My experience with Applianceville was a welcomed relief following my interaction with the manufacturer and retailer concerning my gas range. In both cases [manufacturer and retailer], I was transferred multiple times to a call center. Each time, I was greeted by less than friendly customer service representatives that were unfamiliar with the technical aspects of my appliance, yet adamantly encouraged me to purchase unwarranted parts and services.In vast contrast, Applianceville answered my phone call promptly. It was then determined that I should visit the Titusville store, where Pete knowledgeably and patiently answered my many questions about the appliance and parts required. I am truly appreciative of Pete and his staff for their time and effort and consider myself quite fortunate to have this valuable resource so close to home.

The owner, Pete, was very helpful and was able to order the parts I needed for less than I could find them online. In addition, he had the parts the next day.

We had a problem with our ice machines in our refrigerator, we called Applianceville and they sent out a young man who was able to fix the bottom ice machine for us. He said we had 30 days to call if there were any issues. A couple weeks later the ice machine quit again. We called the office and got the cell phone number of the young man, he gaveme a suggestion as to what to do. This did not resolve the problem, so I called him again and left a message. He never returned my call, so I called the office and they set up an appointment for him to return. Another person was sent in his place and said we would need a new part and since the refrigerator was 7 years old the part was not available. This gentlemen signed the receipt with the same name as the first guy who came to resolve the problem. I still have no answers as to why the ice machine quit in the first place as I have not gotten any response from the first service man that came to repair the refrigerator. In the future we will not use Applicanceville for service on our appliances.

Applianceville is by far the best around! Honest, fair and knowledgeable! You can’t ask for anyone better than Applianceville! They are family owned and operated. I don’t use big box stores! If anyone needs any service, call Applianceville!

They where great big help put my washer in hooked it up made sure it worked. I had two cabneits in the storage unit out front of my house Florida rebuild been working on my house the last couple of mouth I had no help getting big stuff in Ive tried asking everyone I dont know many people but they got the. I got a great deal on a used washer and dryer a year ago so I went back to Applianceville when I needed a fridge for my carport. I ended up getting a Kenmore side-by-side for a great price. It was bigger than my current kitchen fridge so that fridge went outside and the one from Applianceville is now in my kitchen. It works great, it looks great, and its huge compared to my old one. Pete even extended my warranty to sweeten the deal. Worth every penny. Two thumbs up!

I went to Applianceville to purchase a new burner for my Whirlpool Oven. After looking at prices online I was afraid of what they would charge me. In-store purchases are always more, way more. I was shocked to find their price at almost exactly what they wanted online. And I received and exact Whirlpool OEM part!!! Not an aftermarket. Besides that they also helped me out with a small wiring problem I was having. What I experienced today at Applianceville was that personal touch of excellence you dont receive from large chains. They made a customer for life today. You just dont get this kind of service anymore.

I was very pleased with the service here. I accidentally got charged over the amount due, and didnt even notice. The following day I received a phone call telling me that they were refunding me money I didnt even know I was owed. Honesty is rare and I can really respect that

Ive lived in Titusville for over 50 years. Applianceville has always been up and down. I was hoping that newer owners would restore some credibility with this business. Very disappointed with this whole operation. Most recently, in two different visits to this business, none of the employees were taking safety precautions for COVID. Store is basically empty, no inventory ( are they going out of business?) Most recent visit was to ask question about parts. Man at the counter acted as if I was bothering him. His answer? Go to Lowes or Ace or Home Depot!!!!! There were no other customers in the store. Bought a new dryer there a little over a year ago. I had considered buying from Lowes or Home Depot which were cheaper in price for same product. The man (I think the owner) I spoke to convinced me to buy at Applianceville because our service will be second to none. The man extolled the virtues of his hometown company, new owners who were dedicated to service and community mindedness. His story line was yes you will pay a bit more from us, but we will be there for you if you need service. Well the timer switch began to malfunction just after the 1 year purchase. (Dryer has a sticker right on it that says guaranteed for 10 years.) Called for service...big run around about the limited 10 year warranty. Service man came out told me not to worry about it and that if he replaced the timer it would probably do the same thing again.....I paid over $100 for that advice! So much for service after the sale. I will not be buying anything here again and will not recommend this business to anyone. To the owners: your counter people need some customer skills and you should back up your speech about service after the sale with real conduct.

