I cant go lower than one start. I been a customer of Metro since 2018, and after this, I am thinking to switch my service provider. The place has the worst customer service of all the Metros. I took a phone that I bought from Apple to switch the one I had and the one of the employees (which didnt have a name tag) told me that my phone showed in their system as a demo-phone and probably stolen. He didnt want it to return the phone to me and I had to call the cops to get my phone back from them. If you are a customer, I would recommend you to go someplace else.

Did you know if you buy a phone outright it is not unlocked you have to stay on metro no matter what for 180 days. How do you Hold a paid for phone hostage. Lol metro PCS as a company is shady. I still dont know how you are able to lock someones phone if they paid for it out right.
Bought a tablet there three weeks ago.Was promised fifty dollar rebate through a text after seven days of service.I have been to this location three times in regard to this and it is still not resolved.I always get the text to pay my bill without a problem.I am going to contact the Better Business Bureau about this now.
Mildret demonstrated a lot of patience with an obnoxious customer, and helpful. Got everything we needed, and explained all of our options in a clear, helpful manner.Very happy with the service here, will be coming back for all future phone needs.
Says they are open, but I got there and they are closed. Also no signs outside saying that hours have changed. Wasted my time driving there.

Awesome people to do business with. The gal Diana helped me out and she did it with a smile. She took her time with me and made sure I knew where to go on my settings to do basic checking and things I needed help with. I was so impressed with that kindness bcz Im so used to crappy service, believe me. Im 56 yrs old and have seen some lousy customer service throughout my lifetime. Ive been ripped off so many times that when I see awesome and spectacular assistance, I have to give credit where credit is due.I highly recommend this Metro PCS store to anyone who wants professional and superb treatment. 5.0 star rating3/28/2018I couldnt be more pleased with my entire experience at Metro PCS today in Tigard, Oregon. Diana, the manager, helped me and she was great.My phone stopped working when I got to work this morning. It wouldnt take a charge. So, at my lunch hour I went over to the Metro PCS office to get some help. Turns out that my charger cord was bad, not the phone. As long as I was there, I figured Id check if I was due for any kind of upgrade on a different phone. I couldnt stand using the phone I had, so I figured it wouldnt hurt to ask. Diana, the store manager who was there alone, bent over backwards trying to help me. I did qualify for an upgrade, so we started looking for a new phone for me. I found the exact phone I wanted. She explained all its features. Took the time to transfer all my data from my old phone onto my new phone, set my new phone up, and got me going all within my hour time limit that I had for my lunchbreak from work. She was simply terrific. She also found me a great case that will double as a wallet for me. Lastly, Im disabled and I walk with a cane. When I came into the store, Diana brought me out a chair to sit in, because it was so hard for me to stand.I highly recommend going to this Metro PCS location for your cell phone needs. They have a great selection of phones to sell, the prices are right, Diana - the gal that helped me, was terrific, and I walked out of this Metro PCS store a very happy camper.I give them my highest recommendation.

I love this Metro PCS in general, I xan always find a convenient location and i always get great phones for amazingly great deals, and quality service from my cellular plans NEVER with a contract, and I must say, very excellent customer service. I dont know what Id do without my millennial techies there, id be in an insane asylum for sure with all the gidgety-gadgets and apps that im drowning in these days that their generation is developing for us to use. But I am finding much of it useful to helping me earn and eat, so Im particularly fond of this headquarters in particular in Tigard close to where I live and travel, where they have gotten me out of countless snafus with the androids, Diana there especially is a sweetie-pot-pie and consistently does what she can to go above and beyond what Id expect. Please be patient and kind to them...carry on! ☺📲
