I had a great experience dealing with the sales staff at the tinton falls nj tumi factory outlet. i purchased an alpha 2 22 international expandable spinner carry on case, they were very friendly and took care of my request for a sale price that i got originally 2 days prior, but returned the original case due to a defect.. i then repurchased the same bag, but in a different color and they honored the original sales price. the gal that took care of me was very nice and provided excellent customer service. this isnt the first tumi bag i ever purchased. i own many tumi bags and i really like the quality of tumi products. i think that they are the best made of all the travel gear out there on the market. the factory outlet store offers a very similar products to the regular store products but at a reduced price. great products,great prices, great customer service.
