It was cheaper than the Apple store, guaranteed his work, put a new tempered glass screen protector on for me as well gave advice on another case. Great, friendly, quick service and fairly priced. Called Game Time Repair with a question about an android phone and they were able to order my screen, receive it in the mail and repair my phone very quickly. They helped me out with all of my questions and made sure everything was perfect before i left. And it was cheaper than anyone else i had called!! Thanks guys!

When I shattered the screen on my Note 5, the service providers repair shop was only willing to replace the whole phone instead of repairing the screen and LCD - just because they didnt have the part in stock in their store. We were referred to Rich by our previous cell phone repair guy who isnt doing repairs anymore. Rich offered to order the part and even called around to find the best price on it. The repair was scheduled for the day the part was expected, and even though it didnt arrive to his shop until the last delivery, Rich stayed late and fixed my phone! It was the day before Christmas Eve, so Im very glad I had my phone for the holidays. Rich has a very professional demeanor and hes good at what he does. He genuinely cares about his customers. Great repair shop in Tinley. Took an older phone Moto G, 3G in, that had a cracked screen. Other shops wouldnt do it. Price seemed reasonable. They offered me a discount, too! They did a thorough cleaning of some slight corrosion with possible water damage and they fixed the phone on the spot! They have a great tech!

So Im coming back from college in my little brother had broken off the HDMI port in my PS4 and so Im looking for places a lot of places are charging me over $100 to get this fixed and that is ridiculous not only does this place have reasonable pricing it also is very professional and the environment is friendly I cant recommend this place enough and I will surely be doing business here again when that ps5 comes out 😁

I shattered the screen on my iPhone 6, looked into a replacement through my phone insurance and they wanted a $200 deductible. Walked into Game Time Repair and in 45 minutes my phone was fixed for $110. Rich was awesome and didnt jerk me around. I guess when I dropped it not only did the screen break but the frame bent a bit, he straightened that out without any extra charge. Take your phone to these guys for repairs, theyll treat you right.

Ive had several problems with my computers and laptops, from running slow to not even booting up and Rich was able to take care of each problem in a timely manner. Only problem was the price, seems overpriced

They fixed the phone nicely but the price was very high for phones that had to be remaintinenced again.

Routinely leaves at 6:30 even though he sets his own hours and posts 7pm. Replaced my earcups for studio beats same day right ear cup fell off. A few weeks later left ear cup fell off. I dont recommend him. If you go, call ahead, he might have left early.

Brought in an iPhone repair. They finished it perfectly in less than an hour. I also dropped off an iPad for repair. In one day my cracked iPad was repair and looks like new again. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. They are installing unauthorized screens and they broke a couple of my friends phones and refused to take responsibility for any of them. Thank god I was told about this before going there. Dont waste your time giving this place your business. If they break your phone, all you will get is an oh well.
