I BOUGHT A USED CAR FROM OGARA ONLY TO BE MISLEAD (LIED TOO) ABOUT THE EXTENDED WARRANTY. THE ONLY REASON I BOUGHT THE CAR IWAS BECAUSE OF THE WARRANTY. SO WHEN MY CAR WENT INTO SHOP WITH A REPAIR BILL OF $3500 I DISCOVERED I DID NOT HAVE A WARRANTY IT RAN OUT AFTER 7000 MILES.. WHO WOULD BUY A $6500 WARRANTY FOR 7000 MILES I WAS TOLD AT TIME OF SALE THE WARRANTY WAS FOR 60,000 MILES ABOVE THE MILES THAT WERE ALREADY ON THE CAR OR 48 MONTHS. MY COPY OF THE BILL SALE ONLY STATES THE 48 MONTHS

Went to test drive Alfa Romeo. It was the worst experiences I ever had. Kari was asked to help us but unfortunately she was inattentive, being on her phone or texting. After waiting for half an hour she finally brought the car for the test drive. Shot the door while I was fixing the seat. Got lucky that I didn’t loose a finger. Finally took the car for a ride and as soon as we got on the highway she asked to get out andturn back as she doesn’t want to put milage on the car!!! She obviously was very distracted. Not happy with how we were treated and definitely not a good way to run a business.

I wish I could give zero stars. Brought my Alfa in for service and it was there for three + months... I understand things take time but I do not understand blatantly ignoring clients. I called multiple times daily about my vehicle and every time was told I’d get a call back in ten minutes. I had to literally show up to get an update on my car. The first time they told me my car was ready all check engine lights were still on. When finally picking up my car a piece was broken on the inside that they tried to let it go without me noticing. Not to mention I picked up my car with the gas light on after they broke in the new motor. I talked to multiple managers throughout the three months asking for at least weekly updates and got nothing. If you want quality customer service take it anywhere but here.

I leased a Grandtrismo convertible 4 year lease I was originally very happy I called asked for sales everyone was super nice .... then I got my car and called for any other department hard to reach anyone else (horrible customer service) then they financed the lease through ally pay... fast forward 5 years I have returned my lease waited over 1 year to get my $5,000 security deposit. I hit a dead end with the finance company there no way to get the $5,000 back ( this was a security deposit on a $180k car ) I’m too busy but if anyone decides to open a class action lawsuit, I’m willing to put money to finance the marketing so we can get more people that have been scammed my ally pay) a company Westlake mazarati had chosen to do business (due to negligence) there customers had been getting scammed

Beware of buying a Preowned Trade in Vehicle.... Purchase a 2002 Porsche 911 C4 - May 2019 - They claim vehicle was well inspected and safe to drive. I have to claim other wise.... From my experience they only wax the exterior, cleaned the interior and slap on new tires. Once I signed and took ownership or the porsche and headed home.... The check engine light and the brake pad light turned on. Took it to a Porsche Specialist in the morning and had to have the car serviced. Oil was black and thick and dangerously low and four brakes needed to be replace along with rotors.It is a shame such a nice dealer with a wonderful reputation can place a preowned vehicle in the condition.

They have willingly handled every quirky detail that came up with my car. Apparently my Genesis warranty is for real. Some people laughed and told that my noisy headliner would take many months to replace. The GM Kurt, took care of it personally and expeditiously. They aim to please. I just wish that I could purchase one of their $100,000 upscale cars.

Service manager Ken, got a little ripe when I chose not to wait 3 to 5 hours to get my check engine light diagnosed by their computer. Then accidently did not return key fob upon retrieval of vehicle, yet remained out of sight but close enough for car to start. Which in a Bentley will allow you to get to your destination but thats it.

Ive had my Maserati for 3 years now and to ever get service or talk to Fiance or anyone to call me I literally have to drive to the dealership. One day I called 20 times in a row and no one picked up I continued to call and walk inside from my drive over and they just stood there talking to one another. I think Ive left this place over 30 messages in 3 years and not once did I get a return call back. I really want another Maserati my lease ends in a few days but this was so stressful that I will get a different brand of vehicle.

Setting up my Ghibli S lease was the easiest! Messaged the dealership through their website and was immediately attended to. When I finally came in, Erica was the greatest help. Erica understood what I was looking for (color, options I wanted, options I had no need for) and was very patient going through the entire inventory to find what best fit my needs. Was able to work out a great deal and was in & out of the dealership with my new car in no time.

My wife and I just took her car to get serviced here at OGara Coach Westlake because of their reputation of amazing customer service. We worked with Frank Moreno and he was awesome. He listened to what we needed done, gave us insight into what might need to be done, and wrote us up and gave us our quote in under 5 minutes. They dropped us off to get lunch at a local restaurant and before we knew it, we were called to let us know that our car was ready. When we picked it up, everything we requested had been done and her car was sparkling clean. Love this place. We wont go anywhere else. Thank you Frank!

