Huge selection of quality boots. They stock a wide variety of quality footwear at very competitive prices. The staff was able to help find what we needed quickly and were very courteous. Lots of top name brands that some may find expensive, but they were much lower than competitors with the same brands. Overall, a great shopping experience.

Our family will not be spending another dime at this store. They will not stand behind the products they sell, even though the companies tell you to return the defective boots to the store. The staff come up with excuses. My son bought a pair of boots here and now 2 months later the stitching is coming undone on the sides. They are blaming it on dry rot even though the only time the shoe gets wet is dew on grass. Not only will we be finding a better brand of boot, well be finding a better store.

Got a pair of boots as a Chistmas present. Didnt like them and went to return them because they were over priced at over $200. Even though they were never worn and had the original receipt he only offered me store credit. Will never do business here again.

One of the employees asked me if I wanted some help when I walked into the store but another one that I had asked after I was in there shopping, if he could look for a size for me was very much inconvenienced that he had to put his smartphone down and go in the back and look for me. Also all they had were sizes 6 and sizes 10 and everything they had a few size 8 but most of the Styles had no sevens and no 7 and 1/2 I ended up leaving with a pair of boots I really did not want but it was the only one I can find a size 7 and 1/2 Which is far as Im concerned is a very popular size and why they didnt have hardly any in the store is ridiculous. And Im talking about more along the lines of work boots which they were out of in seven and seven and a half if you wanted to buy the useless pointy-toed $300 ones in size 7 and 1/2 there was a Million pairs of those.

If I could give less than one star, I would! This place was awful, and one of the staff members seemed to have been following me around! he had a bad attitude towards me when I asked him a question. This guy seemed to have been rushing me along for some reason, making me feel extremely uncomfortable.. All I was trying to do is find a comfortable steel toe boot for my new highly physically demanding job. I bought the ariat steel toe boot size 6. and while feeling rushed and uneasy the entire time, I had grabbed the wrong size, they only had one size 6 in the shoe I was needing, and it was on display. So I ended up having to take the shoe that was on display that has been tried on, stretched out, and worn by multiple people!! and the next day I called to speak to the owner to see if they would exchange for a different size and it was until then that they said they cant make returns.. I paid $118 for the boot. my pinky toes are black and swollen. I deserve compensation for this incident. I can and WILL take this to court, considering this is my only option. This place is awful, given my situation as a single mom they didnt seem to be helpful in assisting me as a customer.. I will NOT be going back. Any and all of my friends and family will not be attending this store again. And I will be posting this all over Facebook, this business sucks. It should be shut down!

Were very helpful about the wallet and belt I was hunting, however they no longer carry any roper style boots and these are all we like. Really did not want to have to travel all the way to close to Atlanta to get any.

It was alrighty. The staff seemed to stare me down and follow me. If there was any other boot and crocs store in tifton I would definitely go to it

Horrible place. We took a pair of boots to have stretched at this store. The boots were practically brand new because my husband wasnt wearing them due to the top of the shoes were tight. My husband went back to the store to pick up the boots (after being stretched). The boots that were given to him from the clerk was not his boots. The boots were the same brand, but 1 whole size smaller and the boots were very worn on the sole and had alot of wear on toes of boots.The owner of the store was very rude and basically called my husband a liar. The owner was not willing to do make it right and replace his boots since they misplaced them.Dont spend your money here. They are Rip Offs!

It was pricey & disorganized - did not find what we were looking for. Staff did not really provide the service expected - in fact they just stood talking amongst themselves. They had mostly brand name product - so if you’re looking for something in particular - then you might actually find what you are looking for.
