North Ranch is an 11 on a scale of 1 to 10. Seldom does a vendor exceed my expectations (which are high) - Casey and North Ranch sailed past my expectations. No request of mine was too high, everything that was supposed to be completed was. My car was finished right the first time, on time and done very right. I am very appreciative. Very good experience !

I’m about to give my 2004 Honda Accord to my 20-year old niece, so I brought my car to the local Honda dealership, which gave it the all-clear after conducting a 200,000-mile service.When I asked what Honda could do about possible minor damage to the right side of the front bumper, which had become slightly detached after I had pulled away from a concrete parking block, the service rep pointed me in the direction of Barbara at North Ranch Body Craft in Thousand Oaks.I looked up the company in YELP, and was extremely impressed with the reviews, so I called Barbara. She politely said that if I were to bring in my car before 11am the following day, she would be able to give it a visual inspection.The next day, I brought my car to North Ranch Body Craft. After the inspection, Barbara informed me that the only damage to the bumper was that one of several attachments that affixed the bumper to the car had been torn apart. She said all that had to be done was to screw 2 pieces of the assembly together. She said that she could have one of her crew do the work and that the car would be ready in 5 minutes. Most surprising of all, Barbara said that North Ranch would do the job for free. When I asked what my other option would be, she replied that she could get me a new bumper for $1,200! Guess which option I chose :)I think the world of Barbara and North Ranch Body Craft because she was professional, she was honest, and she treated both me and her crew with the utmost of respect.You just HAVE to know that if and when I incur REAL body damage to a vehicle, it will be a no-brainer to bring that vehicle to North Ranch Body Craft!

Highly recommend this shop!! The team did a fantastic job on my 911, fixing what I came in for at the quoted price. It was a pleasure dealing with Casey and his crew and I will definitely be back!!

Ive dealt with North ranch for a long time I had a bad experience or the other day not with the company but with the Japanese customer being very prejudiced toward the employees prejudice words, very unpolite I thought she was a queen or something.... that was helping another customer when she drove up demanding service right away and then complaining about how shes not getting it because shes Japanese unbelievable. I personally have a Japanese aunt my aunt echo and she does not act like that at all in public .

The attitude was very rude and disrespectful. I understand if it’s busy, but there’s no excuse for rudeness. Matt who I interacted with bring Caucasian and being that I’m of another ethnicity makes me concerned of reasons for his rudeness, since he was very kind and respectful to others that were also Caucasian. Also he quoted me way over double the estimate than this other place I went for an estimate. He was slower, not personable and unprofessional. I do not recommend this place at all, especially if you’re of ethnicity.

Stopped by today after pulling my front bumper off on a cement parking barrier... they shoved it back on for free, explained the damage and the cost to fully fix, and offered to work with my insurance company. Exceedingly friendly and super fast. I will absolutely be taking my car back there once I save up my deductible 😅

Billy is as professional as they come. He gave me detailed specs of the different tires that would fit our budget. My friend, who uses the car to commute 2 hours a day, needed durable high quality tires. Retail tire shops like Just Tires or Costco charged premium prices without the guarantee of the tires being in stock. In one Costco location the tires we wanted would have taken 2-4 weeks to arrive at the store. North Ranch Body Craft had the perfect tires in stock and cheaper than any retail shop we visited. Thank you and we will definitely come back for any of our auto needs.

I cant say enough good things about these people and their quality of service! Super professional, polite, patient, etc. Excellent work on my vehicle and Ive heard the same from several others. I imagine theyre just slammed all the time but if theyre not too busy to take you in, then go for it.

Work done was great! Friendly staff, whomever, I did not receive any progress information until I followed up after 4 days! I would have liked to have received information on when the work would be completed.

I got my car repaired here about 1 year ago, but I am considering returning for body work. I was involved in a collision, and these guys truly took care of my car. In only 2 weeks, my car came back to me in brilliant condition. They even gave care to correct panel alignment. The detail they did on my car lasted a month, too. (I dont even park in a garage) I noticed when I left the shop that my hose for the windshield washer was not spraying. Im not sure if it was related to the collision or not, but I returned to North Ranch and addressed the issue. They repaired it in an hour or two for no addition charge. Great guys and exceptional service!!

