Amazing location! I come here a lot in the evenings to get groceries, and the cashiers and other workers are always super friendly and helpful! Today I went in to get a pumpkin that they had on special for 9¢ a pound (the week before Halloween) with a digital coupon in the app. The app had tons of issues and wouldn’t complete my purchase, but my cashier Saul fixed the issue and got me my pumpkin for the promised 9¢/lb 🎃Great job Saul!

I like riding the scooters. I know the setup. Their parking lot is not huge. I have disabilities that are more easily navigated than other stores.

I got a couple hundred dollars of food items and used EBT to pay. There was a remaining balance of $5.49 but the register would not say what food item it was so it could be put back. All the food I picked WAS EBT eligible so it did not make sense there was a balance due. They worked to fix error. Finally, Nora helped and when they could not fix system, they PAID the balance out of their own money! I am a working mom with 3 kids. If I had the $5.49 I would have paid myself to make easier. I was in line for over 20min dealing with this. Both these people were wonderful people and really tired hard. The manager was unavailable and on break. Good people. I wish I remembered the other persons name. Her name started with a C.

Produce is usually pretty fresh, watch ads for discounts, they Ian Safeway so pricing is comparable and not convenient that WinCo and Walmart. Starbucks inside so you can have a drink while you shop and cashiers are sometimes pleasantly talkative.

I shop this store because I have aways found the experience to be to my satisfaction ; quality, prices, and staff. 5 stars every time. Sometimes add another half star.

Terrible customer service from the woman working the self serve checkout. Long dark hair pulled in a ponytail. She had absolutely no customer service skills and was incredibly rude.

Today, being the day before Valentines Day, I had a great experience with the floral department (2/13/2020 at 4pm). The two ladies helped me pick out flowers to make two beautiful arrangements for my wife and daughter. The overall price was probably half of what a florist would have charged. I never thought I would create a review for a grocery store, but the two ladies went above and beyond and deserve recognition. Thank you.

Local neighborhood store. Prices are kinda high but its convenient and always stocked.

Disappointed as when I got home found purchased item showing on my receipt was not in my bags. Called customer service twice with no answer. Called pharmacy to verify number which was correct. After an hour of calling some one answer on 4th try. I provided the missing item and checkers name. Meat product were found. Ask if I could come back to pick up item. I said yes and called back as I requested the groceries brought out to pick up location which they agreed but I had to call back again. Checker was not bagging my groceries as there a man doing the bagging. Very disappointed thinking with two people providing service this would not happen.Customer service desk was also disappointing as service is very poor. This is my 2nd issue with the service as no follow through and did not seem to care when I addressed with the lady on my next time in the store.Everyone seems to be nice but taking my name and number and not following through or not answering CService phone is not customer service.

This branch is clean and spacious compared to others, but it doesn’t stock as many new or rare snacks as the other Tigard branch and it’s lacking in the bakery and produce aisles as well.

This is the hidden Safeway/Albertsons to go to. Much less busy than the overcrowded Safeway at Murrayhill less than a mile away. Youll get in and out of here much faster and its generally better stocked.

Without question, the most poorly run store I have ever been in. Very frustrating, because this location is practically across the street. Their deli counter is an absolute disgrace and has been for several years. Ive avoided it for months, but was in this evening to pick up a few items on the way home.Against my better judgment, I decided to pick up some ham for Mothers Day brunch. For the third consecutive time, I walked out empty-handed because the slicers were being cleaned during peak shopping hours.Theres a Safeway about a mile away. The staff is friendly and professional. I recommend bypassing Albertsons and using Safeway.

Good place. Seems nicer than the local Safeways, but that may vary by location. The Allen/Murray Safeway is a dump.

I love this Albertsons. The staff is always so friendly, helpful, and nice. I am a regular customer and have been for 2 years. The only thing they have a slight issue with is keeping a regular stock of products.

Just a grocery store right up the street and convenient for me probably the only reason I come here the problem is sometimes the price on things are expensive than even though they put things on sale they jump the prices for the sale or at least thats how it seems just the other day they were talking about how their ribs were on sale a rack for $10 I bought two expecting dinner to be delicious I got home and we wound up throwing away the meat it was not very good it was very grisly and dry and had lots and lots of fat in it that aside it had almost no flavor all in all a very big disappointment

This is a great place to shop. They have good boneless chicken wings in the deli. They also have self checkout. I really like this store a lot.

Typical grocery store, has everything you need at reasonable prices.

Haven’t had very many issues with this Albertsons but today changed that. I purchased a half pound of sockeye salmon and when I started to debone the fish I discovered it wad RIDDLED with worms. I guess they aren’t checking food quality of the farms they buy from.

Helpful staff. Some are stressed but hey its a pandemic. Its a smaller Albertsons.

I am sure that there is nothing wrong with this Albertsons. I just dont really shop here. I stopped by here because at the time it was convenient. But it took me a minute to find what I needed because, I am not used to how the store is set up.

Been shopping here for years. Everyone is friendly and ready to help. Produce and meat is always fresh, and you cannot beat their fried chicken.

I did not have a very pleasant experience after going through Sanjays line. This cashier never greeted me and was very impatient and cold. I felt like I was a bother from beginning of transaction to the end. I have been a cashier during this pandemic and know that it is not easy, but this does not mean that rudeness is acceptable, especially if you want customers to do business with the store. I am slightly apprehensive to return to your store because of your cashiers behavior towards me.

I shop at this Albertsons 2 to 3 times a week. The store layout is intuitive, they have a decent selection of fresh produce. Kombucha selection is adequate. I usually stop in the morning on my way to work and I can get in and out quickly, much faster than Safeway. The fuel points are great! Because I can redeem them at Safeway pumps right down the street.

Three weeks in a row, we went to Deli to buy their fried chicken special between the times of 5 - 6PM. They were out of chicken and wouldnt make more. Lady working Deli was very rude. Each time, we left, drove to the Farmington Albertsons and bought our chicken dinner. Whats the point of shopping at out closest Albertsons when they get people into the store with false advertising . The fried chicken special certainly should be available during the dinner hours!On the other hand, deli workers at Farmington are great!

Store is clean, well lit, well stocked, wide isles. Very pleasant to shop there. Better class of shoppers. Parking lot well designed. Wide traffic lanes with angled parking. Im going to start shopping here.

This is a wonderful place to shop. Im currently working across the street from here on a build, and wow is this place friendly. Am always greeted by all staff very pleasantly. They are always happy to help you find anything, or answer any questions you may have. This store is extremely well taken care of! It is always outstandingly clean, proficiently organized, and the produce wonderful! Wish I lived closer. Thanks for providing excellent service everytime I come in!

The absolute worst customer service! I walked in wearing the required face mask, an as I did the cashier at customer service walked away. I counted 6 cashiers/baggers standing around talking between themselves, to busy to assist anyone.. #Karens

The management at the barrows location are deplorable. I only go when absolutely necessary now. They openly speak poorly of their patrons as if that is acceptable. It has happened so many times I stopped counting. My husband went there this evening, and was telling me about his experience. It was exactly why I avoid it at all costs. Sad, it used to be so friendly and professional. It’s shocking that it’s still even operating.

Lack of customer service. The deli person called for help to print a tag for my deli salad, he called over the loud speaker and no one came, nor called him. He was pretty much ignored. 20 min later he figured out the numbers. Thats a reflection on poor management when employees are ignored when they ask for help. The deli gjy was very nice and apologetic.
