Had to drop off a package for work. There was a little bit of a line, so I was reading the services provided broad. When I noticed that they will notarize items. Jackpot!! I needed that done for work as well. Come to find out you can go any time during business hours for this service. Everyone employee can notarize and it only cost $2. If you ever need anything notarized I highly recommend going to UPS. It is quick, cheap and employees were friendly. Also check out the card section when your there. Im going back to get a few to have on hand. The selection is small, but I loved alot of them.

Wonderful experience at the Thomasville UPS store. The gentleman behind the counter was friendly and professional. He took his time and was very courteous. I watched him as he patiently helped a customer in front of me who had come to send a return package without a return label. Kudos!

Great experience! One of the employees saw me struggling to get a package into the store. He left from behind the counter, came outside and brought the package in for me. And then went to my truck to get another for me. I appreciate when someone goes above and beyond!!

Met a customer there to sign several sets of documents. I need printing, scanning, and emailing the paperwork. The staff was really friendly and efficient. When the original person helping left and I wasnt finished yet, he took the step to let me know who would be helping me next. That is great service.

Absolutely the easiest way to send a package; they cut through all the complex mailing and pricing options to find the best way to get my packages from here to there! And they do it with a smile and pleasant attitude, making a chore into a great experience.

Again, we have packages missing and mail going to the wrong box. And the worst part is that we have so many nice people in this town that like to keep other peoples package and mail and not return them. It seems theyre only interested in returning packages from their own kind. I have been with this store since 2005 and I have to say that since it changed owners I have noticed my mail missing or I get mail when appointments have past or worse of all some of my packages go missing or I get them days later or weeks later when I receive a confirmation from the seller that it was delivered to the UPS Store. One time I had a package delivered and I had to dispute this purchase with the seller. This lost package that supposedly had been delivered to the UPS store a week and a half earlier suddenly appears for pickup at the UPS store. I do not understand this, why does a delivered package in the UPS store go missing in their store and suddenly found a week and a half later? Did they give it to the wrong person? And the person kindly returned it a week and a half later? I have notice quite a few new faces so am not sure if this is the problem but it is very frustrating when you start to lose trust on the people that you suppose to get your mail from. This is the main reason why I got a box to ensure I would get all my mail and packages. I hope they straighten out.I have received mail from other boxes and I have made an extra trip back to the UPS Store to return the mail placed on my box incorrectly because I sympathize with the people that it should have gone to.This is my experience with a service I pay for, if I wanted this kind of service I would have stayed with the USPS system.

UPS delivered my package in the middle of a thunderstorm safely and complete dry!! I’m blown away by their service!!
