This store was so small and hard to find. Was in the store for about five minutes. Not a single person asked me if I needed help. Didnt see any sales on hats, not very much variety, prices were averagely high. I walked about 200 feet outside the store to a bus parked in the mall outside of lids. They were selling Portlands hockey hats, shirts, stickers, and even small hats for dogs. I walked out of lids after 5 minutes of NO SERVICE and walked away from that Portland Hockey team bus 5 minutes later with some new gear after spending about $100. It could have been yours Lids, I guess you dont need the money or the business.Sincerely,California Out of towner moving to the area.

Not sure if Ill return. Wasnt greeted when I came inside and was treated like I was stupid with the questions I had because I hadnt been in there for a long while. Plus I had to pay 15 cents for the bag smh. Got a really nice hat tho

HORRENDOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! The young Asian man was EXTREMELY disrespectful to my fiance and I. Im still heated! Please fire this scum of a person. How dare you yell at your customers sir. You would never do that face to face in a not so public place.. you are a coward.

TERRIBLE customer service. The younger asian dude is a wisemouth and talks back disrespectful to customers when they ask simple questions that they dont know the answer to, and would like help. I will never return. Love the hats! Working in a customer service position myself, its plain as day that he obviously despises his job and takes it out on friendly people.

Love the store and company! I just wish they carried more NHL hats in the store itself. Always ordering online and picking up at the store is not the best trial and error.

Two stars due to the prices in store are more expensive than online price. They cover the original pricetag with a higher price tag label. Not a good way to maintain good business with customers. Lids has been my go to place for hats because of theyre loyalty program. Now since they were bought out by fanzz Im not happy with the changes made so far particularly them raising the pricetag from the original price in store.

Very cool people very small shop but they get the job done
