When I first moved to SoCal (2019), I had zero relationship with Ben Bridges Jewelers. But when I needed servicing done to my ‘94 SS Date Submariner, and my ‘91 SS/18K Daytona, Ben Bridges were very welcoming. I have nothing but sincere respect to Ben Bridges (Especially BINNIE) for fighting for me to keep the original Daytona bezel ring (historical purchase value). BTW, BINNIE was able to quickly acquire a 126622 YachtMaster (she’s Da Queen)! Even though Rolex is in a distribution crisis, I highly recommend Ben Bridges for your next Rolex purchase!

Aeri was an amazing help when choosing a wedding band for my fiance. She took the time to make sure he liked what he was choosing and offered suggestions based on his reactions. Writing this review for my boyfriend as he does not Yelp.. It was a special day for him as he is a Navy Seal and always wanted a Rolex Submariner. I dont know much about these watches but he said they are very hard to get and he needed assistance from a good friend to put a word in for him. Not sure how long the wait was but it was over a year.. I think it made the watch even more special. I can say everyone at the store was an absolute pleasure and I think they were just as excited for my boyfriend as he was. A special day and amazing service and even better.. a personal touch

So I ended up driving 40 miles out of my way to go to this specific location. It is with great pleasure to share my experiences at the Oaks Mall Ben Bridge location. My first time walking in was a bit nerve wrecking because I was shopping for my soon to be wife engagement ring. To my surprise, a beautiful lady by the name of Binne Ruben made my shopping experience unforgettable. Binne supernatural kindness and professionalism was and always will be a great memory for years to come. In fact she listened to my story of how I met my soon to be wife and congratulated me on finding the love of my life. She then educated me on diamond history and different types of diamond cuts. Not once did she ask about my budget or how I would be paying. At the end of the visit, I ended up buying my first beautiful diamond for my beautiful wife. This was 4 years ago. Since then I have returned to upgrade my wife’s diamond and purchased other jewelry. My daughter also went to see Binne and is now happily married. I hesitated between 3 or 4 stars but I ll give them 4 because it ended up well and the ladies were nice.3 years ago, my husband offer me a diamonds ring for my bday and couple of month later I lost a diamond.I went to the store and bough a diamond and they repair the ring. Few month later the diamond got broken and was grey, they replace it again... and the third and last time one diamond didn t look the same, it was because it has gotten deaper than other diamonds. Anyway, they fix the problem by replacing the ring because I was tired and mad at trying to fix something again. Now I have a new ring and I hope I won t have to deal with any problem anymore. But, this time I purchase a life time insurance That cover damages, replacement...

We bought our engagement and wedding bands from a Ben Bridge in Coloarado back in 2013/2015. As much as we loved our CO Ben Bridge, we moved away to CA in 2015, and have been going to the Ben Bridge in TO (The Oaks Mall). And weve since learned that Ben Bridge upholds a standard of excellence in all of its locations...!Weve been to the TO Ben Bridge multiple times, to service our rings and of course to buy more jewellery...! ;) They helped us resolve an issue we were having with my husbands wedding ring a couple years back (it turned black, we dont know why, so BB replaced the ring and made it right). And most recently I had my engagement and wedding bands resized, and they did a superb job.We trust our precious jewellery to the Ben Bridge team! And, a special shout out to Binnie at the Oaks Mall BB, and her management team -- they are excellent at what they do!

Really have to leave some praise for the staff at Ben Bridge @ The Oaks. I called in to do some due diligence on my end as a buyer that was working with purchasing a high end timepiece from one of their customers. I didnt want to get duped into purchasing something that wasnt real. Being that this watch was purchased from them pre 2001, they didnt have the information readily available but they still took the time to look at the receipt to see if anything was out of place. Chantelle even took the time to go over my budget and what exactly I was looking for to see if they had it in stock. Most shops would turn me away if I wasnt going to buy from their inventory and not even make any effort. Chantelle and Armando took time to answer my questions and provide the best information that they could even though I wasnt buying a watch through them today.
