Awesome ice cream shop! They have so many flavors its hard to make up your mind. My family loves coming here and staff is very welcoming. We always leave with a smile on our face. This place is a must when you have a sweet tooth!

Hawaiian delight with cappuccino ice cream was best combination for me. The best tasting ice cream for great price. Large comes with 3 scoops for $5. 2 coops is more than enough. Truly delicious ice-cream.

Our first time ordering a birthday ice cream cake and we were very pleased with everything from ordering to eating it. They were so hospitable and genuinely interested in every detail and they delivered more than we expected.It was decorated so much nicer than we imagined.Everyone loved the cake and we heard many say it was the best ice cream cake they’ve ever had. This was our first visit to this location, having tried Plush Horse in its original spot years ago. So many offerings and loads of unique combinations, there is something for everyone. The portions are huge so even the small will score you a large amount of goodness. The peanut butter chocolate and mint chip were favorites in our group but I really don’t think you can go wrong with any of the flavors.Stop in to try them for yourself! There at also pints available to take home!

I was very happy with our experience. The workers were great. My little one has a gluten allergy and they actually had a gluten free selection! They even went to get it in back so there was no cross contamination. And my baby was so happy she could have something just like her big sisters!! I loved the flavors I tried and was surprised to see such a large selection again. We will be back next time we are up this way.

Actually I was next door getting a Sandwich, but, after getting my food, I latched on to a Large Chocolate Malt from the Plush Horse. Brain Freeze but worth the pain! Always Good! 😋👍

Yummy flavors of ice cream many to choose from. Yes ice cream not soft serve. Get it in a cone, waffle cone or waffle bowl oh yea how about with chocolate and sprinkles. Frozen bananas, ice cream sandwiches, cakes, pies and yummy cookies we have those as well. What a verity of goodies. If banana splits are for you enjoy. Come and get it cool off with a little bit of happiness.

Amazing ice cream!! Anytime someone is visiting from out of town I always take them to Plush Horse for the best ice cream in Illinois. Ive ordered several custom cakes from them too and they never let me down!

TOO EXPENSIVE BUT AWESOME ICE CREAM

All of the employees are always super nice! We even closed the place down one Saturday night and I couldnt believe how sweet the employees are and allowing us to stay a few minutes after to talk with friends. Not to mention they seriously have the best ice cream in the world! I have grown up with plush horse ice cream since I was a child and no other ice cream compares. I do wish they had a location in downtown Tinley because I think the atmosphere would be adorable and it would be nice to sit outside of the park on a hot day.

This is the second location that I know of carrying this store name. I believe that the original is in Palos Hills. This is not a bad place for a strip mall outlet. The ice cream is just a great as at the original. Although, it appears that they have a larger selection of pints to take home. October sale is going on this weekend. They also sell cakes.

The waffle sundae is excellent. You really cant go wrong with anything here, especially the grasshopper ice cream. The only drawback to this place is if someone with those annoying, super bright LED headlights parks right in front of the store and leaves their car running for some reason, thus shining bright lights right into your face. The windows are tinted, but you can see those terrible headlights from space.

Good ice cream but boy do I have beef with the set up. Terrible layout. You pay and order first. Then walk by the entire case of ice cream flavors to pick up your order. So when there’s a line of people to pay you walk past or through the waiting people. View your ice cream. Dodge people that already paid that are heading to pick up area. Walk against the people that just finished paying to to go back through the line to the end.Who designed this layout? If they put the register at the opposite end of the counter traffic would flow properly and congestion could be avoided. It makes you not want to eat inside and there’s no spot to eat outside.

Many different flavors to choose, from staff is very friendly. Like most ice cream shops tables need to be wiped off more frequently. There is a cute little area where kids can go color while parents finish their sweet treat. Prices are higher than what Id prefer to pay for ice cream.

They let you sample flavors to help you decide. Their milkshakes are incredible and you can make them with any flavor of ice cream... But I like to combine the flavors. The staff is always so friendly, even when they are busy and they are bery efficient at getting your order out.

Great ice cream! Some of the best Ive ever had! I went to the other Plush Horse location several years prior, and I remembered it was pretty good ice cream. When I came back to this location, I was shocked at how good it was. I had almost forgotten how great it was. I regret not going back sooner, but I was happy I did go back.
