Brought in a watch that needed cleaning and sizing. The gentleman that helped me had it sized and cleaned in 15 minutes! Also cleaned my ring. They both looked brand new! Surprised when he told me there is no charge! Excellent customer service. Very impressed.
I had a ring sizing/repair job that unfortunately went wrong, but when I brought the rings back to Jared they totally took care of me without any fuss. Loved working with saleswoman Kathy and assistant manager Cory who were professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. The Bridgeport Jared really takes care of their customers! I will definitely use them for my jewelry purchases and repairs in the future.
The sales people are absolutely wonderful, nice, and helpful. Unfortunately, the 3 stars is from the lack of work done on my ring. I brought my wedding ring in last week because I noticed the center diamond was loose. When I went to pick it up 3 days later I noticed that it had been cleaned but the diamond was just as loose as when I dropped it off. Luckily the nice sales people brought my ring back to the lab and it was fixed right away which I’m very grateful! However, I’m a bit concerned that no work had been done on it in the first place. If my diamond had fallen out not only would I be absolutely devastated, Jared’s would have had to replace it. Pretty expensive risk to take.
My husband bought my engagement ring here, its beautiful. The biggest downfall is that my center diamond fell out twice. The first time it fell out i couldnt find the diamond. They replaced it, but tried to fight it saying I didnt come in for the 6 month check up (thank goodness I had proof on my email that I did) so they replaced the diamond, which I wasnt happy with the replacement, they told me they got me a clearer one..... I didnt think so at all and the shape was different, my original one was a perfect princess cut, and the one i got was more rectangular. The second time it fell out, I was lucky to have found the diamond. Took it in to get repaired... no apologies whatsoever. Once I get my ring, I probably wont even wear it because Im scared it will fall out again.I have referred family here, (my brother actually bought his wife a ring here and her small side diamond fell out too) I will not be referring anyone here, nor will I be buying any jewelry here.
On Oct 25th, 2020 my Boyfriend, my son and I went to look at engagement rings. We had looked at several places before but when we met Lisa she made us feel comfortable and not pressured. She was personable and had a fantastic way of narrowing down what ring I loved the most. Her kindness and customer service made such an impact and now I am engaged to an amazing man and I have a gorgeous ring that I get to look at everyday!Thank you so so much Lisa we thoroughly enjoyed ring shopping with you! ❤
Was greeted immediately and told there was going to be a small wait. I was assisted by Allison H. Any hesitancy or intimidation I had going into the store was quickly erased by her demeanor. She wasnt rude or pushy, rather, totally friendly, respectful, attentive and very knowledgeable. Answered all my questions, gave me numerous choices and found exactly what I was looking for. When I go shopping for gifts in the future I will make the half hour drive to Jared and ask for Allison, you should too.

I came in not knowing a thing other than what I wanted and went out the door knowing a lot more about stones, bands, and the company than I thought I would. I will definitely be continuing my future purchases with Jared.
If you know, you know.Just take a look at the other poor reviews. People either have pleasant experiences, or stuff really hits the fan.It isnt worth the risk. This place should be avoided at all costs.
So I had this ring from Jared, I went in to get it fixed. Unfortunately It had to much damage to it so it was un fixable. They told me they would give me what my Ring was worth to get a new ring.. I did NOT want to spend any more money. I made that Very clear, many times. When I was showed rings that were supposed to be in the same price range as my previous one, I looked and the prices were $1000+.. I said I can’t afford these ones. Note My ring was $500. I found one for $600 and was OK with the $100 difference. Although I did not want to spend any money there wasn’t any ring for $500. IMAGINE THAT! anyways I signed everything, and was about to leave and pay.. total was over $200. The guy looked at me confused and said ‘do I need to break down the pricing for you’ umm no? It was literally a $100 difference. He showed me some BS paper that had all the pricing on there.. did not make any sense and I wasn’t going to make a scene about it. You would think he would explain before I w signed everything. When I was saying the whole time how $100 isn’t too bad of a difference .. not once did he say anything to me about the ‘extra charges’ Just shows you that they only care about making a sell… anyways won’t be going back here & never shopping at a chain jewelry store again.
Went for a ring re-sizing. We thought we would hand over the ring and leave, but we had a great experience that went well beyond our expectations! Will Bashoury was fantastic and really explained the value of the ring I had chosen from James Allen! My fiancé were both very impressed and glad that we went to this location at the time we did.

I went to the Tanasbourne location with my fiancé to look at wedding bands. Christy made my first time looking at wedding bands an amazing experience. She was so excited for us that it just made me so comfortable with her. In fact after leaving the store without purchasing our rings, because my fiancé wanted to look around I told her that night I wanted to go back the next day to purchase them, because Christy was such an amazing salesperson. It wasnt just Christy that was amazing. The whole staff were very friendly. They also did an awesome job at sizing my fiancés band and so quickly. It was done the very next day. I couldnt recommend this store more.
Stephanie at the Bridgeport location will go above and beyond to assist you with you needs or wants. She has taken great care of me since 2018. I keep coming back and making additional purchases at Jareds because of her.

