On May 19th I was at Sally’s in Thousand Oaks and the note on the door said order pick up.I called the number that they had posted four or five times. It went through the basic steps, I hit three to speak to a representative in the store and was disconnected each time.A young lady with blond hair at about 11:40 got out of her car, unlocked the front door and let herself in. I asked her how I could place an order and she said just call the store.So I called the store again and received the same situation as previously mentioned andagain I tried three different times and was disconnected.There is a dollar store right next-door so I went shopping.As I was leaving the dollar store I saw a gentleman picking up shaving shears for his head. The associate even assisted giving him directions on how to properly shave his head while behind the door.I called the store again and the lady that was behind the register answered the phone. I told her I was waving at her outside the door and told her I needed to place an order. She then told me that we are not taking orders until tomorrow.I mentioned that I had just seen another gentleman do a pick up and she said that he had called earlier. Had they answered the phone perhaps I would’ve gotten my product when I did call earlier.So you have two associates standing inside the store with all the power on and everything running but I couldn’t get my conditioner.I will not return to this particular Sally ever again.I am very disappointed!!!Marilyn

So I called around the time they first opened to see if they had any acetone left ... there wasn’t a “let me check, please hold on” she instantly said “No, it’s out of stock” & that was that. So I decided to go in & see for myself.... & what do I see in the nail section? 5 bottles of acetone. I don’t know if she was in a bad or just wasn’t feeling it that day, but I wasn’t anywhere near rude or gave her a reason to be rude & lie about products they do or do not have in stock. I understand there’s a lot going on with this pandemic, but instead of being rude to people we should try to help each other. Think about that. Never going to this store again. Would give it a -10 star review but the lowest is 1

Website said open until 5pm Sunday. Went to use my rewards, shop for a particular product and arrived at 4:20. Door locked and handwritten sign posted store closed early. Extremely frustrating.

I went to this store to buy some wax strips. I wasnt sure if I wanted a large or small pack. The cashier Ariel gave me attitude when I asked if I could have a discount on an opened product I found. She refused and said she will just mark it out and sell me the other one at full price. Before proceeding to buy the products I decided to check online to for a better price and if it was worth buying the 20 pack and online or just the 100 pack in store. I also began to look around the store at other beauty products when I overheard Arial at the back of the store gossiping about me to her manager Vivian. When I approach her in the back telling her I can hear her and that she was being so rude. She proceeded to give me attitude. Never have I been so assaulted by someone working retail. I am entitled to look around, price compare, and ask for discounts on damaged products, and I should not be judged for it!

Weve had excellent customer service each time we have visited. The Google maps gives us wrong directions. Just go up another stoplight.

High praise and big kudos for Olivia (adorable blue-haired girl) who words at the Thousand Oaks store on Moorpark Road. I asked her how she colored her hair...told her I wanted some teal to show at the bottom of my hair. She showed me the products to buy, then said to talk to her before I left and she would tell me exactly how to get the results I wanted...which she did...and which I did! Friends are surprised when I tell them I did it myself...I tell them Olivia and I did it!

Small in size and inventory. Not many Black hair brands like other Sallys Ive visited. Employees were welcoming.
