Been shopping here for 30+ years. Needed an unusual light bulb...22 years and finally went out. They found it for me...all now working great. Still the old Ace is the place with the helpful hardware man...they know their stuff...key to me

Ive been a customer there for decades and service there has always been excellent. However, my recent visit was spoiled by the young man and woman at the check-out who apparently felt that flirting with each other was more important than helping a senior citizen purchase a bag of water-softening salt, which is no longer conveniently located inside right near the cashiers, but outside in front of the business next door.

Not much to say expect they kinda had a weird smell last time I went. Pretty flowers though

Unfortunately i could not find 100% of what i needed. i could have been my lack of knowledge of the store layout though. but for what i can see. if you want something for your grill or paint. this is a place to go that was the biggest departments for this location. the store is one of the older ones and it is pretty small

Why does this store charge general sales tax on a case of water when it is considered a food should be 2% tax not 10%. Whose rigging your taxes

Super friendly super helpful old fashioned neighborhood hardware store. Ive been going here years and Ive never had a bad experience here.

Well I went into the store...And everyone was at the paint desk. This personnel old guy says to me (after he took care of someone), Ill send someone to you. I heard him him on the intercom someone needed at the grills... I waited and waited patiently and no one arrived.So I left I went to ACE at 9545 167st. Spent $182.00 and they where so polite took care of me immediately. But I needed more items which they didnt have and I saw at Park Ace. So I returned to spend another 240.00 but I was displeased with the man at Park Ace. Never before did I feel this way... Or the old guy could have made sure some-one would help me...I may think twice to return...Especially since I like Ace over Home-depot...

These folks are the friendliest people around and so helpful! I went there to have a bunch of keys made on a Saturday morning and was treated like a king! Their service is unsurpassed and far exceeds any big box home improvement store. I highly recommend visiting this store for your hardware needs! They also repair window screens and have all types of services.

Nothing like an old fashioned hardware store. The staff is extremely helpful. Today there were quite a few older folks in the store and they were handled with care. George helped my find an excellent product to clear a slow running drain. The ladies at the register were efficient and pleasant. Im going back to get my screen repaired.

Can you believe the three employees that I encountered asked if they could help me find something. Major difference from those big box stores. They only had 2 of the 4 items I needed but were quick to call the other store in Orland Hills to see if they had what I was looking for. They didnt but offered to see about ordering them. Even with all the interactions I was out of the store in less then 15 minutes. I know Ill be shopping here more often.

Did a great job with a 4 foot screen sliding door for patio. Had to completely rebuild the mitered corners and new screen. Very affordable too.

Now i called to confirm that all of this could be done 2 hours before i went. I just wanted a simple chip key copied. First I waited 15 minutes for one of the only two guys that could cut keys then I waited for that guy to train a new guy on what to do. After I tell these guys I have the blank key already for the 4th time since Ive been there, he tells me he cant do it then proceeds to have me wait while he calls other old fashioned stores who cant handle making a key to confirm that this key from 2011 is just too much for them to handle. A complete waste of 40 minutes.

I do love this place. Not simply because most of the time my company pays for what I get, but because the people here are very nice and knowledgeable. Its not the largest store youll visit, but they seem to have whatever I need {SDS bits, self-tap screws, dremel parts and accessories.} Good place to peruse.
