I spent 20+ minutes trying out a few dozen colognes. Colleen was knowledgeable and friendly. Great service and decent prices.

Staff was very helpful and patient in helping us select a cologne. Tried at least 20 different scents. Also, had some promotions on so got some free gifts with purchase. Overall has a nice selection. There are lots of perfume stores in this outlet and we liked this one.

Colleen is just a talented manager. She sold me a perfume and I consider that the best perfume I have ever used. Thanx colleen

Employees are rude as hell! Sometimes they just need to acknowledge customers. Few are very helpful and have good prices on perfumes. Would visit again if someone can help me next time

Worst customer service experience. Failed to inform us of the return policy. Went to return 10 minutes after purchase was told no refund could be issued when stated was not informed of policy. No signs posted sales are final sales person failed to inform us as well. The manager tonya told us the receipt states the policy. So therefore only after the point of purchase once it’s too late to get your refund are you made aware of the policy when you read your receipt. Tonya the store manger was extremely unprofessional Snapping her hand in my face in a way indicating I should shut up. She continuously lied told us we came in smelling fragrances the store needs to make money why would they tell us the return policy. I would never shop here again ab will share this experience with every consumer I know.

I am been shopping hear for four years.Staff is great, very patience with all their customers.I dont go to anywhere else I always shop in Jersey shore Premium outlets.

The only place I go for perfume, sincerely. Its not just that they have great stock, but their manager truly is an expert (other employees very good as well, dont get me wrong) in finding exactly what you need. The promotions are usually pretty good as well. Great during the holidays.

Staff is goodbut their cash register computer amount comes off . $90 perfume on 30% comes to 65.95 plus tax when we complained that it should be $63 plus tax the staff was helpless because they couldnt refund nor fix then cash register.
