Was going to spend a couple hundred dollars but there was someone collecting signatures or donations out front. Definitely made me not go in.

They went rang up a guy tonight who first was only partially wearing his face mask, and then dramatically took it off altogether. They shouldve refused service. This has been reported to Tri-County Health and the state liquor board.

So after reading some of the other reviews it sounds like this place was run poorly in the past, but it sounds like it has some new management and based off of my experience that seems to have done a world of good for the store. Whenever I have come in the staff is friendly and helpful if I have questions. They also have a decent selection too! I was not expecting it to be that big on the inside. The outside is misleading because it is a pretty large store! The only reason I gave a 4 and not a 5 is because when my friend came in with me they asked for his ID (understandable) and his ID was expired (his fault not theirs), but what was frustrating is instead of saying hey do you maybe have any other identification? The guy just said sorry your ID is expired and then proceeded to help me. Created an awkward and uncomfortable experience for the both of us. If the gentleman would have asked if he had another ID the answer would have been yes because my buddy is currently in the air force and had his military ID not knowing he could use it. That would have made it a 5 star experience. Other than that this place is good now not sure about the past but who cares if things are better now! :D

Shout out for being awesome during this COVID-19 situation. Each time I have gone in, every employee working has on gloves and is constantly cleaning everything (even the bottles on the shelves). Such a small action can make a huge impact. Thanks for being smart and taking the appropriate steps to keep employees and customers safe.I edit my 5 stars down to 2. Returned the other day and they had something priced wrong and gave me attitude about it when I asked why I was charged so much. The guy working treated me like I was a liar. Then gave me cash for the difference and he and the gal working we’re condescending about “doing me a favor just this once”. Um, it’s called honor the price that is shown! But that’s ok, plenty of other stores near by that can have my business ✌️

I had a great experience at this store tonight. Pedro is a great employee and has good customer service skills! He was running the store efficiently by himself and was still able to help me find a few drinks that I had missed.

I was leaving the store and was chased and grabbed by an older woman, I was not aware she was running after me. I was outside the door when she grabbed me and accused me of stealing. I myself amam older woman and I had the receipt in the bag. She didn’t even ask to see it.The male is always very friendly to me I’m thinking this woman may have been his mother.Scary and horrible experience, I try to support local business. This was certainly uncalled for. Felted violated.

The workers spend more time talking to each other than to the Customer there are 2 young women whom I greatly enjoy seeing at the counter they are always friends and go out of there way to help me find exactly what want and them some 😊 sadly Ive one seen one of them lately. Those two women are employees Customers like myself and my friends enjoy see and make the experience oh shopping there very enjoyable.

They have all these signs about customers wearing masks when one girl behind the counter wasn’t wearing one . Those girls are rude . Never going again .

I really like this liquor store. They have a really good wine and beer selection. They are always super nice when I come in. Also, they have a military discount which I appreciate so much.

I have been going into JJs for a few months now.. And when I would come in Im usually greeted by a super pleasant, cheerful young woman, not only that but by the time I would get to the counter she had everything I needed set on the counter ready for me to check out, But in the last 2 days ive gone in the store theres new people ? The woman whom was at the register was very rude, having a conversation on the phone instead of me the (paying) customer . I hope the young woman thats usually working when I come in still works there, because of the great customer service shes continuously provided.

Prices are fair, employees are usually nice, and quite efficient when checking out multiple customers.

Decent store, not the best prices around but reasonable. Only reason for a loss of a star is either them not being the best at math or them trying to subtly rip people off a few cents, not sure which.A single beer from their cooler is $1.59, or a pick your own 6 is $9.99, so you have the pleasure of paying 45 cents extra for buying in bulk.

Owner is a bit creepy, always trying to hit on my wife, good selection of beverages though

So much alcohol with tons of choices for beer, wine and liquor. You can even select your own 6 pack of beer from a huge variety of microbrewsThey even have a JJs card where you own discounts

Pretty decent store. Ok prices and the store was well stocked. Shifty characters around the store but i guess it is a liquor store not a church(there is one right next door which is found funny).

Check the prices, they always overcharge you. Every single time I’ve been here, never fails! I bought one beer and they charged me almost $15. From now on I will be driving the extra 10 minutes to go to Total Beverage!

This place is never open till midnight they usually close around 10 false advertising.

Always a good bunch of people and usually fairly knowledgeable about the wine selection. I moved a few miles south of them but I still make the drive to go to that store.

They sell beer that is expired. We bought 2 6 packs and they were gross! One was 6 months expired and the other was 4 months. We wont be back!!!!!

Drunk cashier yelling hurry up and get out 20 minutes before its supposed to close. To many other options around to waste your time here.
