at a competitor. The minute we got to the entrance we were greeted with a warm and friendly smile from the receptionist. She helped my mom in and get settled. Great first impression and it just got better and better! We did not wait long at all and they were right on schedule in calling my mom back to get her hearing assessed. My mom’s hearing issues were people had to repeat things several times before she heard them and she was also reading lips I felt bad too because she was missing conversations with friends and she was starting to isolate herself. It turns out my mom was only hearing about 30 to 40% before we came to Beltone. Cheryl, the lady helping my mom, carefully explained everything to her about her hearing loss. My mom ordered new hearing aids from Beltone which arrived in two short weeks. Long story short-i’ve Got my mom back. I haven’t had to repeat anything with her new aids and she can even hear me talking from another room. THANK YOU Beltone from the bottom of my heart!
