We recently moved to Thousand Oaks and we always prefer to support our local independent businesses. From the moment I walked into the All Med Drugs I felt right at home. Very intelligent and patient staff. I hope others will consider the advanced care you will receive from this pharmacy vs. a corporate chain. They also offer many services - including delivery. Very pleased.

Very poor customer service.Spent a few hours trying to rent a knee scooterfor use while healing from a fractured heel. This was the worst of the 3 medical supplystores I went to. They saw me standing on one foot and did not even offer a seat. I nearly feel trying to leave after having to ask for the door to held open so I could hobble through on crutches. Very rude women. No smiles, no courtesy, I asked if they rented knee scooters, she sighed, said yes, and I require a 180.00 deposit.Poor selection. Rude employees, depressingatmosphere.

Helpful pharmacy, but I was rubbed the wrong way when after only 3 months of having moved my scripts here, an expensive medication was taken out of the manufacturers sealed bottle and put into their own. By law a pharmacist can do this, but in my case they shorted me a pill. They made it right, as Ill get to... When they rang me up for my copay I saw the bottle was different and asked why, because after being on the medication for a year before at CVS and this one having filled it twice already, it just seemed odd. I got to my car and counted them twice, only 29 instead of 30. Back inside I went and spoke to the pharmacist, a very competent gentleman I see there all the time. I asked why the bottle was changed, he didnt have an answer, then I asked why is a pill missing then? He asked everyone working that shift if they knew, and admittedly apologized and said it was his initials on the bottle. He said he didnt remember why the bottle was opened and transferred, but that they would make it right and get me the pill. Now I have to say, I am short fused with pharmacies and come off like a jerk after experiencing CVS long longs and excuses. This pharmacy solved the problem of long lines, and having to wait (after they order and get your medication delivered if youre on something unusual, which I am). Also theyre smaller so it makes sense sometimes they may want a credit card number before compounding drugs (someones review complains about that), that makes sense to me because once its mixed they cant just reopen the bottle, recount and bottle with someone elses name on it. If payment doesnt go through they have to eat that cost.My only suggestion for improvement is to get a better system of communication, and notate things better. Theyre not the best at remembering to call you back or details. I had issues getting my scripts transferred to them for that reason which put me on edge from the start of our relationship, and after the missing pill, them still auto filling my meds when I requested they just let me call them to order, I am choosing to go with a mail order pharmacy. Id still go here for new scripts Im trying or antibiotics I only need 1 fill of.

WORST PHARMACY EVER!!!! I went their to get a prescription filled because it was in close proximity to my home. They said it would be done in 30 minutes that day. I went in the following day to pick it up and they said my insurance was declined. When i asked them why they didnt call me to tell me that, they had no answer were totally unhelpful. I had to ask them to run my card again, and they rudely said that it didnt work. I left and got it filled that day at my other pharmacy with no issues. All Med Drugs is absolutely awful.

I love All Med! The staff is very personable and helpful and they have gone above and beyond to make sure their customers are treated well. I am so glad there is still a small, neighborhood pharmacy to go go -- cant stand waiting in CVS.

I have used hormone replacement for 5 years. Ive recently moved to the area and needed a pharmacy to compound the hormone creams. I phoned Allmed and was told the creams would be ready in 48 hours. They then asked me for a CC that would be charged prior to compounding. I asked to speak to the pharmacist. She was not helpful. I hung up and phoned the next pharmacy on the list. Easy peasy... The prescription was ready in 30 min and delivered to my for free. No CC required! Skip this pharmacy. This is my first bad review BTW. They were just so cocky and rude!!!!