What a horrible customer service! Even at Toyota dealer they treat you w more respect than these guy Ivan! If I had a dealership I wouldnt let him even sweep the floor not being a manager of Maserati! I even told him this over the phone. He doesnt even know how to talk to customer! After running my credit card and put inquiry on my record he promised me the car is mine after I get the money order check the next day! I got the money order and was willing to pay 36 month lease all up front as he wanted it then he called me around 12 noon and told me that he has sold the car that I got approved for and was suppose to pick it up today!!! Horrible person w very sh**y attitude. Im so sorry for this dealer to have someone like this guy as a Manager. lol

I recently went through the Absolute worst car buying experience of my life, buying a new Maserati Ghibli from O’Gara Westlake Coach Company, Maserati, Alfa Romeo, Bentley and I have purchased many vehicles for my Wife, Myself, my Kids and my business over the past 52 years.The Salesman “Mark Thomas” and his Associate “Kyle Smith” were so nice and all over us up and until I signed the papers and the new car was delivered.AFTER THAT IT WAS AS IF WE WERE DEAD AND DID NOT EXIST.Over the next 21 day, despite numerous calls and E-mails from me inquiring as to when I would receive the $7,125.00 for the traded in Mercedes, the 2nd Maserati Key/Fob and the Owners Manual, we received no call backs. We called the General Manager . Within 10 minutes we received a call back from “Kyle Smith”, the Sales Associate, who instead of helping us, started attacking, berating and speaking down to me, saying he was away at a conference for a few days . When he became aggressive, I hung up the phone. But he was not finished, he phoned me back a few days later and repeated his attacks and berating. I hung up on him again. Fortunately I was able to put a hold on my Visa Card for the Deposit Payment to O’Gara Westlake Coach and this finally got their attention. They called me and I advised them I would take my trade in vehicle back and only when I received it would I release the Visa card deposit to them. Mark Thomas agreed and promised to send me the 2nd Maserati key . He did not send the key, only the Owners Manual.It is now 46 days since I purchased the Maserati and I STILL HAVE NO 2nd KEY/FOB.In my Opinion these are two smooth car salesmen at a dealership that does not seem to care, with ZERO after sales serviceI WOULD STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP AS POSSIBLE

Im soo disappointed with their after sales support. Im an out of state buyer and they were very eager to sell the car and even though I could have gotten another similar car for about the same as I paid for the one I bought, I was naively charmed by Chuck and because he was such a persistent salesman and kept hyping what a great deal I was getting and felt he deserved the sale.The sale and paperwork all went without a hitch and monies wire transferred and that was the last of feel good. Since I bought the car sight unseen and on the assurance of the sales person that there was only 1 minor scratch that was barely undetectable; when it was delivered, I have discovered several problems with the cars esthetics and function and after sending chuck pictures of the issues, their response was and repeatedly has been that they will not take any responsibility for any information prior to sales that may have been misleading or not fully disclosed.There is no way I will buy another car from these cheats and I would Warn any person who is looking to buy a car from them to stay away and if you think the price is too good to pass on, So see it in person and not photos on their website or the ones their salesperson sends you as they may be altered or misrepresenting.STAY AWAY - DONT GET CONNED.

I have bought a Granturismo Convertible in 2013, then I leased a Granturismo S Convertible in 2015 (which I still have) and leased a Ghibli S 2017 here this week for my wife. This time around we had Erica helping us out and she was great! She knows everything about the cars that she is selling and there is NO hard selling on her part. A very smooth experience and both my wife and I would highly recommend her!!! Previously, Sarah helped me and she was great, but now she is the manager for Rolls Royce. Also, George (the manager) was very easy to communicate and work with. Taylor is the finance guy and he didnt try to upsell any of those unnecessary things that other dealerships try to mark you up with. He made the paperwork very easy.On a final note, Frank and Kenny in Service have been taking care of me since my first purchase from OGara in 2013 and they are the BEST! Nothing is ever a problem and they go out of their way to make sure that you are taken care of.I cant say enough good stuff about this dealership!!! If you are looking for a luxury car and you want to be treated well, then this is the place to go!!!

Worst experience in buying a car ever! They sale cars without titles. We bought a car in Aug 2016 and still dont have the title. They make up excuses and constantly say they are working on it. Well come Dec 2017 we wont be able to drive the car. I would never buy a car from them again and recommend that others dont. Even though they may sale luxury cars, they are not very professional with getting back with the customer and taking care of necessary paperwork. They cant even respond to an email or follow up. Horrible experience
