I recently stepped into a job that is somewhat outside of my wheelhouse. These Fine fellows have taken it upon themselves do not only tolerate my lack of positive communication and overall knowledge but to help me improve at this new position and I could not be more thankful. What a wonderful team of individuals that understand how to motivate and assist plentifully.

I went there looking for a fuel line connection. There were only one customer in the store and two customer service guys behind the counter. One guy was helping the one customer which took a very long time.The other guy was sitting behind the counter with his head resting on his hand staring at me. I walked up to him and he got offhis stool and walked away. I go over to where the fuel connections are and couldnt match anything that I needed.I go back to the counter and this useless guy is once again, sitting behind the counter just staring at me. He didnt say anything like, may I help you?, nothing. I show him the broken part of what I was looking for. His head never came off his hand and he never spoke. Instead, with his other hand, he points to the fuel connections area, but he never spoke.I tell him that I already looked over there and he mumbles something I didnt understand and heads over to the pneumatic connections. I again tell him its a fuel connection, not pneumatic. Again, he mumbled something, but couldnt tell what language he was attempting to speak.I finally left thinking that if this is what NAPA has come to then I may as well go shopping on line, but not with NAPA. What a useless waist of salary to put someone who is so unresponsive to their customers behind a counter.

My boyfriend was supposed to get parts for his car from here and he went to go pick them up, because they were supposed to be there but what ever employee that was supposed to place the order for the parts, didn’t order them at all.