Needed some parts to fix our dryer (first-time DIY) and Peter, the owner was so kind and helpful! He was very knowledgable on how to fix our issue and even offered to talk my husband through the repair over the phone if needed. We will definitely be back any time we need an appliance repaired! It was also nice seeing how his wife spent the time to train the customer service staff.

Beware – it appears to me that they don’t know how to diagnose a problem. Had an LG refrigerator which initially made a loud noise near one of the fans. They defrosted it since they informed us it wasn’t defrosting properly. The problem stopped for a couple weeks, then started again. This time we needed a new board / sensor / defroster assembly. After the parts arrived & were installed, everything was working for about a week before the refrigerator / freezer stopped cooling altogether. We requested another tech besides Paul this time, they sent Isaiah who measured temps in the refrigerator in the high 50s. He said we had an inconsistent frost pattern in our “sealed system” which indicates a bad compressor. Cost of replacement would be about $1500. He stated that LG isn’t a good brand of refrigerator (even though they’re an authorized service center) and if we bought a new refrigerator from them, they’d “make things right”. The selection was limited & they don’t sell LG – hoping I’d settle for one of their in-house brands. At this point we have a trust issue with them simply because they wanted us to buy something from them to “make things right”. That phrase tells me that there was a misdiagnosis to begin with.

My family has been using Applianceville since the late 70’s. We’ve always had excellent service from them. Great local business.

We initially called because we had a fan in our LG refrigerator making a loud noise. The tech came out on 1/9 and found a large ice buildup due to incomplete defrosting. He defrosted it, put everything back together and charged us $180. The noise started again & we called on 1/28 & they came out on 1/29 – same person – and found more ice buildup. We were now told that a board / sensor / defrost control were needed. We paid up-front for the parts/service for the next visit - $310.19. They installed the parts on 2/6 and the tech said he “hoped that this fixes the problem” & admitted he was – in his own words – “grasping at straws”. On 2/13, we found a puddle of water in front of the refrigerator and found that it was not cooling & that the contents of the freezer were partially defrosted. The refrigerator was just below room temp. This time we requested someone besides Paul come out – Isaiah came out, measured temp in the refrigerator in the high 50 degree range. He said there was only 5% frost pattern on the coils, we had what appeared to be a sealed system, and that it’s a compressor issue. This time we were looking at about $1500 to repair. The tech began to bad mouth LG (they’re listed as an authorized LG service center) and said if we purchased from Applianceville, they’d “make things right” with all this. As it is, we paid $490 out of pocket & they wanted us to purchase from them after what appears to be a misdiagnosed problem from the start. At this point we decided we couldn’t trust them & decided to purchase elsewhere. We have a poor opinion of this place as a result of this misdiagnosis – which, if made initially, we would’ve only paid the service fee, and we’d have had time to look for another refrigerator. We shouldn’t have had to purchase something from them in order for them to “make things right”. To “make things right” tells me that they screwed up to begin with.

These guys are AWESOME!!! They almost always have what you need and if they dont have it in stock, theyll go the extra mile to find what you need. They have saved me hundreds, if not thousands, of dollars since 2011 alone!Thanks for your great service!

It was determined we just needed a new oven, and we got a great deal with Applianceville. It truly pays to shop local, and with a small business. Yesterday we picked up our convection/microwave oven that they repaired and are thrilled not to have to replace the entire unit. We dealt with Dennis and Paul and both were fantastic. This place is a one stop shop, they seem to always have the parts we need as home appliances seem to always need new parts especially when you have rental properties. They also do service calls and sell appliances as well. Great service always.

