Went in today to pick out shower head, handles, etc and was told no one could help me without an appointment and they were booked 6 days out. What?! Just to speak to someone?! Wont be going back. EVER. Went to George Morlan and they had what I needed and they were NOT rude.

Recommended by our plumber, who did not tell us an appointment was required. No greeting, unfriendly staff. We were told no one was available to help, and it was not suggested that we return at a better time. We were asked Is it just ONE bathroom? We did not feel like they wanted our business.

Hands down BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE and expertise in town. I came in looking for a bathtub Im designing a bathroom for and worked with Pole Jensen....She was very helpful, friendly and went above and beyond to help me find the perfect tub. I cant recommend this place enough!!!!!!

Wes was knowledgeable, friendly, and overall he made the impossible possible. I was looking at a blanco sink that had a 3-4 week lead time. The problem is, my plumber ordered the sink elsewhere and the order was lost. Wes came to save the day. It happened to work out that someone had returned the exact sink and he took care of me! I really appreciated this and wished he would have just come here from the beginning.

Phenomenal selection of plumbing here at Consolidated supply. Very good service Ive have at the will call desk. Very good complete line of abs and pvc dwv fittings. They carry canplas brand! Found some really hard to find fittings. Consolidated supply has become a way better plumbing warehouse than it used to be. Consolidated is way better than Ferguson. Im definitely going to come back for more plumbing. Thank you

I called Consolidated Supply last week (Wed) about a repaired bathtub advertised on Craigslist. The salesman I spoke to confirmed the tub was available and that he would have it set out for me to inspect as it has a small blemish that had been repaired.When I arrived, I was taken to the tub, inspected it and said that I would like to purchase it. However, once I attempted to pay, I was told that it was sold to another customer. I had called at appx. 8:30 on the day in question, the other customer called around 9. However, the person I spoke to did not update the sales system and another salesman did so afterwards.There were no less than 3 people helping me and they said that they would have someone call me and help me purchase a different tub. I understand that mistakes happen and, while frustrated, told them it wasnt a big deal but would appreciate someone helping me find another tub at a good/discounted price given the circumstances. I left my phone number and asked that the original salesman call me. That was Wed. After not hearing anything on Thursday, I called and left a VM for the salesman who had originally helped me. On Friday afternoon I still hadnt received a call back. As of this posting, I have not received a call back after 3 attempts (1 in person, 2 on the phone) to inquire about purchasing another tub.Im not upset about the tub, but highly frustrated that I took time out of my day to go to the store and then received zero follow-up after the tub was sold twice.

Wow. Super friendly folks. I needed a kitchen faucet. So I went to the fixture gallery right next to consolidated supply. They let me look around a bit by myself. When I asked for help, I received it from one person start to finish. Answered all my questions, and made honest, helpful recommendations. A truly class act. I will return when I need another faucet, sink, toilet, tub, handwashing station, countertop trash....they had some cool stuff...

Donavan and everyone at all the branches have gone out of there way to help me out.

This company really knows how to treat their customers and give outstanding prices that are in some cases half the price of Fergusson. Donavan is an awesome employee. He has delivered parts to my jobsite on a couple occasions in order to help us finish on time. The price of their 3 wirsbo gun was over $600 less than the price at Fergusson. We once had a great business working with Familian NW but after it became Fergusson things changed.
