With out a doubt the best fitting closet system anywhere that I know of. I have installed may cabinets over the years but these are the best built and fitting of any I have ever worked with. Thanks to Kristi and all who help put together this amazing design and end product.

We recently remodel a space into a modest walk-in closet for our master bedroom and needed some help with shelving, etc. Had a great experience with Closets To Go! Got lots of help in the design process (Yasmin, you rock!) and the pieces were relatively easy to install! I made a small measuring mistake but Closet To Go folks saved the day by trimming a titch from some pieces to fit. (Remember to measure like you do for blinds--top, middle, and bottom widths!) The first set of closets I ordered had several items damaged in shipping and several manufacturing mistakes. New closet panels were sent to remedy the errors. Excessive downtime to get this corrected.I have been trying for over eight months to have the second set of closets designed/built but I keep getting passed along to several different individuals along with numerous excuses and delays from Closets To Go.Im done! Maybe my order was not big enough...maybe they could not design to my specifications and drawings that I supplied. Closure either way would have been nice.

I am extremely happy with the Closets to Go product. I installed the system with no help and the directions supplied were easy to understand and no shortage of hardware. This is a quality product and far superior to anything you find at the big box stores. Kristi Reid was very professional and helped a lot in the design process. I recommend this system if you are considering an upgrade to your existing or new home.

This is one fine company. We have a huge master bedroom closet and they did a great job helping us design what turned a rather funky Home Depot closet into what might be described as a California Closet at half the cost. It wasnt a bad DIY project and the few questions I had were quickly answered. In fact, the owner even gave me his home phone number since I started installing on a Friday. We did wind up one shelf short and they immediately dispatched it to us. This is a quality, well-designed product with customer service that one rarely receives these days. I just used Closets To Go for the second time, and once again I was not disappointed. The master bedroom closet needed organization and Closets To Go came through! The only complaint is that the instructions seem to be generalized for all options, and not personalized for your specific project. For the price you pay, I would expect the instructions to be geared for the specific project you ordered. Otherwise the end product is fantastic!! And very well made!

Customer Service!!! I was impressed from the 1st meeting with my designer all the way to the installation. I ended up doing 3 out of the 4 closets myself and the team at Closets To Go were there for any questions and support to ensure I was completely satisfied with the final result. In order to make sure the Master Closet was installed 100% I ended up having the Closet To Go install team do that closet and I was very impressed with the team they sent to complete my Master. I am beyond happy with the final outcome of all 4 closets and would highly recommend this company for anyone looking to redo their home closets. We have had 5 rooms of cabinets constructed by Closets to Go and have been extremely happy with all of them. The assembly instructions are very clear and the materials are very sturdy and attractive. Also, the staff there has been extremely helpful and accommodating.

My wife and I recently had the pleasure of working with Closets To Go. I shopped around and decided to try the installation myself. The staff was helpful with the design and with installation tips. I decided to pick up the material and they helped me load it in a way there would be no damage. The install was very ease and took less time than I had planned. Overall, we are extremely pleased and would recommend this company and product to anyone.

This was one of easiest DYI project we have done. Not only did we have detailed instructions, but the personal cell number of an employee that we could call with any install questions. Which we did. Much of the system was pre-assemble. The materials are very high quality. The only thing missing was our son to help as he would have loved the experience as it’s reminiscent of our many childhood Kinex projects.

I want to first state that I dont normally leave reviews but wanted to based on my experience with Pam and Closets To Go. I am not local to the area, so my experience was totally based on email and phone conversation. Pam was a professional, with exceptional customer service. She assisted with the design, made adjustments based on her experience and followed-up after shipment to make sure delivery and install went smooth. Installation was a breeze, everything was labeled and according to the design. As long as you follow the instructions for installation, it will be a very smooth process. As far as the product, I was pleasantly surprised. I would recommend going with the 3mm edge banding as it gives it a better look.

Closets to Go is a great company. Ten years ago they built 6 custom closets for us. With shipping and paying a carpenter to install them the price was significantly less than California Closets or any of the other local suppliers we talked to. We’ve been taking advantage of the Covid shutdown to clean out and reorganize our closets. Decided we need a few more shelves. They mad and delivered them in less than 2 weeks from our initial contact at a very reasonable price. Thanks to Kristi and the Closets to Go team

Misty was awesome as our designer, she knew exactly how to incorporate all my requirements & measured accurately our small walk in master closet (with our clothes).There was one issue that involved my husband, who had difficulty constructing the closet, not because the instructions werent understandable but he doesnt always read them thoroughly. My family desperately needed a way to organize our kitchen pantry. Food was constantly going to waste simply because we could not see it or find it because it was so crammed.We decided on Closets To Go because they offered us a DIY panty that would save us a good amount of money AND was CUSTOM designed to fit our space.We were a little nervous to install it ourselves but so glad we did. It turned out being pretty simple and only took 3 hours!!! I have to say Im really impressed with the quality and surprised at how much we saved.We now have way more space as our shelves go up much higher and they are adjustable so we can change it up if needed. As a designer I have depended on Closets to Go for other customers. My master bath/closet remodel was so difficult due to sloped ceilings and Pam Wells was just great as always to help me. My husband and I (not cabinet installers) did our own installation and we were both so pleased at the perfect fit and ease of installation. They notched out for our tall baseboards and the shelf that went in front of it. Just wonderful service and a great quality product.It helped me immensely for future sales that I have pending for their closets/pantries/wine storage, etc. since I know how they go together and how great the fit.
