Abby in the floral department is amazing!!! I needed centerpiece arrangements at the very last minute and she delivered! She took the time to work with me on designing them and had them done on time. They were absolutely beautiful and reasonably priced. I highly recommend her and plan on using her for future events.

Clean well-stocked store. Staff is always pleasant and helpful. I was even able to get both of my Covid vaccines at their pharmacy recently, which was great because I live nearby.

Love this store. This has been my local grocery store for years. The workers are amazing. Gerber is the best supervisor! Awesome food, always great selection and fully stocked. The homemade fruit tarte is the best!!!

Nice and clean.

People that need to shop later in the day are usually left with empty shelves, watermelon fruit bowl, French bread, pet food, not many meat choices, deli prepared fried chicken. Forces the customer to possibly shop elsewhere.

They have a great sushi chef

This is our go-to neighborhood grocery store, not just because it is convenient, but because of their employees. My wife and I will search out the cashiers we love the most, including Pam, Lorin and Ray. The store is always clean and well organized. Their wine, beer and alcohol selection is excellent. The deli is excellent, too.

Clean. Learning where to find items. Still not some items i crave, but most of my grocery needs are met here. Deli sometimes slow and meat counter doesnt always acknowledge me waiting, when I am the only one there. Sushi guy is ALWAYS helpful and friendly and quick and appreciated. Ty

When you see outside, very beautiful building. Even more better, lights on store outside more nice beautiful color like natural store old fashioned. Inside store, there is larger aisles have plenty different companies products not miss one, welcome any products on aisle. Rich area near farm.

This is my go to grocery store for their bakery items.Great cakes and pastries for any event. Also has a really good selection of fresh fruits and veggies. Its prices are a bit higher than Vons (same parent company) but for some of those special items Ill shop here gladly.

Excellent produce and bakery sections with clean and pleasant merchandising coupled with friendly personnel makes for the gold standard of grocery retailing.Rick the pharmacist and his crew are the best and all were very helpful and compassionate during my Moms terminal illness...The floral areas are well stocked with usually fresh merchandise...Sign up for the USave program for big savings and so they know what people are buying at the store...Albertsons/Safeway should use this location as the gold standard for the brand...Love this place and miss the people big time...

Its a good place for a quick stop, the prices are reasonable and the staff isnt scarce. However if you are able to go to different place amd arent looking for some quick shopping in the neighborhood I would suggest going that extra mile. They have great cakes though if thats what youre looking for.

The guy who was working the deli counter this morning needs some training. He did not greet me when I walked to the counter, he was absorbed with the computer he was on. When I asked him if I could get a sandwich he said hold on. It was rude and dismissive, so I said I guess your busy Ill go somewhere else. Its employees like this that bring down an otherwise wonderful store filled with nice people who work there. So when you go to the deli counter be prepared to roll the dice. You might get the nice girl or you might get this guy.

Your basic super market. It has lots of everything, including pre-made stuff for parties and quick dinners. I usually just get basics here and shop for fresh produce elsewhere, but I can always find what I need for a recipe here.

11/30/1712:10 pm - 15 people in line. 1 checkout open. Manager outside having a smoke, 3 employees bagging groceries. Can’t wait for amazon home delivery in this area.Better options elsewhere.Updated - Always jammed packed, always 1 line open while management is outside smoking or talking to other employees.

My roommate and I had the worst shopping experience of our lives today. Yesterday, I visited the store & was treated rather coldly by Lianne who acted as though my gift card was a food stamp transaction. I chalked it up as an over worked & judgemental cashier having a bad day. Today-my roommate & decided to pick up a few personal items for her- and ALSO return a bag of moldy English muffins. This was the 2nd time in 10 days that I had purchased moldy bread from this store. I told LIANNE about it. And explained that I am EXTREMELY allergic to MOLD. She seatched the contents of the muffins as if I were trying to make a a quick 1.49 buck at the expense of Pavillions. She took my original receipt and claimed that I was yelling about moldy bread. She refused ti give my receipt back. Demanded to see my ID & said: Redding,CA aloud. Her lips moved as she read. I said: I want to go to another register. GIVE me my receipt. She refused. Asst. MGR LUIS TOLD HER TI GIVE IT BACK AND HELPED us at another register. LIANNE said that I was yelling. Told customers IN LIBE I was yellibg. Threatened to REPORT me as a Care Giver. Demanded my 92 year old roommate pay for the items on the conveyer belt...my roommate has memory loss and doesnt carry cash or debit cards. And BESIDES-I am the 1 PAYING FOR THESE ITEMS WITH MY GIFT CARD!!! Lianne rudely told her, YOU NEED TO GET A NEW CAREGIVER! LIANNE ALSO stated quite harshly that she knew my roommate and that SHE WAS A CUSTOMER-INFERRING ALL THE MONEY I HAVE SPENT THERE IN 3 WEEKS DOESNT QUALIFY AS ANYTHING....I kept telling LIANNE & Luis that the money spent at Pavillions WAS MINE & not my 92 year old roommates money. Somehow-my words fell upon closed ears. Lianne upset my roommate & me. We were both so shaken that we rushed home to call the store mgr who was not in. Then we called the Customer Service number on the receipts I kept from previous shopping experiences at this location. Customers were glaring at me and 1 lady said she saw what happened but didnt want to get involved. This entire incident was truly sickening. And I feel sorry for anyone visiting from out of town that Lianne has pre-determined to be less than worthy of common courtesy, compassion, ounderstanding or a pleasant shoppibg experience. My roommate spoke to her son immediately afterwards (HE invited me to live as a roommate with his mother) 3 WEEKS AGO. His mother said this is not the 1st time LIANNE treated a companion rudely. I told both LIANNE & Luis I live here...my roommate & her son said WE DONT OWE AN EXPLANATION TO ANYONE. That includes LIANNE & the store manager. My roommate has lived here for 30 years & says she WILL NEVER SHOP AT THIS PAVILLIONS EVER AGAIN.

Its a pretty store but not many choices and limited produce to choose from.

The deli counter has no system to alert servers working in the back that a customer is waiting at the deli case! Store personnel the best, produce department better than ever, great variety of baked goods too. Glad to see upgrade to Boars Head deli products. Primo Taglio still has some winners like Genoa salami. Oh, and the wine selection is nice.

I just had the olive bread fresh out of the oven and it was amazing. The employees were really friendly and really helped me.

The Sushi Chefs are awesome. Always very friendly.

This upscaled grocery store have the worst bakery worker in the history of baking!!!The baking goods are never fresh and when you ask for a fresh bread you get bad attitude and rolling eyes at you...Than when this worker give you her attitude she punishes you by cutting and packing the fresh bread at the worst manner possible!I talked to the manager about it for couple of times but I guess he don’t know how to address this issue.It’s a shame!Today my pregnant wife asked for a fresh bread and after attitude been given this is the bread she received, this is repetitive behavior that not acceptable, not in Westlake/North Ranch and nowhere else.Please fix this issue once and for good!Thank you

This is our neighborhood grocery store, and the staff is very friendly, so we go here all the time. But it seems that EVERY time we come here with a list of items to get, INVARIABLY at least one item is out of stock. EVERY time. Thats very frustrating. I also wish they had kept their self checkout kiosks. Aside from that, no issues.