What Great Customer Service.My dryer wouldnt start and after watching videos I thought it was the thermal Fuse. When I arrived at Applianceville, they volunteered to perform the test and it passed.Pete then showed me a simple test for the motor. What a nice guy. I will definitely return for parts and service.

I bought a used fridge from them about 6 months ago. It was a used fridge from the Summerhill Apartments in Titusville. I got it for $300, and it has held up well so far. One of the employees even went out of his way to help deliver it to my house outside of normal business hours for a healthy tip.

Called Applianceville to ask a couple of questions about our ice maker. Peter was very helpful, told me I could probably fix it myself. I went as far as replacing the front part, and after days realized water was still not filling the tray. I removed the entire ice maker, Peter and John were very helpful. Peter diagnosed the problem but I needed Israel to complete the repair in my kitchen. It was more than I expected to pay but I reached the point of no return with service call. They are experts, professional and great communicators.Thanks.Dec 20Stopped in at store to talk to Pete. Asked him to call me re: a billing issue. I believe I should have a $49 refund after our transactions and ultimate repair of ice maker. Waiting for call so I can explain my request . Thank you

Went in to get a belt for washing machine fast friendly and very experienced and didnt try and sell you something you didnt need.truly a great place and will return if I ever need something again.

Had repairman come by to check my fridge since it was not cooling and gave me some advise about my brand of fridge which was correct as I had 2 of the Sears Kenmore Elite unit each lasting about 2 years. Went to store to talk to Pete and he hooked me on to a sweat deal on a better brand refrigerator. I would highly recommend anyone in the area to buy their appliance thru them as they are honest and very competitive plus your helping out the small business in town instead of the big boxed stores.

I honestly cant give these guys a high enough rating. My washer crapped out, I thought because of a bad clutch. Wait a week for a mail order part or get today at Applianceville? The clutch was not bad so they took this part back and were ready to help me with a used transmission when we discovered the coupling was the problem. Again, a $20 part that they had in stock. They are honest and professional and are willing to provide technical assistance...I cant ask for more!

I want ANYONE reading this to give these guys a shot at your business. I came in after being treated terrible from another company and the owner Pete helped me himself and was extremely professional and courteous. I wish I would’ve gone here first. I found out that this company has been around over 20 years and the way that they take care of their customers is the reason why. Saw the positive comments on Facebook and Google. Needed repair on the Saturday before Christmas. I hesitated to call but ... called at 9:10 ... repairman rang the doorbell at 9:25... finished and cleaned up (yes cleaned up after the repair!) and ready to leave by 10:15! I was scared the repair bill would be high ... not the case VERY reasonable. Every time I have gone into them thinking I needed a new appliance I have been helped with my problems by very kind helpful staff no pushy sales if I didn’t need a new dryer just a simple repair they made sure I was satisfied and repairs were completed quickly and neatly.

I called Applianceville for a motor for my dishwasher. The guy called me back with the price ($129) and told me hes seen these fail a few times but also said hes seen some loose connectors and I should check that first. I used a safety-pin to spread the connector leads and the dishwasher works great - just like they said.This isnt the first time Ive needed them, and it wont be the last.Thanks Applianceville!

Man I got to say these guys are amazing...had a problem with my drier.. asked them about it and they basically didnt try to sell anything at all to me... but instead educated me step by step on how I could repair it my self....got the part from them and because they explained how to repair it myself I saved hundreds $... think I will take my wife out for a steak dinner because I was able to save so much... thank you so much so all the guys at applianceville, especially Isaiah!!!!

Went there today for what I thought to be easy repair with $2 part. Very friendly and helpful! Got home, replaced part. Micro still not working, called them back looking to get a service call. This place is an institution in Brevard. They always seem to have the parts I need when EVERYONE else has to order it. They are one of those great places where the guys seem to know just what you are looking for and understand your appliance and the problem. It is great to still have a place like this to go to amd I hope they never change! GREAT PLACE!

