Had a wedding at this place and they didn’t do their jobs whatsoever. They were not helpful for the bridal party/groomsmen and barely even saw their face. We had to chase them down to find out information and figure out what’s going on. If it wasn’t for one bridesmaid they probably would’ve ruined the wedding DONT GET MARRIED AT THIS PLACE! They were also going to leave the bride’s FATHER at the aisle instead of bringing him up into the reception because he was in a wheel chair and didn’t tell anyone but him. As well as saying “No” to the MAID OF HONOR when she asked for a chair. Way to treat guests! Horrible, heartless people. No concern for the wedding when that’s literally their job.

Thank you for the wonderful day at our golf outing for The Circle of Friends, HYDAS.The staff is top notch and very accomodating.They made everything pleasurable.Lunch and Dinner were delicious, as always.Also, thank you to the members of Jumping Brook that joined us for golf.Looking forward to our next golf outing at Jumping Brook.

Have been to jumping brook to attend booked functions and the staff is always on point, always helpful. forgive me if i dont recall names of the other staff but diamond is a gem. she goes out of her way and is alway cordial. when i am at jumping brook, i look for diamond just to say, hello because she is that good and kind of a person; 2-thumbs-up

I was blown away. I understand thats an odd way to begin a review for a business, but I honestly was. Ive been to various country club based on the nature of my business, and of course they all have excellent attributes to them, but Id be lying if I said Jumping Brook Country Club wasnt different. This is an elite experience and is one of the friendliest staffs out there. Everyone who I came encounter with, gave me a natural kindness and went out there way to show me around. I dont take that for granted since it was a rainy afternoon, hours before everyone was segueing into their Memorial weekend plans.Rose is one of the first people you will see upon arriving on the golf course. I cannot think of a more helpful person. Down the hall will be various people who are equally as helpful and carry themselves with pride and grace, for they know they are working for an excellent company. Everywhere I went in the facility was well-organized and super clean. I gathered many names while I was onsite, and wish I remembered each one of them. Since I dont, I wont try in the event I leave one or two people out; however, please note that I would recommend this facility to anyone looking to celebrate a big event in their life. I promise this is the type of business that feels more like a home, and will properly harness each and every good memory you create there. Excellent venue and an even better staff. As I previously stated, I was blown away :)

Golfers and nice location for wedding

We just did a murder mystery for a group yesterday and it was a fantastic place to have a private party! First of all, its very clean, modern and spacious. There are multiple rooms. Everything looks brand new and organized. The staff seemed very nice to work with and the food was top notch. Also plenty of parking, which is so convenient.

Love the place. Its absolutely beautiful, and they have a very nice even room there you can rent. The staff there were extremely helpful and courteous

The experience was fun with my family however the customer service was absolutely horrendous. I would also like to mention that during this Christmas time I went to get whipped cream for my ice cream and it was rotten, the staff refused to say that it was bad, even though it smelled and tasted of vomit. May I also mention that the sant that they had hired hit on all the women in my family.

We got married on 10/27/18. From the time we booked this venue to the time we got married, Kassie was an absolute pleasure to work with. She was responsive in a timely manner to any questions or thoughts I had- and I definitely had a lot!!! She was great with giving advice and recommendations and really helped me plan out of wedding in perfect detail!Megan, the maitre D helped execute the set up perfectly to exactly what my husband and I had imagined and MORE! The Halloween tabe we chose to have as a fun element came out AWESOME! She was also very helpful the day of and attending to us in the bridal suite.Diamond, our bridal attendant, was beyond the best ever!!! She made our cocktail hour and reception INCREDIBLE! So many people had told us that they didnt really get to eat or enjoy as much of their wedding as they wanted to, but that was far from the case for us! Diamond was there every step of the way- bringing us appetizers from cocktail hour, bringing us drinks, navigating us through guests, even taking care of some apps for my parents - she was just simply AMAZING!! We absolutely LOVED her and couldnt have bonded with a better person! She is the best of the best and an integral part of our incredible evening.Thank you so much Jumping Brook for everything you did to work with us to make our wedding day perfection, even with the Noreaster!! We are still in awe of how perfect our day was!

Ive been to meetings at Jumping Brook several times. The food has been good, though the tables tend to be a little overcrowded. Its a beautiful location, and the views over the golf course are very pleasant.

This was a beautiful elegant place to have a wedding reception. Facilities was clean, attractive, elegant and food was delicious.

I was a plus one at a big wedding (350 people) on December 9. This place was not equipped to handle this many people. The 2 bars were slow making it impossible to get a drink to the point where I almost went to the bathroom to drink water from the sink. I personally removed the 15 plates on the small table during cocktail hour. The main dinner was inedible and the servers didnt even check who ordered what. The band didnt announce that dinner was being served or maybe they did because unless you were directly in front of the speakers it was inaudible. The only thing saving this wedding was the family and friends of the bride and groom. Always a good time with great people no matter how poor and Ill equipped a venue.
