The people there are so kind and friendly. I called and asked them to hold a bracelet for me. They had it ready when I arrived and wrapped it in a beautiful decorative bag.

Great shop to purchase specialized jewelry

I came in here to purchase new bracelet bands to go with my adorable butterfly charm my kiddo got me for Mothers Day last year. The sales woman was super helpful. She located the right size band, helped me select colors, and even checked the clearance area to see if any of the colors I wanted were located in there. We were quickly greeted when we walked in the door and had nothing but kind service our entire time in the store.

The customer service at Brighton Collectibles in Washington Square is outstanding! The product is the best. After searching for many years for just the right purse, I found it in my Brighton purse. I sent it in after 1 year for a free cleaning, and it came back looking brand new! And, when I couldnt get up to the store to pick it up, they kindly shipped it to me free of charge! The staff at Washington Square elevates customer service to a whole new level. I didnt want to be without my purse for the time it would take to clean, so I bought another one.

Beautiful jewelry and bags, as well as accessories. And excellent personal service! Its like a toy store! Too, too many beautiful things to choose from!!

Very friendly and helpful always

Disappointed in the service at this store. I was told that I would be contacted about a special order and I received no call, message or otherwise. I made it clear that I had limited time and needed to know quickly if the item was available to be ordered. When I went back to the store to return the item and let them know to not to worry about the order they apologized which was nice but was disappointing.The next evening I received a phone call apologizing and stating they tried to call and my VM was full, which is not possible. So now I’m even more irritated that an excuse/lie was made. No missed calls from the store and no text which is actually how I was originally told I would be contacted. Oh well, things happen but thought it was worth posting a review.

Expensive, but so much fun and the staff was excellent. There to answer questions and help, but totally not pushy.