Called for a part for my Kitchen Aid refrigerator which they said they had at the store. I drove down there picked up the part which came in a sealed cardboard box and went back to my house to replace the part. Opened the box and it was the wrong part. Drove back to Applianceville store to return part and get the correct part which they did have but was told I would be charged 20% restocking fee because I opened the box. This all took place in a 45 minute time period. I was charged a $15.00 restocking fee plus the cost of the new part. Do you think I would ever do business there again or recommend them to anyone, I think not!

My husband and I were shopping for replacement appliances and after remembering our last big box store experience, that we do not care to experience ever again, we agreed that we should turn to a local business...Applianceville. We had purchased a washer and dryer, at separate times, previously and have been very pleased with them. The showroom is tight (think small) but we knew that from our prior visits to the store (Exciting news, they are expanding their showroom...which makes for some craziness right now but all is good). We have a townhome, with some size restrictions, so we require a little time due to measuring as we shop, this is no problem for Pete, who is the owner and was assisting us on Monday, April 30th. After a looking around and telling Pete what would be acceptable in our kitchen we were able to purchase at very reasonable prices a new stove, side by side refrigerator, and dishwasher. The bonus, delivery was no problem, no waiting for outside contractor to call us to schedule a delivery to only call at the end of the delivery window to say they would not be delivering as scheduled...and needing to rescheduling for a possible repeat. Pete checked with his delivery guys and we had our new kitchen appliances delivered and installed within two hours! Please if you have not been to Applianceville go and tell Pete and his staff what you are seeking and they will help you out. A great big thank you for being the type of local business that cares.

WORST business ever. Called because my fridge was not cooling and my freezer was not cold. Tech came out; shot air temp and told me NOTHING was wrong, charged me $80.00 and left. Problem continued on so I called for service on Saturday (11/2), and was told no can do, that they couldnt do anything until Monday. (Service guaranteed for 30 days, a lot of good this does since they dont work on the weekends), so I was forced to call another business to come look at my appliance because my ice was literally melting, so obviously SOMETHING was wrong. The Applianceville tech did not even try to troubleshoot the problem. Long story short, it was the relay that was the problem; the new tech replaced the relay and within 10 minutes everything was working properly. Its a shame that this company is ripping the consumer off stating if it isnt doing it while Im there I cant fix it.I described my problem over the phone to the new company and the gentlemen who had not even seen my appliance yet told me it was the relay, and came out and within 10 minutes of arriving he had it fixed. So the claim of Applianceville that it could not be fixed if it was not acting up while looking at it was FALSE, a LIE, and DECEPTION.I would NOT recommend APPLIANCEVILLE to anyone.... Seriously I will give them one star because I dont think I can give them no stars.No pride in their work. Not to mention the tech that came out was arrogant and had no interest in fixing my appliance.So it cost me a total of $180 to fix my appliance because Applianceville only wanted to collect my service fee and give me NO service....STAY AWAY ...

I have gone there quite a few times for quite a few parts on rental homes that I own they have always been helpful .

They are very helpfull, but have a tendency to grab parts off the shelf. Most of the time they are right. But twice they should have researched my model #. They just grabbed the wrong kit and charged me, You need to emphasize what is unique about your appliance

Be careful going here if youre a woman as the men here like to make woman jokes in front of you and then wink like its all just funny to everyone. On top of that, I thought he was joking about charging me $10.00 higher (which he said three times with a few more winks) but he wasnt joking and did over charge me for the part I needed. Also, they gave me the wrong directions for installing the part. Some men may not care and will go here anyway, just buyer beware. I will never go back.

I recently had my washer repaired with applianceville, yes they fix the very costly problem. I have literally used the washing to wash one load of laundry the day that it was repaired. I was pleased that my washer had been fixed even if it was in my opinion to expensive. However a couple weeks or so later I go to do laundry and much to my shock nothing absolutely nothing on my washing machine works NOTHING !!!!! Yes there is power to the machine but thats it the machine does absolutely nothing !!!!!!! Will I be calling applianceville to pay another expensive bill with them NO !!!!!! Im absolutely beyond furious over this !!!!