My fiancé got my engagement ring here in February right before COVID shut everything down. Within two weeks I lost a diamond. We had engagement photos planned for May 8, when they were able to open up in early May we had no choice but to get the ring fixed for the photos. 5 months later another diamond fell out, I had expressed my frustration and given them one more opportunity to make it right. They replaced the diamond, however, they built the prongs so high that it is uneven with the rest of the diamonds and the diamond doesnt even look like its there. I appreciate the customer service but at this point im going to be making a THIRD trip into the store to get my ring fixed and I havent even had it for a year. In addition they are trying to say its wear and tear - I work from home, take the ring off to shower and to workout everyday - the wear and tear is very minimal.. they REFUSE to refund me and make this right instead ill continue to spend my time going in to get my ring fixed - I DO NOT recommend buying a ring from them.
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! My Husband & I purchased our wedding rings @ the Clackamas store right before they closed down that location. We always purchase Lifetime Warranty/insurance with every piece of jewelry that we buy. My husband purchased me a Diamond & White gold anniversary band for Christmas 2 years ago. The ring was too big & I lost it within a couple weeks of purchase. We returned to Clackamas location & told them what happened &they gladly gave us a great deal on a replacement & told us they would transfer the warranty to the new ring. The Clackamas location closed down so we had to start using this location & have had nothing but issues since. When taking my rings in for the 6 month inspection for the warranty, I was told that they could not find the warranty on the band. I told them the story of what happened & was told oh we found the coverage, just give the sales associate this # (they wrote down my cc acct # on paper & put with my ppwk) when you come in & they will have no trouble finding it. I just returned last week (my 1st time back since COVID) & was told the anniversary band did not have the warranty. I explained to them the entire story over again, gave them the # I was told to give them & was told they could not find it & it did not have a warranty. This is absurd. We have spent thousands of dollars @ this store the past couple years but will NEVER buy another piece of jewelry here. The big issue is that they acted & looked @ me like I was trying to pull something over on them. OH & BTW, they sold us a warranty plan on my husbands wedding ring & when we went to buy a new one (his was stolen) was told that Jared did not sell anymore. We went to Ben Bridge Jeweler b/c they had his ring & they informed us that this particular ring comes with a LIFETIME WARRANTY from the actual Jewelry maker!!! no need to ever purchase additional warranty. SCANDALOUS!! WILL NOT RTETUNR TO JARED FOR ANY NEW PURCHASES.

This location has had the best customer service I have ever received. Ive worked with Stephanie, Will (the manager) and Paula throughout the process of working on my engagement ring and they have been nothing short of amazing! Ive had some issues figuring out how I wanted my ring to turn out and they have helped me work through my constant mind changing and concerns. Seriously, they are the best around!

DO NOT GO TO JARED! Terrible experience overall. Ordered online and could not be more disappointed. The piece came in three different bags that I had to assemble myself (Are you kidding? The charm in one bag, the broken chain in another, and the box on the side), which is unheard of. As stated above, the chain CAME BROKEN IN THE BUNDLE, so although optimistic, I was very disappointed from the start. We called the local dealer (Tigard/Tualatin,OR) to ensure we could exchange the defective chain for a new one, or a comparable chain at the least, and were told that it would be no issue at all by the female on the phone. Showed up at the branch, and were greeted by a salesman that STRAIGHT UP told us that we shouldn’t ever shop online (great Jared salesman to deter half (or most) of their business from the start) and eventually were told they couldn’t exchange it in store by the “Manager” which IS NOT what we were told over the phone by the same location. Ended up just returning the piece because of the lack of professionalism and care for the customer and went to Fred Meyer Jeweler where we were treated like true clients and gladly gave them our money. FROM ONE MAN TO ANOTHER, DO NOT GO TO JARED. It is not worth the disrespect and lack of quality. Go to someone who cares about their clients (Like FredMeyer or Shane Co.) who deserve your business.
Had a great experience here. One, they have a large selection of all types of jewelry and watches. Two, Everyone was very professional and helpful. I needed info on my accounts and they went out of their way to make sure I had all of the information I needed. Also helped me update my information after moving. They helped me pay my bill and made the process fast and easy.
Do not purchase any of the ring sets! I went through a divorce and when I tried to sell my set I was told it was only wort about $100 but I paid $4500!!! The diamonds have no value on the sets because they don’t have clarity! :-(

I had a custom ring made with them. They were super helpful and did not pressure me to do add things I did not want. They were able to help me design my ring and had helpful advise. I would recommend going and getting custom ring done there.

I have been shopping at Jared for all my Pandora jewelry. Shelby is the best! Today I went in to do an exchange, as I have been busy and was told by Corey the Manager at the store that I am 7 days over the date for exchanges. So rather than provide a one time concession for great customer service, he basically told me that despite you being a returning customer, I will not be providing you with any of the great customer service I have come to expect from this business. Needless to say, I am a Director at my current job and have sent many families and employees to shop there, not to mention that my familys business have employees that I have sent to Jared as well. So Corey, with your lack of customer service you have costed your company a lot of money, as I am for sure will be letting all I come intact with (and I come in contact with a lot of people) not to shop at your store! Sorry Shelby, I will have to take my business elsewhere and I will be contacting Pandora as well.

Customer service was excellent. Billing has been a nightmare. When you go in and buy a necklace and get told up front 12 month no interest thats what you should expect. I have had to call each time telling them to take off the interest accrued. If it happens again Ill report this to the BBB.

I came to buy a ring for my wife. Before I came in I stood outside for a little while, I was in no hurry since my wife was shopping in the mall nearby, I had some pop and thought about what to buy. When I finally entered the store the staff wasted my next 50 minutes or so, checking my credit card at the back. They pretended to be super friendly and they all descended on me with fake chatter, while their nervouse security guard watched me like a hawk. Not only did they make me feel bad and wasted my time, they also proved how bad they are as judges of character and at customer service. In the end I bought the ring, my credit card was good of course, and I didnt rob them (of course that was never the plan) but I shoud have walked straight out. They staff is obnoxious and, how should I put it delicately, not too bright. Dont subject yourself to the horrible experience of dealing with them. And Jared, get some smarter security dudes, who can judge people and not suspect honest shoppers of being criminals.
