What an amazing time we had here with our kids. Great staff, great prices and the pizza was quite good. We stopped through Thomasville to visit family & with 6 kids, this place was a true treasure in the south! Will absolutely be back next time we pass through.

We had a great time. We booked a room for a birthday, we had a party. The kids loved jumping and everyone enjoyed it so much (:

I wouldn’t put a single star if I didn’t have to at least select one star. The two young ladies that ran the counter were rude. When we called to reserve a party room, they told us that we could bring snacks, cake, and drinks, but when we arrived, they told us no outside beverages. After I had already purchased drinks for all of the children in our party. We were only allowed to purchase the beverages they had, which were very few. You can only reserve the party room for an hour, which isn’t enough time for play/ presents/ lunch and cake. The place is in complete chaos. One of the ladies got on the intercom and stated that the children needed to stop being so loud. This is a place for children to jump, play, and let out their energy! What do you expect??? The wooden floors are coming apart, and honestly doesn’t even seem safe for the type of business they are trying to run. I will NOT have another party here and would NOT recommend this place to anyone.

Havent been in a while but they have a better variety of bounce houses now.

NOT a place to take toddlers. The 4/5 star reviews must come from parents of 5 year old (and older) kids. There was NO supervision by the staff at all, and the only bouncy castle ear-marked for toddlers was over-run by much older kids, who made it impossible for a 2 year old to enjoy herself. There were kids climbing on top of the bouncy castles, and the staff (and their parents) didnt seem to care that they could fall and hurt themselves or other kids. Awful (unless you have an older child)

We went here for my granddaughter s 2nd birthday and it was a lot of fun for all the kids. They had really good service and friendly people working here. It was a great time.

Would be great if other parents kept their kids in line. There were kids at least 9 years old flipping all over the toddler area that has a clear sign that says under 3 only. Being entirely too rough and wild, climbing up the sides of structures and trying their hardest to destroy everything. The staff should really enforce a behavior policy to remove kids like this and put them on a no return list.

My kids have SO MUCH FUN here! The whole place is Super clean which is important to me. We had a birthday party here and the owners were beyond nice and very accommodating. We cant wait to visit again!

Nice people . Good food . Not enough tables for as busy as they get . Need to expand the building and hand out numbers for tables if u order food . If not ordering food, have some chairs out without tables or have small side tables . There are 7 tables for at least 50 kids and their families and most people stay at least two hours so they need seating space .

Look, this is a fun place, but it is also dangerous. A literal accident waiting to happen. These bounce houses are not meant to be inside like this. My boy had bumped his head pretty bad on some metal sticking out of the ceiling and we witnessed a child get a god-awful flesh wound. This was a wound that may have needed skin grafts- he lost a large piece of his knee the size of a silver dollar. To say the least, the poor kids Summer is likely ruined. You couldnt pay me to take my kids back in there.

Its inexpensive and have good customer service but its warm inside and a little unsanitary. Not sure Id return

Sadly I can no longer recommend this establishment for anyone.We’ve been here multiple times and even held a several hundred dollar birthday party for my son here.Today will be our last trip here.-Staff doesn’t hint they care about you or have any professionalism in their interaction with customers.-Safety for little ones isn’t a concern, older kids shove them around with no staff or parental supervision(and if you try to monitor your kids in the jump houses to make sure they stay safe you are told you can’t, rudely)-Wooden floor walkway has plintered pieces, rolled up, falling off duct tape supposedly there to cover up other hazards.-carpets are ripping and falling apart throughout.The list could go on, and maybe at another time I’ll edit and add all of the additional issues a normal engaged parent would have with the new owners or staff or rules.

This place is a dingy, older building with only a handful of blown-up jump houses. They will lie on the phone when you ask them questions in order to get your business. They claim everyone is welcome to jump but after you make the trip, they will stop your older kids from getting on or helping their siblings (whether or not the child is special needs and needs the help!). They dont supervise the party room at all, we had random strangers coming in to our (garishly painted) party room to ask for food, face painting and toys! To leapfrogs credit, they did refund me some of the money from my party, but since most of my friends couldnt join the party AT ALL, we shouldnt have paid that much anyway. We never would have came at all and excluded half our guests. The pizza was odd and they didnt make it until our time for the party was almost over. If you live out of town, do not go there specifically or youll be sorry you made the trip!

Like a war zone. My grandson got kicked in the teeth and hit on the head multiple times. There was no one who worked there watching anything that went on. Large children in the 3 and under play area. Never going back.

I want to like it, but every time we go theres always an issue with people not watching their kids. The big kids get into the baby bouncer and the little ones are getting hurt. Then other kids are pushing and shoving other kids, while no one does anything..
