Unprofessional and shady staff. Customer service is nonexistent. There is no transparency when it comes to the selling process and they never answer any questions or get back to you in a respectful and timely manner. Don’t even think about selling to them! I did not expect the level of professionalism and genuine expertise coming from some company I hadn’t heard of that called me 5 minutes after messing around on Blue Book.Before I knew it I had paperwork on my front porch patio table (they came to me in inner SE Portland from Tigard, I wasn’t going to drive in traffic at 4pm) with a number that was 4 Grand above what my dealership offered (of course they’re higher always). A very fair price.Not an easy thing to hand over your keys for some paperwork and no cash, but after face-timing my brother and weighing the options of possible scams we figured if anything it’d at least be worth the story.
