Quick service on pint all way around!! Very helpful in what a new rider needed for the ride n Safety!!!!!!!
Robs always helped me and very far pricing.Been coming here since I was a kid when his dad ran the place and I wont go anywhere else. Thanks rob
These guys sold me a filter and a couple quarts of oil for roughly the same price Id pay ordering online, so I can say their prices are competitive. They also were cool enough to let me change my oil in the parking lot, so I can say the staff is helpful too. Good place.
This is the go to place for dirtbikes. Professional service for half the price. Ive been bringing my bikes here for years..I dont remember dads name but Rob is great. He runs a great business parts in, bike out...
Great service and good friendly people.
Worst place I’ve ever been in my life. Took a Honda 400 and a Honda 450 and he screwed both of them up. He claimed to do a valve adjustment on both bikes but when I took it to the actual Honda professionals they said the valve adjustments have never even been touched cause they still needed work. The man also took apart the engine on the 450 and gave it back to us like that. The Honda shop says there are some missing parts in the engine I believe he has something to do with that. Both atvs ran before I let this idiot work on them.
He greeted us as we walked in the door and stopped what he was doing and attended to us.
He was able to get me in-and-out with a tire formt Yamaha immediately. I ran to the gas station around the corner and by the time I got back to tire was ready to go. Great service great guy.
This is my honest experience with the wheel right shop. I have a friend who has had good luck with Robs work so I figured I would too, however my experience was beyond terrible. I brought him my bike and he gave me a reasonable quote for the repairs/maintenance so I left it with him. Rob calls me two weeks later and says it’s “fixed and ready to ride”, but my bill was double what he originally quoted yet he did NOT do any extra work than what we had originally agreed on. I asked him why was my bill so much more than what he originally told me and he simply stated that this was his labor rate and then listed out what each part cost. I go to pick up my bike and Rob gives me my service receipt which listed the parts he replaced and their prices were double what I can find them for on any motorcycle parts dealer website. I realize he has to make money to stay in business but truthfully he marked up parts double what anyone can get them for. I looked at my receipt and began asking simple questions and I could tell Rob was annoyed. Then he interrupted me while I was talking to him about the repairs and work and said “pay up so I can eat my lunch”. I paid the man and will never go back. Took my bike home and now it does NOT run right and it is leaking oil, which it didn’t leak before. Before I took my bike to him it was running fine it just needed parts replaced that wear out in time. I have had motorcycles for 20 years and The Wheel Right shop is by far was the worst mechanic and customer service I’ve ever experienced. Please do yourself a favor and go do business with a more reputable shop. I know I wish I would have. I hope this review warns you and you save yourself time and money.
Great place to get what you need done! Rob seems pretty chill. Think I’ll be back for about everything I need for my bikes or quads!
Great place to buy parts and get repairs. Owner takes pride in his selss and makes sure your satisfied as a customer! Id recommend to all
This guy knows his stuff hes very knowledgeable took a Yamaha 450 racing quad for some work that another shop had messed up Rob took care of the issue and Im back up and running thanks Rob youre the best!! Always can count on Wheel Right for the best service!!
Stopped by first time to have them look at doing some work on my 2009 Kawasaki 250 street bike. He was very rude and unprofessional with me. Acted like he didn’t even want to make time to look at my bike. Little does he know I have 2 dirt bikes and a 4 wheeler at home he just lost potential business on. I’ll go to another shop. Will never go back to this jerk.
These guys know what they are doing No job is impossible for them
Open 5 days a week, quick service for a tire mount, but be aware of cash only.
Would give zero stars if I could. We had our Suzuki dirt bike there to get a pipe welded on and a tune up. We got the bike back a week and a 1/2 later cost was 600$ it did not run right it kept stalling out so we took it back they had it 2 more weeks cost 300$. When we got the the bike worked for a couple hours then the same thing stalls and spits. Now will not even crank. The bike worked fine before we took it to Wheel Right. Would not ever take anything else there. Very poor customer service as well went in to pay 100.00 and I asked for a receipt and he said I was just paying for labor and would not give me one. Beware!
July 3rd. Almost every other shop I called either couldnt get me in or were closed for the holidays. Rob took me right in, replaced my tire and rear brake pads in no time and I couldnt be any more pleased with the service. Not to mention the price was right.
I received really good customer service and prompt service as well.
Did the work like they said that it would do. And a fair price
Great knowledge and good customer service..Rob and Mike are good guys and each are dedicated to customer satisfaction..and courtesy.. Rob Faria is a champion rider in his own right and can wipe anybody his age or 10 yrs younger on a dirt trail....!!