Staff is amazing!! Had my truck in and family and friends Mercedes SUVs in for minor to major damage. They are honest and look out for the customer before even trying to make a cent on repairs. Even before they start work on your car they treat you like family and discuss any pros or cons regarding your vehicle. And when you get your car back... looks like new. I recommend them to complete strangers and family when someone is in an accident. My sons car is in there as we speak. A++ raiting

I didnt plan to wrote the review until I receive the worst service from DHC FORD Thousand Oaks. After that I start realize what a good service North Ranch Body Craft offered me.I took my Expedition to them. They did a perfect job for my car. I am so impressed that they offer the drop off service. I dont have time to pick up my car. They just deliver to my house. Very good service. Highly Recommended.

Fortunately for me, I was referred to North Ranch after my accident. Tommy and his team brought my Porsche 993 back to life after I was sideswiped on the freeway. I liked their work so much, I had them restore the entire car. Honest and great work without the attitude! Now my new paint is as smooth as a newborn skin. I cannot thank this team enough.

Had a paint problem (roof) on a 2008 Honda. North Ranch repaired beautifully. The match is excellent. The staff, particularly Barbara, is very professional. My best experience with any paint/body shop.

I was a little taken a back when I got an estimate to fix my car and the mechanic told me that if it was going to be covered on insurance, they would really nail them for everything that could be done. It really struck me the wrong way. Attitudes like that are part of why insurance is so expensive! I cant comment on their work as I took my car elsewhere (a different place fixed it up perfectly for less than half the price they would have charged).

Best OEM quality body shop around. Quoted exactly how long it would take to get it done right and helped me with Enterprise rental.Quoted me $1500 and it was only $1100 because they could fix one part.Who does this nowadays....This is my 4th time using them and they always deliver quality work.If you have insurance covering the cost, insist on using them.

Their default is inferior quality Aftermarket parts After a fender bender with my 2 day old Civic, I agreed to let northranch Look at my car, per the mans insurance company that hit my car.Well they did more than look at my car, without my permission they stripped all the rear parts off my car and replaced them with aftermarket parts, Mind you I did not authorize them to repair my car they were only to inspect it and write up a estimate, I was furious ..So I expressed my anger and threatened to sue.. naturally they knew they were up sh#$¢ Creek, So I reluctantly told them to get the crappy aftermarket parts off my car and replace with original Honda parts..They did very quickly... Im vex that they wrote up a 4,800 estimate, for a very very small scratch on my bumper, Where Im from body shops slip you cash to do an insurance job..So basically these people tried too whack me with the lowest price parts money can buy, & they railroaded the insurance company for 4,900$, remember when the other party is at fault you have a choice of who and where your car is going to be fixed avoid even letting the other partys insurance company look at your car they may try to do the same thing they did to me.. just thought you wanted to know...Remember when you are shopping at Auto body places take pictures of your car first all the damage and shop around ask them if theyre using aftermarket parts or original parts when you show up at a body shop with an insurance job they know they are hitting the lottery so dont be afraid to dangle meat in front of auto body shops faces, everyone knows that the insurance companies are the biggest losers out of the deal nine times out of 10 they dont even come look at the car body shops no how to price it not too low obviously and not too high then the insurance company will consider writing your car up as a total loss and they will come and look at it then and they will see that its far from a total loss...

Im really impressed the quality of work and the way the managers/office staff conduct themselves. As much as I hate the guy who hit my car then sped off, Im really glad North Ranch Bodycract fixed it. Its back to new so as far as things go, all went well.

At a time when profit margin can be more important than caring about customers, what a pleasure to have North Ranch Body service available.I had previously taken two cars to them with AAAs recommendation.the work on both cars was excellent, especially the silver paint work ona 2002 Eurovan. im picky...the reason im writing this review is more about the positive attitude andquality of work they recently did for me on a small job of two hood ventsfor a new mustang. many shops would rather not get involved but Mattsaid...bring them in, quoted me a price and time frame and I couldnt behappier. quality!!!more important than the work sometimes is how you feel with the people...thanks North Ranch dw

They did a good job with rear end damage, also kept me well informed by e-mail about the insurance coverage as well as the work itself. My Volvo came back beautiful and clean, inside and out, when the work was finished.
